You whine softly trying to get comfortable, which was hard since you were 9 months pregnant. Your fiancé, Shane, was fast asleep he was use to you moving around and he slept right through it. It was currently 2am and you just were so uncomfortable, you let out an annoyed sigh and went to get up to go watch TV or something. As soon as your feet hit the hard wood floor a wetness started falling from in between your legs, your face went pale.

"Shane!" You say in a normal loud tone, he doesn't stir you start crying feeling a sharp pain in your stomach.

"Shane! Please!" You yell louder, he shoots up and looks at you, you were pale and shaking due to nerves.

"Shane, my water broke." That's all you had to say before Shane jumped out of bed like he was never even asleep, you grab on to the bed side table as Shane grabbed the emergency bag. He walked over to you and put an arm around you.

"Hey its okay baby. Let's go, our baby girl is coming. can you walk?" He asks and you just nod, you squeeze on to him, some water still dripping from you. You cry as Shane walks you to the car and gets you in, you could tell he was nervous because he kept tapping the wheel and biting his lip as he drove. You were proud of him for containing his fear and nerves so well like this because you couldn't control your own. You whine loudly as a contraction comes on, you squeeze the arm rest and Shane puts a hand on top of yours.

"Its okay baby were almost there okay? Just hang in there, I love you so much." he says, the feeling of Shane's sweaty hand calmed you down. You just nod and focused on your breathing, Shane pulled into the emergency entrance. He parks the car and runs inside getting a nurse, he come back out with a nurse and a wheelchair. Shane helped you sit and you cried in pain as the nurse rushed you to the delivery room. Shane was following behind scared out of his mind, he thought he was going to handle the day well but he was wrong.

"Sir, I need you to stay out here while I get your fiancé changed. Then you can come in." A female doctor says and Shane nods unable to form words, he shoots a quick text to the gang to let them kmow. A few minutes later the doctor comes out and has Shane put blue scrubs over his pajamas. Shane walks in to see your legs proped up and your eyes closed in pain, Shane sits next to you, you look at him and grabbed his hand before the midwife started speaking.

"Y/N, you are dilated to 8cm. you need to be at 10 cm, I will be back in 20 minutes, you sould be completely dilated but then." The midwife says before she leaves the room. Shane looks at you and wipes some of the sweat off your forehead, he kisses your hand sweetly.

"I love you Shane." You say softly before another contraction comes on. You moan and Shane grabs your hand as the contractions gradually gets more and more painful. the midwife and a few nurses enter the room and smiles at you.

"are you ready to have your baby?" The nurse asked and you nodded eagerly.

"Yes, please get her out of me." You say quiet seriously and Shane chuckles softly kissing your hand. The nurses glove up and start instructing you to start pushing, you do and you let out a loud groan of pain and you started to regret ever being pregnant.

"I can't this hurts to bad." You says while sweat and tears drip down your face, you squeeze Shane's hand.

"You can do this baby. it'll be worth it I promise, you can do it okay?" Shane says rubbing your arm you cry and nod as you start to push again.

"There you go Y/N, we see a head." The nurses say and you sob and scream in pain as you keep pushing every few seconds. You keep pushing and pushing for 15 minutes before the nurse speaks again.

"Alright, this is the last push, she is almost here" the nurse says, you try to push but your body was so weak you couldn't. You cry loudly holding on tight to Shane's arm.

"I can't I can't." you cry as the nurse and Shane reassure you that you can.

"Come on baby girl, one more and our baby will be here. Its almost done and over with." Shane says you build up the strength and let out your last push and the sweet sounds of your baby girl crying filled the room. You feel the release and your whole body relaxes, you look over to Shane who was crying tears of happiness. They put the small cotton wrapped baby in your arms, you cry tears of joy looking at this beautiful baby girl you and your soon-to-be husband made. You smile and hand the baby to him and he takes her into his arms and you just sob looking at his baby that looked so much like him. He looks up at you awhile later to see you asleep already with a weak smile on your face, you were so weak and worn out it took you only seconds to fall asleep. Shane didn't mind though, he was excited to bond with his baby girl. A few hours later you wake up to see the baby crying while Shane was holding the baby trying to calm her. You sat up and looked at Shane panicking over the crying baby.

"Shane?" You say and he look at you worriedly.

"I'm sorry to wake you up. She been crying for 10 minutes, did I break her?" Shane asks and you giggle softly at your clueless man.

"No babe, she's probably just hungry. Lemme see her." You say and Shane nods handing you the little girl. You situated yourself and pull out one of your breasts and guide the baby's lips to it, she instantly stopped crying and starts suckling on the milk eagerly, Shane let out a chuckle.

"Well I couldn't do that." He jokes and you roll your eyes.

"But for real, how are you feeling? do you need anything?" He asks leaning over and kissing your forehead.

"I'm sore but I'll be okay. What should we name her?" You ask changing the subject slightly and Shane just shrugs.

"I like B/N." shane says and you nod tearing up a bit.

"I love it baby." You say crying mainly because your hormones were currently completely out of wack and also because you were so excited to be a mother. Shane smiles kissing you sweetly.

"Then B/N Yaw it is." He says and you smile and nod as your new baby pulls off your nipple. You sit her up and pat her back until she lets out a burp.

"Wow just like me." Shane says causing you to laugh.

"Shaney could you lay her in the cot? She probably is getting sleepy now that shes ate." You say and Shane nods getting up and putting the baby in the cot which was right at the foot of your hospital bed.

"Andrew and Garrett are stopping by here soon." Shane says and you nod excitedly. You couldn't wait for your best friend to see their niece. Later the excited boys came in very quietly to see the baby asleep in her cot. You smile widely at the excited boys. Andrew walks over to Shane and just hugs him for a long time, like a way to say congratulations. He then came over and hugged you even longer.

"I'm so happy for you guys." Andrew mumble and you tear up a bit. You never new Andrew had a soft spot like this, Garrett also said his congratulations. A while later they said their goodbyes and left, you just laid there for awhile holding B/N as Shane started to fall asleep. You smile at him and just laid there with your baby who was intently studying your face with her big eyes taking in the woman who was now her mother. you smiled kissing her all over, you couldn't wait to be a mother with your wonderful boyfriend.
