(Black's Third Person POV)
Black and Shard guided Shade back into the forest. They heard Amber huffing behind them, with rapid paw steps. They burst into camp and Mouse spun around. "Bring Shade over here!" He yelled, passing herbs to Amber as Shade collapsed in front of them. Amber put a pulp on her own wounds and moved over to help Black. Black pushed her off and snarled stubbornly as she tried to smother the pulp on her wounds. "When Shade's better, you can treat me." She growled. Amber scoffed and turned away, helping out Mouse as he placed cobwebs on Shade's wound. Black paced the camp, her scratches starting to sting. Red hobbled out of her nest with Scar helping her. "What happen?" She yelped, eyes filled with fury. Black shook her head with a sigh. "Mooneye happen." She spat. She thought about what Mooneye said. She's my aunt I guess. Where's mother then? Mooneye said she would be upset if she saw that. Maybe she's... Dead? Black shook her head, dismissing the thoughts. "I'm gonna go get something to eat." Black mumbled, stumbling past Red and Scar towards the fresh kill pile.
(Shard's Third Person POV)
Shard paced the camp, occasionally glancing over at Shade. This was all his fault, for planning to scout around for Mooneye. Shard felt guilt wash over him. I can't believe I killed that cat. I shouldn't have done that. I'm a monster. Shard thought, flattening his ears. He looked at Black as she glanced around nervously. She seemed frightened. After everyone gets herbs, I'll ask her what happen. Shard decided with a quick, small nod. Amber padded over to him, relief in her eyes. "Shade will be fine. Luckily it wasn't that deep." She meowed softly, resting her tail on Shard's back. Shard blinked and studied his paws. "I- It's my fault she got hurt." He whimpered. Amber shook her head. "It's not Shard, okay? It's Mooneye's fault. She hates us for some reason." Amber meowed, licking his cheek and padding back over to Shade. Shard suddenly felt flustered, and felt heat creep up his face. "Why'd she do that?" He muttered under his breath. He shook it off and looked up at the setting sun. "If only we could have a peaceful life." He meowed softly, eyes glimmering with sorrow and guilt.

Shard woke up with a yawn and felt a paw prodding his side. He growled quietly and covered his face with his paws. "Noooo. Let me sleeeep." He mumbled. The prodding stopped and he felt the cat land on his back. "Fine. I'll just keep bothering you. And I refuse to move." He heard Amber meow stubbornly. Shard groaned louder and rolled over, crushing her underneath him. "That's what you get for waking me up." Shard muttered, amusement in his gaze. He got up and stretched, tail quivering. Amber jumped to her paws with a playful smirk. "Red's walking fine now. And Shade is healed up well." Amber meowed happily. Shard grinned and bounded out, stretching his stiff legs. "Red! Shade!" Black exclaimed with a smile. Both she cats stood, looking much healthier. Red put her paw on the ground and squealed in excitement. "Thanks for helping me!" Red exclaimed and bounded over to Scar, nuzzling her face into his neck fur. Scar laughed nervously, looking down at Red with a smile. "No problem. Just, don't injure it more, okay?" He said. Shard snickered and turned to look at Black. "So, why were you acting weirdly when we got back from that skirmish?" Shard asked curiously. Black looked like she saw a ghost. "I- I'll tell you outside..." She muttered, walking towards the camp entrance. Shard scowled and followed on her heels. When they reached a clearing, Black turned and shuffled her paws. "So, uh... Mooneye, when she attacked me, she said 'Too bad your mother can't see this. My sister would've cried, even though she acted like she hated you'." She said nervously. Shard's eyes widened. "Sh- She's our AUNT?!" He exclaimed, shock plastered on his face. Black nodded with a frown, pawing at her bandana. "I guess so..." She meowed quietly. Shard nodded slowly. "That's... Unexpected. We should get back before everyone freaks out." He added with a small smile. His sister nodded and they trotted back to camp, slipping through the entrance.
