( Before starting the story, I wanted to give kind of like recap of what happened between the chapters "Oblivion" and "This is It..." because its too short to make a whole chapter about but its too important to just forget about so here you:

As the team arrived to Agrabah, they captured a Bandit conducting patrol around the Bazaar. They "convinced" him to tell them about Ansem's plan to achieve Kingdom Hearts and where he was planning on doing it. The Bandit drew them a map to where it was and to make sure he wasn't lying, Yuzuki went disguised as him and confirmed with other patrol heartless. After they got the map, they went to the middle of the desert to pay the respects to Takeshi. Mitsuko buried his dog tags in the sand with a golden snake head amulet. He said that the amulet was to protect this burial ground. If anyone entered this burial ground, they would be trap here to face the Guardian of the Sand, a heartless that Takeshi always wanted to see.

Now the story continues now on there way to a deserted and destroyed world. The origin of this world is really unknown so once the heartless came across it they gave it the name...)

"End of the World?" I asked

"Yeah, its supposedly the ruins of a past world that is now being used so Heartless can connect to Kingdom Hearts." Yukio explained

"Why have we not heard of it til now?" Mamoru asked

"Its has always been around," Yuzuki started explaining, "Just never confirmed as an actual place when we were still part of RoD."

Mamoru and I nodded to show we confirmed.

Things were different now that Takeshi was gone. More awkward silences, less happiness in the group, and just plain old different vibe in all of us. We were all too serious now that we saw that we can be separated it by the cold hands of death.

As we went through space, I looked outside the cockpit and saw the space gradually change in colors from a peaceful blue to a dark purple. As Yukio observed the map making sure he was driving to the right place, we saw the world in the distance... shattered, dismembered, and destroyed. 

"Here we are" Yukio said as he started landing the gummi ship

As the Gummi ship lowered in the atmosphere, we saw nothing but a little purple surface with orbs of darkness falling from the sky. As we landed, the gummi ship made slight ripples in the water floor. We got out of the Gummi ship without a word and took shelter inside the rock hut nearby. We took out everything from the Gummi Ship, for we all knew this was our last mission. I started writing down on a piece of Takeshi's papers:

Operation: THE END

Heartless: Any
Bystanders: None
Mission: End...                                                                                                                                                               Secondary Mission: ...as a team

"Come on, guys" I got up and started commanding, "We shouldn't be gloomy anymore, this isn't what Takeshi would have wanted from us. You don't have to the happiest but we can still get through this with emotion and spirit." 

" You are right, Mitsuko" Yukio pointed out, "But he isn't here anymore and there is nothing you can do to change that."

Yuzuki got up from the wall she was leaning on, "Come on, Yukio. One more mission as the... What was our name back in the Coliseum?"

"Okami," Mamoru answered as he came back with the last things from the Gummi ship.

"Ya, Team Okami!" I yelled as I was now getting hyped up

"Come on Yukio, lets do this and if we don't, at least we go out with a bang." Yuzuki smiled and held Yukio's hand, intertwining her fingers with his.

"Alright, but if we are gonna go with a bang... we got to do this right." Yukio stood up and put his hand out. "For Takeshi"

"For Takeshi" Yuzuki put her hand in the middle

"For Takashi" Mamoru said put his hand as well

"For Takeshi" I said putting my hand on top of the others, "Okami on 3, 1...2...3!!!!"

"OKAMI!!!!" We yelled as loud as we could and as happy as we could. I never forgot that moment because we were so happy as we cheered and danced. It was funny really, we all knew there was no turning back and the road ahead of us wasn't going to be easy and perhaps not possible. The chances of us getting our hearts back and going back to who we were... We knew it wasn't a 50/50 nor a 80/20. I walked outside looked at the stars that seemed to be endless and I remember telling myself, 

"This is It... There is no gold at the end of the rainbow or a finish line with a prize. This was a suicide mission... but even as a suicide mission, we stick together til the end because that's what friends... no... family does. I don't regret anything we did, if it wasn't for all the bad things I have done, I wouldn't be here with my family. Yukio, the best leader with the best balance of wisdom and fun; Yuzuki, the silent fighter who has a hard shell outside but a sweet center inside; Mamoru, my thoughtful and loving companion that would do anything for me and the team; and last but not least, Takeshi, wherever you are, you were the craziest person and even when you weren't afraid to get down and dirty, you always saw the beauty of things and never let anything get you down."

This was the last time we were going to be together as a team... For one last mission

We started our voyage to the end of the path, which started good. Every now and then, we were ambushed by Elite Invisibles and Angel Stars. The first couple of fights weren't half bad for we still had our strength and adrenaline but after time passed and faced the Behemoth guarding the Grand Chasm, we were very tired.

"You guys... OK?" Yukio trying to catch his breath, covering the side of his stomach

"Hey Yukio," I noticed "You are misting bad there."

He let go of the spot and he showed a bad sword cut he probably got last fight.

"Ill be fine..." he said as he took a step and fell to the ground

"I think we should rest here for a bit..." Mamoru suggested as he put his soft bandaged hand on my shoulder.

I looked at the team and he was right, Yuzuki had a bandage on her left thigh and some on her shoulders from the Angel Star's Lightning. Mamoru had bandages on his hands from blocking sword attacks with them and had a bandage across his head from a nasty energy blast.

"Alright, lets sit down for now." I layed down gently for the scratches across my back and stomach were making my life harder. I took out the potions from my backpacks and poured them on my burnt arm. I passed out the last of the potions that were in my bag.

"I guessed that's it." I told them as I put my backpacks upside down showing I didn't have anymore

"I guess it bandages and try not to get hit here on out." Mamoru commented

"Yeah I guess so" I said 

I started making a fire and by the time it was up, Yuzuki and Yukio were snoring and fast asleep.

"Hey Mitsuko..." Mamoru said

"Yeah?"

"I'm sorry... for everything"

"What do you mean everything?"

"Ever since we met, I was always trying to be better than you so I could prove that my heart rank didn't matter. That's why I kept on fighting with cadets in training, why I joined Hades, and even why I started giving you my angry attitude when you tried to speak to me when we were waiting to be put in training."

"Mamoru..." I crawled towards him and leaned on his shoulder, "Remember when we were inside that whale and you saved my life? That tops all the bad things you have or will ever do to me." I gave him a kiss

"I love you, Mitsuko" He told me as he kissed me back, "And for the rest of my life, my sole purpose would be to keep you from harm's way... even if I die trying."

"Don't say that," I said, "And even if it does, I want to enjoy every moment we have right now until it comes."

"One more thing, Mitsuko... I'm still taking you back to Neverland so I can marry you, a promise is a promise"

"Haha, ok I can't wait." I closed my eyes and went to sleep with a smile on my face... where the tear going down cut through.

World Terminus- Mitsuko P.O.V.

"What was that place?" Mamoru asked

"I have no idea" I responded, "It was just a very brightly colored forest"

"It was that one book, remember Yukio?" Yuzuki added

"I vaguely remember." Yukio explained "I remembered some guys talking about it back then."

"Well, just one more place left here until our next place we can rest" I pointed out "Because by the looks of it, we need it." I saw that we got even more injuries from last time and for some reason it looked as if we exchanged wounds from last time (Yuzuki having bandages on her hands, Mamoru having some on his shoulders, etc.).

"Umm guys... you know how you said those locks were gonna slow down Sora?" Mamoru asked

"Yeah?" Yukio and Yuzuki looked back at him

"Well, he is on his way over here now." He pointed and Sora was now coming out of the last pillar leading to us.

"Let's go!" Yukio yelled and we left to the platform with a hole in the ground.

"Wait guys, where does this hole go?" I asked

"Who knows," Yuzuki said grabbing Yukio's hand and diving in, "But its better than here"

I was about to jump in when I saw Mamoru staring behind us.

"Hey, earth to Mamoru, lets go" I told him

"Yeah, I just... actually never mind, it's stupid. Let's go" he carried me and jumped into the unknown abyss.

As we floated down as Gargoyles through the ominous blue sky, we saw a glow of light inside the opening of the mountain that seem to lead somewhere.

"Don't worry, I got you" Mamoru said trying to be cute

"Aww, my hero" I said playing along

He smiled, "I always got..." He said when he was suddenly hit from behind and dropped me.

I recovered and realized that Mamoru was hit in the back and was seriously injured. 

"What was that? You Ok? YUKIO, YUZUKI, HELP!!!!!" I screamed

"Be... hind" Mamoru said

I looked back and he had a huge gash the size of his whole back from the Keyblade being thrown at him. "Its fine... you are gonna be ok." I said calming him down

Mamoru barely made the energy to say the last words I wanted to hear from him,"You... you gotta... go"

"No, I'm not leaving you. Come on" I said as I grabbed his hand and floated down to the mountain

"You guys OK?" Yukio said as he and Yuzuki were coming to help

"Take... her, I'll... distract him" Mamoru said as hard as he could

"NO... NO YOU AREN'T GOING TO COME BACK IF YOU STAY" I told him, "I... WON'T... LET YOU"

He put his weak hands on my face, wiped the tears away from my cheeks and smiled... saying his final words I would hear from him, "A promise... is a promise"

He turned around, faced Sora and floated towards him. I fought as hard as I could to go to him, "Let me stay... LET ME STAY WITH HIM... HE NEEDS ME... I'LL TAKE HIS PLACE!" I yelled, shoved, and screamed trying to get Yukio and Yuzuki off of me. We started going into the mountain's opening when Mamoru put a barrier spell, locking us out.

"YOU BETTER COME BACK TO ME... YOU HEAR ME... YOU PROMISED!!!!!!" I yelled and cried as loud and as hard as I could... but I couldn't save him anymore. I saw from the distance the tears he was shedding when all of a sudden, the whole place turned into black smoke and we could see no more past the barrier

I sat and cried, cried until my eyes could no longer shed tears, cried until I became immobilized from the sadness, paralyzed by the lack of energy. 

"I should of stayed, I should have taken that hit, It should have been me dying for him." I kept on repeating out loud and in my head.  I was lost without him... Mamoru was my everything and suddenly he was gone... in a blink of an eye.

Yukio and Yuzuki stared at me until I passed out of exhaustion

COME BACK...

COME BACK...

I NEED YOU...

I'M LOST...

...WITHOUT YOU

  I feel like tearing up real bad right now but its exactly 3:28 a.m. and I am too tired to sleep or cry. This chapter got my feels real bad, from Mamoru's death to even the things leading up to it. *sigh* I am really gonna miss writing this story, but every good tale must have an end.

I probably have max 2 chapters left until the Finale max so 3 chapters more (THE HYPE) and depending on how many people want a Q&A after the story is finished about your questions on anything, I'll be glad to do one if only people want it. (I'm not gonna do one with if only one person wants it)
