Shady picked and teleported three of his friends to a large open field in some sort of clear dome, outside of the dome was some sort of place in between universes, you clearly weren't on Equestria, but also nowhere in space or that universe.

Shady: Here, you will master your newly found skills.

Frankie: You know I'm a Earth Pony right?

Shady: You will all have some new type of magic regardless of what type of pony you are. Okay, so first, let's start with Sunlight, I pretty much gave you a spirit bomb, you use the power of the sun to make a big ball of power, it will destroy what you choose, go ahead, try it on this dummy, focus on the dummy, any only choose to hurt the dummy.

Shady then used his magic to spawn a dummy and a sun, Sunlight used the sun, and gathered the energy and unleashed the power but not before choosing only the dummy. When they looked, sure enough, the dummy was gone, but nothing else, not even the ground, was destroyed.

Sunlight: Why? Why are you giving me such a powerful power? I told you I'm only helping you right now to defeat 'The Beast' I'm-

Shady: I trust you.

Frankie was getting a bit upset about how he was treating Sunlight, he was being so nice to her. So why did it matter? He could be nice to other ponies it wasn't a bad thing, so why was she upset about it being Sunlight? Maybe it was because of the fact that she tried to kill him, or maybe, it was the fact that she hurt him... or maybe it had to do with her being a girl? What? No, there was no way she liked Shady, but not in that way, Shady was her friend, she was glad, so why was she suddenly getting upset, she didn't- no, no use in hiding it. She did like Shady, why, maybe it was how he was so open-minded about how he felt, mainly when it was bad, but still, or maybe she liked how his personality was, or maybe, it was the fact that if she didn't have a crush on him, the cover, the second chapter when she was blushing, and the title of this story wouldn't make sense because they wouldn't have the crushing bit of it. Well, regardless, she had a crush on him, and she had to tell him, but in front of everypony? No, later, she'll ask to talk with him alone, geez, she wasn't even paying attention to anything, which was why she was surprised when she heard this.

Shady: Good job Shark Pony, you've done well, now you can be a water bender, and summon water. Ok, Frankie, your turn, I gave you the power of flight, and some special powers.

Frankie tried to use her new powers, but she couldn't, no matter how hard she tried.

Shady: That's strange, I'll have to check that out. In the mean time, I think we've done pretty good, I'll practice with the others tomorrow, I should talk with the two AUs, to see if they're prepared or not.

Shady's horn glowed for a second, then an image of two Shadys appeared, in the background of AU Shady's image, you could see he was in the TARDIS, he was with his friends, they saw, but remembering what happened last time, most of them stayed out of it this time, only Lucky was interested. In AAU Shady's image, you could see he was playing bass and singing, and that others were training, they also wanted out, except for Music.

Shady: You are about to fight both in your and my world, and you're singing a song?

AAU Shady: Well to be fair, it's a great song.

Shady: I approve, anyways, how's things going in your Universes?

AU: Shady: Good, nothing too unusual happened, although, it seems that Unlucky knows about this.

Shady: I don't give a buck, what's he gonna do, help him? He can't be that stupid, he should know that there are gonna be AUs helping us, regardless on if he's strong or weak, he's not gonna do that much with the AUs.

AAU Shady: I'm pretty much ready, I have to do this fight in my universe first though.

Shady: That's fine, just come back to my universe when you've finished.

AAU Shady: It's happening soon, as soon as you get chapter 19 out, it's happening.

Shady: Chapter 19? Well this one is 17 so it's not that far away.

AU Shady: I'm gonna get there in my own time, I'll get there by TARDIS.

Shady: Cool, heh, since Vinyl is in the background of your universe right now, and it's almost time, and the fact that somepony needs to make this joke, I guess you could say it's the 'Vinyl Countdown'

AU Lucky: What're you guys talking about?

AU Shady: 'The Beast'

AU Lucky: Oh, ok then.

AAU Music: We're coming soon enough.

Shady: I know, you're Shady told me. Anyways, I just wanted to make sure you were ready, see ya soon enough.

Shady closed the images.

Shady: Well, I think it's time I should take you all back.

Frankie: Actually, I need to talk to you alone.

Shady: Ok then, I'll just send these two back and then we'll talk.

Shady sent Sunlight and Shark Pony back.

Shady: Now then, what is it?
