Back at Shaggy's mansion....

Luna Lovegood was in the park one after-noon since today is her free day like Blaise, Daphne, Astoria, Fred, George, Ronald, Ginny, Pansy, Tracy, Serena, Hermione, Colin, Dennis, Neville, Thoedore, Cedric, Cho and Anthony's day off as they plan to do something with either their soulmates or do something alone. Fred and George are taking their girlfriends/soulmates, Thorn and Luna out on a date for the day.

Luna was just sitting on the swing when all of the sudden she had fainted and a paramedic saw it happen and was quick to check on her before he picked her up and brought her to his partner in the ambulance before rushing to the hospital as her face was going a bit blue and both were worried for her as she has her whole life ahead of her.

Once arrived at the hospital, a doctor by the name of Dr. Bluebell saw her and was quick to take over to look after Luna as she knows this isn't a normal case of the paramedics were this worried about her and was quick to get all of the information to find out what is wrong with Luna as she plans to make sure she leaves the hospital alive.

"What happened? Information stat." She said as they take turns telling her the information.

"I saw her on the swings like a normal girl and then suddenly she fainted. I rushed over to her and saw her face as going blue slowly and I touched the neck to see if there was something stuck like a piece of apple that she missed when chewing as I saw her eating one. I picked her up and got her to my partner."

"I saw him coming over with her and saw the girl's face, I knew he had to rush her here since my partner said there was nothing in the throat to do this and so here the three of us are, ma'."

"Thank you. Go and have Nurse Lulubell be here, please. Nurse Velvet, her stats." The nurse looks over them until Nurse Lulubell shows up and saw the girl.

"That's Luna Lovegood. She's Shaggy Roger's adopted daughter with Blaise, Daphne, Astoria, Fred, George, Ronald, Ginny, Pansy, Tracy, Serena, Hermione, Colin, Dennis, Neville, Thoedore, Cedric, Cho and Anthony as Henriette is his niece, but he took in her older half-siblings and their still in a coma." Lulubell said as Bluebell was shocked by what her sister knew and was quick to get the stats on Luna right now.

"Stats."

"Age fifteen. Dating Neville Longbottom. Heart rate is two hundred and six over eighty. Blood pressure is two hundred and eighty." Nurse Velvet said as Bluebell was shocked by this and saw Luna trying to talk.

"What is it, sweetie?"

"Neville....Need.......Older brothers.....Hex Girls....Worry.....Siblings...." Luna couldn't make a full sentence and Bluebell knew that.

"Nurse Rosemarie, call her siblings and the Hex Girls since they all have cellphones and ask them to come to the hospital. Luna-love, I'm going to look after you, O.K?" Luna squeezes her hand to answer her question making her happy.

"Dr. Bluebell, she is in profoundly what we would call cyanotic, meaning she was blue, breathing very, very, quickly and looking like she was in a lot of distress. We need to know what is going on." Nurse Lulubell said as Bluebell nods her head.

"Get a ECG, a star portable chest x-ray, a CBC, e7, troponin, a D-dimer, an ABG and a stat bedside cardiology consult. Also try and contact a surgeon." Bluebell said as she makes sure to keep Luna calm and help her breath better.

After the x-rays showed up, they can see nothing in the chest area and Bluebell was starting to lose her mind a bit as she needs to know what is going on.

"We lose her. Start bagging." Lulubell started to bag as the other nurse came into the room.

"Dr. Bluebell, the family is here and the boyfriend looked very scared while the siblings look to be ready to punch someone."

"Thank you. I'm leaving Nurse Lulubell in charge so I can go speak with the family and I had writing down everything that was down, so please keep on eye on her heart waves, please." Bluebell went outside and saw the family waiting for news.

"Hello, my name is Dr. Bluebell. I'm the doctor in charge of Mrs. Lovegood-Roger." She started to explain everything and had made sure they understand what is going on and the boyfriend had looked scared for Luna's life as he doesn't know if she'll be alright or not.

"Mr. Rogers, I should tell you that we are going to go past the limit and help your sister out. I'll have a nurse keep you informed every step of the way." She went back inside the room to see how Luna  is.

"Stats."

"No plus without bagging and a surgeon will be coming down once the surgery he is in is done in ten minutes, Dr. Bluebell." Bluebell doesn't like that and thanked Lulubell for the information when she had Nurse Velvet go tell the family about the allergic reaction making them shocked. Bluebell saw she has no plus with bagging and a surgeon shows up after the surgery was done and she told him everything.

"What do you think?" Bluebell doesn't want to lose Luna whom she knows has a bright future ahead of her.

"Let's open her chest." Bluebell was shocked that Surgeon Freddy Magus would think that was optional to this little one.

"You want to do that here?" Bluebell doesn't know what to think or do as this is something you don't do in the ER room.

"Well, I think we'll have to. We're gonna lose her. We can't transfer her anywhere now from this place." Bluebell doesn't like this as the procedure is called a thoracotomy and it's almost never performed outside the sterile environment of an operating room.

Bluebell knows it might be the only thing to keep Luna alive and had asked Nurse Velvet to tell the family as she helps Surgeon Freddy with the procedure.

"Let's open her chest. Scalpel?" Nurse Lulubell passes him the scalpel as he did a left-sided thoracotomy where there's a cut made essentially from the sternum, around the side of the chest, all the way to the back.

And then a knife is used to cut through the tissues and the muscles in between the ribs, and then a metal clamp is inserted between the ribs and cranked open to spread open the ribs, so you can look and reach inside.

Bluebell saw Luna's heart and Surgeon Freddy looks around to see if he can see anything that is doing this to a young, healthy woman even if there was some bruising from her job that she and her siblings have together.

"O.K, Freddy, there's no free blood in the chest cavity. There's no blood around the heart." Bluebell squeezed the heart making Freddy to have a plus making her to do that over and over again making Luna's plus to get stronger as she is using her hands repeatedly.

"I want to give her TPA right now." Bluebell glares at him which he knows means she is going to letcher his ears off after Luna is out of danger.

"She's gonna bleed with a TPA...."

"...But if your diagnosis is right, it's the right thing to do. It's your call." Lulubell steps in making her to know Bluebell is going to letcher her head off about this as Bluebell is glaring at her right now making Nurse Velvet to know Bluebell doesn't like what both had said.

"Fine, but if she dies, I'm blaming Freddy over here for it."

"HEY!" Freddy didn't like that, but had Lulubell give Luna the TPA that was enough for a small child to be on the safe side and Luna was breathing normal, but still in danger as Freddy quickly calls cardiac surgeon Harley Magus, his wife who agrees to take Luna in and they went there with the family seeing Luna's heart being squeezed by the soctor as they went into the elevator to see Freddy's wife.

Luna had survived an eight hour open heart surgery to remove the blood clot from her lungs which wasn't right for her family and Bluebell as Luna doesn't need to go through this and she just did.

Fred and George saw Luna and he knows she will need to have every medical test done on his siblings and girlfriends to be on the safe as he doesn't want to lose them.

"Dr. Bluebell, I would like to tell you thank you for saving my sisters's live." Fred said as Bluebell smiles at him as she can see that Luna has a loving family.

Two weeks has passed and Luna has woke up making everyone happy as she is awake and will need four more weeks before she does any missions making her to pout as everyone laughs at her.

Thorn was happy Luna is going to be alright as she had sent a text to Shaggy to explain everything which had made him shocked as a child like that shouldn't of been through that in their lives.

Luna is still a child to him and he asked her to tell the others he, Dust and Henriette have found their soulmates making everyone to cheer as this is great news and they might get a chance to meet them soon.
