I raced through the forest trying to get back to Thunderclan, the fire licked at the trees as it spread faster as faster towards me.

Tears stained my fur and ash blackened my white fur making me black as night.

The smoke  burned my eyes and stung like crazy, the fire coming faster and faster and a tree had just fallen leaving my path blocked.

I was trapped, the fire caving in on me and that's when I saw him a pitch black cat with a white paw leaped down next to me and pulled me over the tree.

We ran for some while neither saying a word, we stopped once we reached a river the flames coming closer and closer when we heard a cat screech coming from the flames.

"Ravenstar!!!!!!" 

Before I had a chance to move the black cat shot forward into the fire, my heart stopped and I didn't know what to do!!!!! 

A figure appeared from the flames, it was Ravenstar!!!!! 

I jumped to my paws running at a full run into Ravenstar.

"Thank starclan your ok" he said " I was scared when I couldn't see you anymore"

I looked at him with a confused look "when did you ever see me, you told me to hunt alone?"

"Actually I was assessing you..." Ravenstar muttered," to see if you were learning anything by being in the clans...." 

"Oh? Was I?" I asked afraid of the answer.

"Absolutly!!!!!, no doubt about it"

His words brought relief to my heart. 

I looked back in the fire and yellow eyes met my gaze, the black cat was staring at me with an intense gaze that stopped my heart.

His gaze stood a second longer and then he callapsed on the dirt with a soft thud.

I rushed forward to help but Ravenstar stopped me. 

"Why would you risk you're life to save a cat you don't know!!!" He was trying to be sensible but this cat saved my life and I was going to return the favor.

I pushed past Ravenstar as I headed into the flames, again, the smoke chocked me as I shallowed my breathing and crouched low on the ground to avoid to flames that begged to meet my fur. 

I shivered, but not because it was cold it was actually really warm like melting me so as I was saying I was shivering because I was worried who was I even saving? 

The cat was just a few tail-lenths away now I could hear the fire that had swallowed up our camp get closer for another round of destruction. 

I picked up his unconscious body and slung it over my back, he slipped at first but I got a firm hold and ran as fast as I could without dropping him.

As soon as we were out of the forest and in the safety of the river I let the cat off my shoulderes and into the river so he could 1. Get rid of that burning smell 2. WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!.

I hope Ravenstar got out ok...... Or actually I hope the whole clan got out safely!!!

That thought stuck in my head as I lay down to take a nap, rescuing cats takes hard work..

Sorry for the Delay I went I on a "vacation" and I didn't have time to write. I'm sorry this chapter's a bit short I didn't have much time this morning but I hope to put at least one more chapter today or at least I hope to start it. All my friends are killing me about when the next chapter is coming out, so possibly today maybe tomorrow but I will make sure it's done.

Gianna: WHERE IS THW BOOK AUTHOR-CHAN I'VE BEEN WAITING ONE WHOLE MINUTE!!!!

Me: well I'm not gonna finish a chapter in one minute Gianna!!!!! 

Gianna: oh, how's two minutes?
