Raphna's POV: 

The second I destroyed the lachryma, I felt Nirvana fall, the legs of the building all detached from the base itself and the base fell to the ground below. As the base fell, the entire building collapsed and I did my best to not get hit. I panted as I fell to the ground, it's been a long time since I have ever used so much power in an attack. Could I have used a weaker spell? Maybe but there was no room for error. I laid on my stomach as I looked around and saw my friends safe and sound emerging from the wreckage.

  "Natsu-San!!" I heard Wendy call out as I turned and saw Natsu standing tall to my left. I watched as Wendy ran up to Natsu, engulfing him in a huge hug and exclaiming his name again with the biggest smile on her face. She started exclaiming thanks to him for helping her save her guild. Natsu smiled and explained that it wasn't just him, that everyone helped, including her. They exchanged a high five and gathered everyone. Natsu collapsed next to me as the group began talking.

  "The most important thig is that everyone is safe." Happy said.

  "Everyone...you did a truly excellent job." Jurra announced.

  "This marks the end of our operation!" Someone said, I couldn't tell who.

  "...But who's that guy?" Gray asked, "Is he another one of those flying horse hosts?"

  "Are you talking about him?" Lucy spoke up.

"That's Jellal," Erza said bluntly. Gray and Lucy both looked at her in disbelief, both of them letting out words to match their expressions. Erza spoke up after they had let out what was on their minds, "But he is not the Jellal we once knew."

"He lost his memories," Wendy explained.

"Well...you could have mentioned this earlier," Gray complained.

"It's alright, Jellal is back to being a good-natured person," Wendy said, reassuring Gray and Lucy.

I turned to Natsu as Erza walked away from the conversation. He was pouting on the ground, I could tell he didn't like the conversation that they were having so I squatted down to his level and tilted my head.

"Hey Tsu," I said softly, tucking my white hair behind my ear as it fell in front of my face, obstructing my view of the man below me.

"Hey Raph, man you should've been there! I got the room with Zero in it," Natsu said with a grin pulling at his cheeks.

"With your luck, that doesn't surprise me," I giggled as I sat down beside him and reached my hand out to ruffle Natsu's hair and make sure he wasn't too badly hurt from his last battle.

Natsu had grabbed my wrist before it made it to his head. His grip was light and gentle. His touch felt like butterflies landing on my arm. He guided my hand to his face and rested it on his cheek. 

My face went from a pale white from my energy being drained to a bright pink. My eyes widened at his action and I rolled my lips into my mouth before slowly rolling them back out. I opened my mouth to say something to Natsu about the situation he had put us in but I heard someone yell something about a spell. I looked up and sure enough there was a bright white circle incasing us all.

Natsu shot up and raced to the edges of the spell and saw we were enclosed in an invisible dome.

"There will be no more violence," A voice said. We all turned to see an army of people surrounding us. Their leader stood forward, he was dressed in a shirt that had the magic council's symbol on it, a black coat and a while robe connected at his chest with a gem. "I am the head of the newly reformed council's fourth custody enforcement unit. My name is Rahal," he announced.

Everyone stood dumb founded at his words. We all stood worried about why he was here in the first place and hoped he wasn't here to arrest us or cause any trouble.

"We were reborn in order to enforce laws and justice. We will not forgive any form of misconduct," Rahal announced. Happy yelled at him saying that we hadn't done anything wrong and Natsu backed him up. "There is one among you. Our purpose is to arrest the oracian seis. The one who is code named Hoteye, please pass through," Rahal ordered.

"W-Wait!!" Jura yelled, prepared to defend him.

"It's alright Jura," Richard said as he rested a hand on his shoulder. Jura muttered his name in response. "My good nature may have awoken but the sins from my past have not disappeared. In order to start over I must make things right," He explained.

"If that is the case I'll search for your younger brother in your place. Tell me what you brother's name is." Jura said as he showed Richard a soft smile.

"Worly, Worly Buchanen." Richard announced. 

"Worly?" Erza spoke up, "I know that man."

Richard and Jura both looked shocked at her words.

"He's a friend. He is doing well last I heard, he was traveling across the continent." Erza said with a smile. Richard look at her in disbelief and tears began to appear in his eyes. He did not stop them from flowing down his square face. He had taken a knee because his emotions were too much for his body to handle anymore.

"Even though I'm the one who recently turned to the light, it already bestowed up me such a wonderful miracle? Thank you. Thank you...THANK YOU!!" He cried.

While some were talking about how they feel bad for Richard and one in particular talking about how much he needed to piss (?).

"I can't let you go just yet, out goal wasn't just the oracian seis. Infiltrating the council... and causing destruction. Firing Etherion. There is an even greater villain among you," Rahal yelled as he pointed a finger at someone in our group, "Jella!!! Come with us!!!! We have permission to eliminate you if you resist!!!!"

We all screamed in protest while Jellal just stood there with a sad look on his face. He looked like a dog that was just kicked.

"This man is dangerous. He will never be allowed to walk free in this world again. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter. I apologize for wattpad only posting half of the chapter. Idk what happened but took me long enough I know but it's here and I will try my darnest to keep updating. I might even make chapters longer since it takes me forever to post these. I'm struggling to get motivation to finish this but I'm trying. I am 100% going to finish this, might take forever but I'm going to cause I feel like it. I'm also open to suggestions on how to add drama with Raphna. I was thinking making a love triangle but I feel like that's cliche and self centered. That and I have no clue who I'd make have a crush on Raphna other than of course Natsu. Anyways, yeah, if you have any suggestions I would love to hear them. I'm not typing shit in japanese tonight but good morning/good evening/ good night. See ya next time and don't forget to take care of yourselves.
