I had fully recovered and out of the hospital. I was walking around the park and saw someone familiar sitting on a branch of a tree. Jumped on the nearest branch.

"Ssup, Uchiha?"
He was shocked and was about to fall. Thankfully, he held the branch he was sitting on.

"Don't tell me I frightened you so much that you fell."

"I was not frightened. I didn't expect you to show up like that."

"Hell yeah you didn't."

"Why are you here?" He said while getting up and sitting back on his spot.

"You are alone, I am alone. You look like you are getting bored, I am getting bored. Problem?"

"No. And I'm not bored. I'm just-"

"Tensed, I know."
He looked away.

"Look, I understand what you are going through right now. You couldn't defeat Itachi, I couldn't defeat Kisame. We are equal. I know EXACTLY what you are feeling right now."

"Then why can't I see it in your face? Why can't I see fury in your eyes? Why don't I see that you want to join Orochimaru? Knowing that he has power and he can help you in defeating Kisame? How..... How come you seem so calm after what has happened?"

"It's hard. Really hard. But this is what I've been doing all this time. But I don't want revenge to take over my mind. AND I don't want to join Orochimaru. This is my village. I want to stay here!"

"But.... Argh! It's so ........ Argh!"

I went closer and kept his head on my shoulder. He was groaning and cursing. It was exactly what I wanted to do. After a really long time, he pulled away.

"Feeling ok now?"

"Yeah. Kinda. Thanks (y/n)."

"Anytime. I gotta go. Naruto must be waiting for me."

"That bloody knucklehead."

"Look, Sasuke. You need to promise me that you won't let all your anger out on Naruto or anyone in this village, ok? Punch a tree or something, but no human being. Promise me."

He glared at me and said," Promise."

"That's better. See ya later!"

I walked on a route which leads to Ichiraku's. But somehow, I didn't feel so good. Since Sasuke mentioned Orochimaru's name. He gives me the creeps!

When I reached Ichiraku, Naruto was no where to be seen. I waited and waited. After a hundred thousand years, I could hear him shouting my name as he ran towards the ramen shop.

"Sorry, (y/n)!"

"You know, you should be at LEAST ten minutes early when you are on a date with a girl? Keep that in mind next time, k?"

"Ok. Let's go!"

"Hey there, Naruto! I see you've got your girlfriend with you!"

"Yeah. The treat is on me."

"Coming right up!"

We were silent for some time. I couldn't stop thinking of Sasuke. I had a feeling that something is wrong with him.
Something was wrong for sure.

"Why don't you say something, (y/n)?"

"What the hell do you want me to say?"

"I don't know."

"Hey, what was that jutsu you used the other day when you were fighting with Sasuke?"

"Oh that. It's called the Rasengan. It's the jutsu of the Fourth Hokage."

"Jiraya taught it to you?"

"Yes."

"It looks beautiful."

Our ramen came and we ate in silence. It was so GOOD. I ate three bowls of it.

"Bye, Naruto! See ya!"

"See ya!"

The night was a full moon one. I had developed a habit of sitting on top of the main gates. The sky looked beautiful from there. So I decided to take the path to the main gates. As I was near the gates, I saw someone walking in front of me. He had a backpack.

"Sasuke?"

He turned around. It was Sasuke.

"(Y/n). What are you doing here?"

"I should be asking you the same question. As for me, I was going to sit on top of the main gates of the village."

"Oh. Why would you so that?"

"Why are you here with a backpack?"

"It's such a beautiful night, isn't it?"

"Answer my question."

"How was the date?"

"You are going to Orochimaru, aren't you?"

"No...."

"HELL YES YOU ARE!"

"No, I'm not!"

"THEN WHY ARE YOU NOT ANSWERING MY QUESTION? YOU SURELY AREN'T GOING FOR A MISSION!"

"Ok Fine! I am going to Orochimaru!"

"Are you out of your-"

"He has POWER! THE VERY THING I NEED! I HAVE TO KILL ITACHI!"

"You are gone crazy, alright."

"Why don't you come with me, (y/n)?"

"I don't want to."

"Why not?"

"I don't want to leave the village. I don't want to be rogue. I am a Leaf ninja and I will remain one."

"But you want re-"

"Yes I do want revenge. But I can become powerful by staying in the village, also. So can YOU."

"I don't think so. I have made the decision, (y/n) and I going to do it."

"Why can't you stay here?"
I don't know why, I felt like I was going to cry.

"Because........ I can't. I have to go (y/n)."
He came closer and kept his forehead on mine.

"You were the best thing that happened to me."

I took out a chain from my neck which had the Uchiha symbol as a pendant. It was my mothers. She had given it to me before she left. My father gave me one too. It was the sign of our family.

"Here. I w-want you to have this."

I gave him the necklace. I kept staring at him. Trying to hold back my tears.

"I have to go. Goodbye, (y/n). Hope to see you soon."

And he left. Jumping from tree to tree. I sat on the nearest bench and recollected all that had happened. Finally, I broke into tears. I curled like a ball and cried until slumber took over me........
