(Red's Third Person POV)
Red followed Shade and Smoke, paws treading carefully. The wind ruffled Red's fur, and she growled in annoyance. "Hush." Smoke growled quietly, shaking his head. Red huffed and stalked along the Twoleg streets. Shade walked into the alley as the two littermates sniffed the air. "Look out!" Smoke yelped from behind her. Red crashed to the ground as a rogue tackled her. The scent of Mooneye flooded her senses. Mouse dung! Red scowled, flipping and hearing a satisfying oof from underneath her. She leapt to her paws and clawed at the rouge's stomach. She heard yowls and screeches from Smoke. Red threw a blow at the cat's head and whipped around, eyes widening in horror. Mooneye stood above Smoke and grabbed his throat in her jaws, biting down. Everyone stopped fighting as a sickening crunch echoed along the alley walls. Red screeched in rage and horror as she lunged at Mooneye. The she cat swatted her away and she crumpled to the ground, quickly getting back up. She felt someone tug at her scruff and yelped as claws ripped at her back. Red struggled furiously as a red haze clouded her vision. Suddenly the red she cat crashed into Mooneye, claws stained with blood. She heard Shade yowl her name, but she brushed it off as she dug her claws into Mooneye's side. The white she cat snarled and snapped at her tail. Red suddenly stumbled away, panting as scratches covered her flanks. Mooneye struggled to her paws, eyes narrowed. Scar's scent caught Red's attention and she whipped around to see the brown tabby tom. Mooneye and her little 'patrol' scrambled away, disappearing out of the alley. Red collapsed in front of him, sobs wracking her body. "Smoke- he- Mooneye!" She wailed. Shade walked over, eye swollen shut and large gashes along her sides. Scar worriedly looked at his sister and she hauled Red up, slinging her over Scar's shoulder.

Red's eyes fluttered open and she looked around to see her friends. Scar licked one of her wounds clean and Amber put a bundle of herbs down. Red ignored the stinging as her memories flooded back. "Sm- Smoke." She choked out, her voice hoarse. Scar shushed her and continued cleaning her wounds.
(Black's Third Person POV)
Black watched Scar clean Red's wounds, murmuring reassurance to her. She felt fur brushing her and turned to see Mouse. "I had Shard bury Smoke." He meowed softly. Black whimpered and flattened her ears.
(Time skippp)
Black watched once again as Red leaned against Scar's shoulder and he talked to her silently. Red stood up, gingerly placing her left paw down. Scar grinned and stood with her, and they stumbled around the camp. "One more lap, okay?" Scar encouraged. Red groaned and nodded as they limped around the camp again. Black snickered slightly and turned to look at Shade. Shade had healed well, but her eye was still a bit swollen. "She's doing well after breaking her paw. At least Red and Scar are close now." Shade meowed, sitting down. Black nodded and looked back over at them. Shard suddenly burst through the camp entrance with five mice dangling from his jaws. Amber followed him in with a squirrel and robin in her jaws. They set the prey down and Amber tackled him, pinning him down. "That's what you get for scaring away that rabbit!" She yelled. Shard pushed her off and crouched down, leaping on her and shoving her into a pile of leaves. Black stood and walked over to them, about to praise them for their catch, when Shard barreled into her. "Hey!" Black squealed. "Get off, you big lump!" She added. Shard got up only to be tackled back down by Amber. Amber's brown pelt was ruffled and there were a few leaves sticking out. Black laughed and let out an oof when Mouse pinned her back down. "This is war! You got my pelt covered in leaves!" He yelled. Amber jumped to her paws and let Shard go. "Shard and Mouse versus us! Run Black!" She squeaked, charging out of camp with Black hot on her heels. The two toms let out battle cries and raced after the she cats. Black barely avoided crashing into a tree as she skidded to a halt. Shard tackled her and grabbed her scruff, holding her down. Mouse bounded over and tickled her sides with his tail. Black laughed and Amber leapt into the clearing. "Noooo Blackkk!" She yelled mockingly.
