Slight smut warning

{3rd person POV}

You were NOT excited about this trip to a haunted cematary in a supposed haunted forest, and just to add on to the scariness Shane decided you all would camp there. You and the rest of the gang were in the G on the way to the forest, of course Ryland was driving and since everyone couldn't fit you say on your boyfriend, Garrett's, lap. You were feeling extra clingy today because you were so nervous and scared for this experience, you sat on Garretts lap your arms wrapped around his neck and you lay your head on him. He wasn't complaining about all the extra love he was getting today, in fact he loved it, he held you close rubbing your side as they drove. You look up at Garrett giving him a look before whispering in his ear so all your friends wouldn't hear.

"Baby I'm scared." You mumble laying your head back dowm on Garrett's shoulder and he smirks at you.

"We will be fine. I won't let anything get to you, you'll be with me the whole time." He said kissing the top of your head. You just nod and let out a sigh closing your eyes trying to catch some sleep sense there won't be much of that tonight. You woke up to Andrew's camera in your face and Shane screaming at you to wake up.

"WAKE UP Y/N! WE ARE HEREEEE" Shane sings and you sit up pushing away the camera.

"Gosh okay I'm up." You say yawning and Garrett giggles at you kissing your cheek and you smile clinging to Garrett not wanting to get up.

"you're awfully clingy today, Y/N." Andrew adds filming your guys romantic exchange you blush before talking.

"I'm getting all the love I can before I die here so...." You trail off and everyone laughs at your comment, you were kinda being serious but whatever. You get out of the car like everyone else grabbing you and Garrett's bag from the trunk.

"Alright, here's the plan gang." Shane says clapping his hands together and you all turn to him, you standing close to Garrett his arm draped over your shoulders. Shane says the plan and you guys start to set up camp. You were going to share a tent with Garrett, after you helped Garrett set it up it was getting dark so Shane grabbed flashlights and Andrew got the night vision camera. You started to fill with fear grabbing a hold of Garret's arm.

"Can we just stay back Gare, I'm really scared." you say biting your lip, a habit you did when you were nervous. Garrett just sighs hugging you.

"you're being silly, its probably not haunted and I'll protect you okay?" Garrett mumbles and you just nod feeling bad for being annoying. You start following the group into the forest to find this cemeatary. Shane was cracking jokes and what not but you were still so afraid you just wanted to go home. You were ripped from your thoughts when your flashlight started to flicker, you scream and drop the flashlight. Everyone turns around at you stareing but stops when they see the flashlight flickering, you tear up clinging on to Garrett.

"Holy shit" Shane mumbles getting down looking at it.

"M-maybe its the battery" you say trying to make yourself feel better but Shane shakes his head.

"I just bought these, its defiantly something paranormal" he says as Andrew films the flickering lightbulb. You whine looking up at Garrett and he shoots you an appologetic smile. after everyone recovered from that you kept walking, you decided to leave the flashlight because you were scared to touch it, and secretly everyone else was too but you guys kept venturing. the group finds the cemetery, Morgan gasps at how huge it is. You suck in a deep breath squeezing Garrett's hand which you have had a death grip on the whole time. Shane was talking about all the creepy stories and legends of this place which didn't help you.

"Guys..." Andrew says and everyone stops talking and looks in Andrew's direction and sees what he is seeing. A shadowy figure standing by a grave, you saw everyones face go pale and that's when you lost it. You start quietly crying hugging on to Garrett and he shakily puts an arm around you, Shane gasps taking pictures and Andrew films. Then suddenly it disappeared into thin air, you cry into Garrett's shirt and he just shushs you holding you close telling you its okay. Andrew films it obviously because he films everything, Ryland frowns and pleads with Shane to go back but everyone wants to stay except you, Ryland, and Morgan. So of course the guys got what they wanted.

"Baby, I wanna get on your back" you say frowning snd he agreed, but only becuase he felt bad that you were so worked up. You all explored the cemetery while on Garrett's back. 2 hours later and a lot of creepiness later you guys ended up back at the camp and sat around a little fire talking and laughing. Well you weren't really talking or laughing you were really spooked and Garrett could tell you were on the ground with everone else and your head in Garrett's lap and he plays with your hair while talking to his friends. after a little while of talking everyone headed to bed, you climb after Garrett into the tent. You lay down on the make shift pallet cuddling into Garrett's side, you knew you would be getting no sleep tonight.

"I'm sorry it was so scary, I'm sorry you were uncomfortable." Garrett mumbled patting your back, you just shrug your shoulders.

"Its fine, you didn't know." you say kissing his jaw and he just smiles.

"I'm not going to sleep tonight, I'm really scared." you mumble snuggling closer to him if that was even possible. He smiles kissing you on the lips passionately before flipping you over.

"I can get your mind off of it." Garrett whispers in your ear causing you to shiver, you go to protest but Garrett starts kissing on your sweet spot, you let out a little moan but pushes on his chest.

"Baby no, I'm not having sex with you in a haunted forest where we are 10 feet from our friends." You say kissing him on lips before sitting up. He pouts and tackles you in a bear huh laying you down. You giggle breathing in his scent, he smiles as he holds you close to him.

"Thank you for keeping me safe Gare bear" you say laying on his chest with him rubbing your back.

"Anything for you my love." He mumbles and to your surprise you actually fell asleep.
