Chapter Fourteen
Khloe's POV
I've been so supercali nervous around L.A. this week. I mean she told me her secret. Which was much bigger than my not doing so great in school lately. I mean she has no home. So my probs are small in comparison.
When I mentioned that I wouldn't be able to hang out this Saturday (which is now today) she seemed... almost relieved? Which seemed odd, but I was so thankful that I didn't have to explain my why that I didn't dare push the subject any farther than that.
That's why I'm here at school today. Yes on a Saturday. That may sound lame but I have to. My parents have been offering this opportunity to me for a while now. So I figure now is as good of a time as any. I get to meet my tutor for the first time today. I hope everything goes okay.
I know nothing about my tutor. Not even if it's a he or a she. I reach the little study room off of the library and round the corner to see a blonde head of a boy bent over a thick book. He hears me and looks up. He's wearing a scarf and sunglasses. I feel like it's a disguise. But why?
"I'm sorry. I think I have the wrong room." I back out of the room.
"Are you Khloe Shea?" He lowers his sunglasses and suddenly I recognize him. I don't have any classes with him, but I have seen him around some. He kind of seems like a bully who wants everyone else to do his work for him. I know I'm in the wrong room now.
"How do you know my name?" I ask for some unknown reason.
"Because I'm Kevin. And I'm your tutor." He grins, and you could have heard a pin drop in the room.
James' POV
I can tell that L.A. is really nervous. But I'm happy that I ran into her today. Seriously hoping she didn't think I was stalking her though, cause I just zone out sometimes. Totally weird and most people don't believe me, but it's true.
Come to think of it the woman who introduced herself as Susanna seems kind of nervous too. Then there's Anthem Lights. My favorite band. Not sure how common male lightbulbs are, but I'm at least one. They really know how to encourage people. Joey and Susanna are running through the music and lyrics, while Alan is showing L.A. some dance moves they want.
Suddenly my thoughts are broken by a tall shadow. I look up from where I'm sitting to see Chad looking down at me. This guy could be intimidating. "You are in on this too." He says.
"I... wait what now?" I blubber out the words.
Caleb comes over at this point. "You should dance in the video too. You and your girlfriend would make a good match for the video with your dancing."
"I...uh....well.." I can't even form a sentence, my tongue feels like a heavy weight that refuses to move.
Then I see L.A. over there with Alan dancing and smiling. "Okay let's do this." I tell Caleb and Chad. They nod their approval. Man, I hope it doesn't matter that I can't really dance...

Author's Note:
Okay I really wish I had the giddy up in me to have actually made Susanna a song, but I guess it all works out. What was I going to ask you guys about... oh yeah/...
I'm considering publishing a book on more than just Wattpad. Since funds won't really allow for anything else (and I don't know how I'd get in touch with a publisher that would buy my book) I am thinking of doing it through Amazon. The book's cost would be .99 and I would get a fraction of that cost.
I guess the reason I'm saying all this is because I want to know what all of you lovely readers think. Should I go for this or not? If I do would any of you buy it?
