Ruby crossed her legs, sat on her bunk, looking at the black fabric in her hands. She could barely hear anyone else as she was absorbed in the abyss of black. Black, the colour she once hated. Black, the colour she once wore because it seemed to be the only colour to go with red. Black, the colour she now loved. She looked up and met eyes with Yang. "Sis?" She asked softly, not wanting her voice to tremble as Weiss was sleeping.
After a few brief moments of silence, Yang spoke up. "Yeah?"
"...Blake's just in a coma, right? She'll will wake up soon, right?" Ruby spoke softly, her silver eyes blinking as she clutched her ribbon to her chest. Yang blinked, and faked soft snores.
"Oh... you fell asleep. Nevermind..." Ruby mumbled, laying down on her bed and covering herself with her quilt before pulling the cloth that hid her bed down.
When Yang knew that Ruby had gone to bed, she sat up and pulled herself out of bed to carefully clamber out and get into Blake's bed. When she was in Blake's bed she snuggled up to the duvet and let out a muffled choked sob. She knew that Ruby would continue to feed herself the lie that Blake would soon wake up, but in reality Ruby knew that Blake was in an eternal slumber she could never wake up from. Yang let out a soft, shaky sigh and closed her eyes to fall into an uneasy sleep.

Such a peaceful dream.
How you wish it to be, correct?
Ah, how delightful.
Well, when you wake up, I'll speak to you again.
Understood, Belladonna?

The goat woman stood over the body, frowning. The two skeletal brothers beside her looked at the goat-woman and then at the fallen soul lying on the bed of yellow flowers. The smaller one seemed a bit wary, and the taller seemed thrilled at the sight of the human. "Is she dead, Toriel?" The smaller one asked, and the goat-woman sighed and stood up, turning towards them, before a loud hiss was heard and 'Toriel' turned around, eyes widening at the sight before her. The human was stood up, heavily coloured black so no part of her previous state could be seen, only bright yellow eyes and the blood on her hands. The smaller skeleton took action and pushed both of the Monsters back, his left eye glowing blue.
As the shadows dispersed, the human was indeed alive, her eyes closed, blood splattered across her black, white and purple outfit, and holding a weapon that was glowing purple. She growled and opened her eyes. Her right was purple and her left was amber. She pulled her weapon back, and suddenly her eyes widened. She screamed and dropped the weapon, making it clatter on the stone but the sound was dulled by the flowers. Toriel stepped forward, passing the smaller skeleton despite his warnings, and she stopped to smile back at him. "It's alright Sans, I have a small idea on who this is." 'Sans' blinked and looked at the taller skeleton, who was just as confused.
Toriel crouched down in front of the girl and took the bloodied hands in her larger ones. "You are Blake Belladonna, correct?" Toriel asked, making Blake close her eyes and stammer out a reply before opening her eyes, which were now both amber. Blake nodded, looking at her hands that were currently being held captive in the white furry hands of Toriel, her eyes widened as she saw the blood on them, and the white fur of Toriel wasn't being stained. "You tried to kill Ruby Rose, correct?" Blake froze before looking at her knees and nodding.
"I-... I let the shadows take over." Blake whispered, and the sound of echoing footsteps alerted her that the two skeletons had gone. Toriel just stood up, pulling Blake up too.
"May I ask you a question, Blake?" Toriel asked, her eyes locked with Blake's eyes.
"Y-Yes... of course."
"How did you die?"
