Sonakshi's sister Sitara reached home.

All were happy to see her.

Suman and Sonakshi hugged Sitara.

Sonakshi:Finally 5 years passed by.

Sitara:Yes.Guess what?I will be joining your hospital as the intern.

Sonakshi was surprised.

Sona:Really?

Sitara:Yes.

Prithvi smiled.

Prithvi:After that you will be a full fledged doctor.

Sitara:Yes.But don't expect a single penny from me to drink.My money is to help my Sona.She worked hard to pay my fees.

Prithvi got irritated.

Prithvi:Though you are Sona's identical twin sister,characterwise you are completely different from her.

Sitara:I don't want to be too good like Sona and sacrifice my happiness.

Prithvi got irritated and walked away.

Sona:Sitara..no need of arguing with Prithvi bhaiyya.Just ignore him.

Sitara:I can't be silent like you Sona.

Suman:I wish Sona was also like you Sitara.But she is similar to you only by face.

Sona:Anyways you bath and come.I will serve you food.

Sitara:Ok.I will come now.I missed home made food.

She ran to her room.

Sitara joined Sonakshi's hospital for her internship.

Sitara noticed the awkwardness between Rohit and Sonakshi.She even noticed how the eyes of both Rohit and Sonakshi got wet unknowingly during their interactions.

Sitara asked Rohit:Dr.Rohit,are you alright?

Rohit:Yes Dr.Sitara.You have to check whether the patients are alright,not me.

Sitara became dull.

She thought:Dr.Rohit is trying hard to not to show his emotions to public.

Sitara went near Sonakshi.

Sitara:Your heart is paining while seeing Dr.Rohit.Then why did you sacrifice your love?You are a fool to sacrifice him.If I was in your position,I would have married him.

Sonakshi said emotionally:But I am not you Sitara.

Sonakshi felt upset.

Rohit asked Sitara in his cabin:Dr.Sitara,what do you think of the 12th ward patient after examining him?

Sitara explained to him about the patient's health condition.

Sitara:I don't think he needs to take too many tests.He also does'nt need antibiotic at this moment.Too much of antibiotics is not needed for the body.

Rohit:Good.Some interns make the patients take all kinds of tests and make them have strong medicines too to show their knowledge to the superiors.That's ridiculous.You are doing your job sincerely.

Sitara smiled:Thank you Sir.When I decided to become a doctor itself I wanted to be sincere like Sonakshi.

Rohit became emotional.

Rohit:Sonakshi is a gem.Her sincerity towards the patients is beyond appreciation.

Sitara:You still admire her a lot.Right?

Rohit:My liking towards her will remain forever.

Prithvi opened the cupboard to take money.He found it empty.

Sitara came there and said:I removed the money from there and hid it.

Sitara:Because I did'nt want you to steal the money.

Prithvi got angry:How dare you?Give me the money.

Sitara:Don't expect me to give you a single penny to drink.Because that money is for our basic necessities.

Prithvi could'nt bear it.

Sitara:Don't shout bhaiyya.

Prithvi:I will hit you if you talk to me like this.

Sitara:O really?I will not let you touch me.Because I am not Sonakshi,I am Sitara.Don't forget that.

Prithvi got scared seeing her stare at him.Sitara walked out with a smirk on her face.

A man brought his grand mother Vaishnavi to the hospital for physiotherapy.

Sonakshi was well mannered,caring and sweet to Vaishnavi.

Vaishnavi told Sonakshi:I don't like coming to hospital.I have hospital phobia.But when I see you,I forget everything.I feel nice when I spend time with you.

Sonakshi smiled,so as her grand son.

He:Dadi always talks about you.

Sona:Most of the old rich people are brought here by their servants.They don't care for the old people from their own families.

Sona:You are very nice Premji.You are a very industrialist.Still you find time to bring yoir dadi here.Not every rich man does that.

Vaishnavi's grandson is the famous industrialist Prem Bharadwaj.

Prem:Because for me,my dadi is the most important person in the world.Because she is the one who brought me up.
