I don't believe it is overwhelming, but there is a reoccurring theme. To set the record straight, and because this book may not help anyone directly I've decided to include this number. If you are struggling then I sincerely hope you pull through, and now you know at least one person who cares. I believe it is part of our life's goal to find others who care and be those who care. Even the strongest of us need help sometimes.
