We continued walking until we came upon a forest of brambles.

I turned to look for Ravenstar but, he was gone!

@"Ravenstar" I screened fear swept me up and I found it hard to breath. What had happened. 

Ravenstars head popped out of a hole in the brambles that would not be noticeable on it's own.

"What" he said almost too impatient. 

"Sorry I just didn't see you go in" i felt so embarrassed.

He led me through the brambles and inside was the most amazing thing

I had ever seen!! Huge dens made of twigs and bushes lined the outskirts of the camp.

A huge rock pile stood of to one of the sides with why looked like a den behind it.

Kits that were playing outside before they had run back in one of the bigger dens. 

A big stump stood in the corner with fresh-kill pile on top it. 

The scent entered my body with a welcoming glow filling me with a warmness like I hadn't felt before, I liked this place a lot.

My mouth watered at the smell of fresh-kill , I eyed the vole wishing I could taste the flesh in my mouth. 

"Why don't you go have something to eat" Ravenstar purred amused by my hunger.

Those were the words I had longed to hear ever since I stepped foot in this camp.(which wasn't long) 

I walked to the kill pile, the aroma was swarming me now. I grabbed the vole I had been eyeing and lied down to eat

Cats started to gather around me with hostile looks on their faces  she-cats shoved their kits inside one of the dens. 

My chewing slowed as fear filled my belly full. 

"So you though you could "sneak" in our camp and steal our food without anybody noticing you stupid piece of fox dung!!" A tabby snarled at me orange eyes flickered with such an intense glare a rabbit would stop in it's tracks, I didn't dare move. 

Suddenly without any warning he lurched out with his claws unsheathed. 

I deflected quickly and swiped at his belly while it was exposed.

He dropped and yelped I battered him carful to keep my claws sheathed as so not to hurt him it took all I had not to sink my claws into him and rip apart this meaningless piece of fox-dung for he dared get in my way.

He jumped up out of reach of my claws and pinned me down.

"Bouncefire!" A clear smooth voice rung out through the brambles.

"Bouncefire" walked over to Ravenstar.

"Yes Ravenstar" his voice stood strong but I could tell he was cracking with fear.

This could be the same cat that was fighting me before, could it?

"Points on defending the camp" boucefires head lifted" but she is a friend who saved me from a rouge" Ravenstar finished letting the words roll off his tounge so bouncefire understood I was not bad. 

I pushed the finished vole aside and the sun seeped down through the trees.

I was about to ask Ravenstar where I would stay when a torteshell she-cat burst through a hole in the side of a hill.

"Ravenstar!!!!!!!" She screeched, she was so loud I would of though the whole forest would be able to hear her. 

"I was just visited by palebird" she was gasping for breath. Must've been a horrible dream.

I looked over at Ravenstar, when the torteshell had said palebird he'd just frozen shock and sadness seeped through his bright Amber eyes.

"Palebird spoke to me" she was slowly calming down now. 

"What was it about brambleberry" 

I mean what is with these crazy names!!

Brambleberrys blue eyes started glowing and her voice grew so thick and raspy I could've sworn it sounded familiar.

"A darkness will come so evil and dark even the Raven won't know where the sky is. A cat will come and bring down a paw to conceal the darkness leaving it stained black forever, if that darkness is hit with stone it will break leaving the world black forever. If the rabbit strays too far from the nest it will surely die by the claws of the Hawk. The only one able to conceal the darkness will be the darkness itself, dark turned light and the shadows will fall leaving light it's place." 

Her eyes flickered for a moment and then returned to normal. 

She looked around at everyone's shocked faces and the camp was so quiet you could hear the crickets chirping on the night. 

Slowly Ravenstar looked at me and I looked down at my black paw.
