AYUMI

It was Seiko, grinning broadly and slinking through the halls like she owned the place. "Shinozakiiii!" she cried out in fake delight as she spotted me. I could hear Akiyo's teeth beginning to chatter. I leaned towards her. "I'll take care of this, just don't have a panic seizure," I murmured in her ear, and leaned back upright. I laughed, my dark laugh echoing down the halls. "Yes, it's very nice to see you, Shinohara," I giggled.

On Seiko's neck, a mark was there, showing her hanged death. I reminded myself that I needed to figure out how to appease her. "Do you know where Naomi is? I've been searching for her everywhere, but she never turned up... I thought her spirit left her body already..." she explained sadly. I smiled lightly. "Nakashima will turn up sometime," I promised. "Seiko, meet Akiyo. Akiyo, this is my friend, Seiko." Akiyo only stared at Shinohara, fright and curiosity clouding her eyes. "Er, uh... hi?" she stuttered, her eyes widening. "Hello!" Seiko replied cheerfully.

"Akiyo, can you please go somewhere else? Ayumi and I need to speak... privately," she added fiercely, her eyes glinting with an emotion I couldn't place. My heart sank. How long am I capable of keeping up this act? I followed Seiko down the hall and into the girls' bathroom. "Ayumi, your progress is very slow," Seiko snapped, suddenly spinning around. "Yuka managed to kill Len. What use is she? Just slaughter her cold and leave it be! You have a knife, for crying out loud!" With a flinch, I recalled of Satoshi's demands.

I devilishly planned to kill my cousin and burn her bones to nothing. "Seiko..." I began. She narrowed her eyes quizzically. "What made you happy when you were alive?" I finished, my eyes widening with innocence... and anxiousness. Seiko threw back her head and roared with laughter. I just stood there, dumbfounded. How did she find that humorous? I certainly didn't. "Naomi," she said, pausing a bit to catch her breath. "But she's dead, so how can I ever be happy again?" She offered me a crooked grin, and linked her hand with mine.

"But who cares now?" Seiko inquired, leading me out of the bathroom, but then I heard a voice:

"Hello, Ayumi, Seiko."

You do not know how much I love cliffhangers! MWAHAHAHA! Anyway, I'm updating early because my mom is sick and I don't have any transportation to go to school.
