"Why did you fucking say yes, Jo?" Hope Mikaelson was sitting on Josie Saltzman's bed as Zach Dempsey texted Josie. "You don't like him. You really need to tell him that. This is not good at all, honey."

Josie shrugged. "Maybe I'll somehow learn to like him? I don't know." She stood up from her bed and began to pace around her room. "I mean, he's hot, and he's the nicest person ever. I don't know why I don't like him that way."

Lizzie Saltzman barged into the room with her phone in her hand. "Jo, Bryce just told me that Justin went crazy when he found out that Zach kissed you."

Hope giggled as she laid her head down on Josie's pillow. "I'm not surprised that Justin's into you."

"Justin's not into me." Josie shook her head, sitting back down next to Hope. "He probably just thinks it would be cool to fuck his ex's sister, but I'm definitely not losing my virginity to Justin fucking Foley."

"Don't say anything you don't mean, sweetie." Hope laughed as she tapped Josie on the nose. "Justin's a snack, and I'm gay."
