My Quam Suk's Second Encounter
was knocking at the door a few minutes after I came home. The smell of perspiration saturated her body. Her facial features were grave, and her ashen lips were trembling. She could barely speak a word. If it was not for the door's support, she would collapse. "Brit is meeting with Baxter over the selection for a new Executive Office for his squadron. It will be awhile before he returns!"
"Come on in. You look like you have been visited by a ghost."
"I believe I have."
"I don't know when Brit will be back. Sit down! Do you want some cold lemonade?"
"I don't want to bother you."
"We consider you family. It is no bother. You can tell me."
"Have you met at the market in China Town?
"No, I don't think so."
"I believe he was at the warehouse and left before I was rescued, but I am not sure. Maybe he just looks like him."
A masked-man holding a gun with four others behind him burst in the door. They searched every room and ushered Song Brit, Grandma Yai Yeem and Son of Dog into the living room.
What happened next was comical yet surprising. Grandma made a sound, "Whup, Whup." She did a double flip and kicked the lead gunman in the groin. He dropped the gun and was grabbing his middle as he crashed to the floor. At the same time Little Brit exhibited a hand spring pushing himself upwards about three feet and kicked another one in the head twice. The crook collapsed making a loud thump. The youngster sprang off the fallen man to one more criminal punching him on the adam's apple causing the third assailant to lose consciousness.
Grandma spun two more times taking down number four while Son of Dog rushed over to the last offender, stood on his hind legs and whispered Boo. The attacker fainted. My Quam Suk pulled the mask from the first goon who was Sing Whoo. Two of the neighborhood security guards came rushing in and asked, "What happened!"
We were laughing so hard that flickers of light passed in front of our eyes. We were not able to tell them anything for a couple of minutes. They used their walkie-talkies to inform their command center to alert Thai Intelligence. Agents searched Whoo's place of business and arrested twenty-six dubious characters.
Additionally, there were one hundred leads of Gin Meow infiltrators and Black Handkerchief Gang members that were captured.
