I sighed and looked at the walls surrounding us and the barrier blocking us from going back.

In front of me was Yuzuki, looking down towards the hole ahead of us. I could see her scrapes and cuts from battle were deep and covering her body. To my side was Mitsuko, laying down in a ball position towards the wall... She hasn't said a word since Mamoru did what he did.

"So there goes 2 of Okami... more like 2 and a half." Yuzuki said with a sorrow tone in her voice. "She can't protect herself like this."

"Ill take her on my back... but we will make it to the end, for Mamoru... for Takashi."

Yuzuki sighed, "We can't just leave her?" She said as she slightly smiled

"We could," I responded with a slight chuckle, "but Mamoru would come back to life to kill us."

"I could take him."

"I mean you can't take on someone that is dead"

"I don't care"

I just smiled as she smiled back and said, "You always know how to get me back on my feet, don't you?"

"We are married" I said

"Well, you got me there." She looked down at the hole, "I guess that's our next stop?"

The hole looked like an endless abyss where the darkness just consumed whoever went in. I threw a rock just to make sure it was somewhat safe... Never saw that rock again. We went down together and as we landed on the cold ground under us, we saw a door made of light. We went through and the atmosphere completely changed. The walls looked of a painted nightmare town of despair.

"What is this place?" I asked as I set Mitsuko down and touched the paintings. I felt the actual brick texture on the buildings and the dirt texture of the ground as if it were real.

Yuzuki came close to the painting, "This is the world as it was being taken over by the heartless."

"How can you tell?" I asked as I went towards her looking where she was looking. She was grazing her hand against the crying baby in the image... the baby looked familiar.

"I am starting to remember some things..." Yuzuki said as her legs started shaking until she fell on the ground to cry. "Thats when...she passed... my mother."

I touched the baby's face in the painting and as I grazed the skin, it felt soft and untouched. I went towards Yuzuki and comforted her. "All that matters is that you are here now and without you, we wouldn't be able to come this far." I gave her a kiss, "Let's finish this."

She got up and smiled.

mmmm...mmmm

Mitsuko started regaining consciousness.

"Mitsuko..." Yuzuki and I said at the same time

I started waving my hand in her face. "Hello, Mitsuko, you up?"

"Wh.....Wa..." She started trying to speak and now was falling back asleep again

"MITSUKO!!!"I yelled to wake her up.

We heard shouting and rumbling from above us.

Mitsuko's P.O.V
I got up and realized this wasn't a dream anymore. "Get up" Yukio commanded

"Where are we?" I asked as I wasn't entirely conscious yet

"No time" Yuzuki said as she picked me up and slung me over her shoulder, "They are coming with no idea of stopping, let's go."

Yukio and Yuzuki ran towards the bottom of the mountain as we were getting shot from the back by energy blasts and lightning strikes, they weren't letting us go this time. Dodging and weaving, we were on the run once again.

My vision was coming and going...

I looked down and I started misting from my sides and legs... I was hurt bad.

I could barely make out what Yuzuki was saying, "Wh... Way?"

"This..." Yukio responded and I was out again.

Yukios's P.O.V
We made a run for the door in the dead end.
"Lets hope for the best" Yuzuki said as she jumped through the portal.

I threw Mitsuko's lifeless body through the portal and hopped on right after... only to find our next door was blocked by heartless.

I saw Yuzuki was ready to fight but as I saw her bandages and the misting that was coming out of her wounds, I had to make a decision. I turned into an Invisible and looked at Yuzuki.

"I'll take them, take care of Mitsuko"

"No, you are injured more than I am"

"Wasn't an option" I tossed Mitsuko's body to her and charged in with all the strength I had left in my body.

"Once I clear the opening, go in" I yelled as I fought, "AND DON'T LOOK BACK."

Yuzuki nodded and held on to Mitsuko, trying to find a way through the crowd.

Slashing through Neoshadows and other Invisibles, I felt as if the strength in my body was coming to an end and I was moments away from passing out of exhaustion. I made the opening and Yuzuki sprinted passed the remaining crowd and went through with Mitsuko.

I flew in front of the portal and the mob of heartless started surrounding the area, "I'm not going down without a fight" I took my blade out and was ready to fight with my life.

"HALT!" Someone said

The crowd separated down the middle and 1P13 walked through the walkway they made.

"Yukio... Yukio... Yukio... What are you doing? You are fighting and risking your life for no reason."

"I am fighting for my friends, so they can reach Kingdom Hearts... And as long as they reach it, I can die in peace."

"How do you think you are getting to Kingdom Hearts? And are you even certain it is real?"

"Yes, I thin.... I mean I know it is real... Stop playing with me."

1P13 started walking side to side back and forth, "As Ansem created me to be a secret weapon to bring you back to RoD, he revealed to me that in order to reveal Kingdom Hearts, one needs to have the almighty Keyblade or defeat the Keyblade wielder and harness it's power. Now tell me, do you have the Keyblade?"

I stood quiet

"Exactly, so in order for your plan to work, you need to do what you were ordered to do in the first place."

I dropped my head and sighed, "I... I... can't believe it."

1P13 raised her hand, "Come Yukio, first you will need to atone for your mistakes and then we will be sure you are the highest officer in charge of taking Sora' s weapon so you and your friends reach Kingdom Hearts."

As I started walking towards her, I was pulled into the portal.

"Good thing I didn't listen," Yuzuki said as she gave me a kiss, "Now that you risked your life for us, it's my turn. I love you, Yukio." She said as she jumped through the portal to face 1P13.

"Wait" I got up and as soon as I got close to the portal, it seemed that Yuzuki blocked it with an enchantment.

I fell and pounded on the floor until my hands started to mist. I couldn't hold back my tears and they started to fall as a waterfall.

"Not you too" I said, "It should of been me"

I looked towards Mitsuko and there was a piece of paper stuck on her head. I got up with the dried tears across my cheeks and picked it up.

If you are reading this, I probably had the courage to give you this letter or someone gave you this letter for me.
Well... this is kinda weird because we haven't talked for too long but uhhh imma just say it... i like you, like LIKE you LIKE you. I know its weird for me to say because i dont really like being all gooey and girly but you make me want to open up and you have always been there for me as a friend, even when i didnt seem like I needed one.
What am I saying? You are a rank 2 heartless and I am your average rank 1, you will probably find some rank 2 girl with much more talent and better scores in training than me. I will probably just throw this letter away and never come clean about my feelings and take these feelings to the grave. I am sorry for wasting your time but at least I got my emotions about you out and written on paper, Thanks for reading.

I started smiling and I started reminiscing of our old days in training together. I started kissing the paper and hugged it with all my might. I stood up and tossed Mitsuko on my back, as if I was giving her a piggy back ride.

"Well Misuko, its just us now."

She was knocked out cold and was barely breathing.

"And as long as we make it, all this suffering will be worth it"

We walked towards the pink jeweled door and ready for to finish our long journey that we worked so hard to accomplish. Now this was truly the end.

Yes i am playing, that isn't the end but for sure this is the pre-finale. The next chapter will for sure be the finale and be released for next week if not sooner.

And after that, I will do like the FINAL EPISODE in Birth By Sleep but kinda different. Then after that i will edit the whole story for you guys to reread if you want and share with your friends.
