The weeks went by and the group noticed a change in their blond haired female friend. Everyday it seemed as though Bella was getting more and more drained. She started sleeping a lot more, she missed a lot of classes, but she made sure to be there for transfiguration and Defense against the Dark arts. 

They wondered whether it was from missing her friends back home or her spy work. They had picked up a pattern of her leaving the castle ever so often. Currently they were at breakfast. She was having a hard time staying awake. 

There had been whispers, rumors about her health. Several times Bella had ran out of the room in tears because of some of the comments consisted of pregnancy. Those rumors were quickly shut down by Selene, Bakura, Atem, and surprisingly that Undergrove girl. 

"Bastard people need to mind their own business" Bakura grumbled as he sat down beside Marik. 

everyone went quiet as they all looked up at the podium and noticed that Dumbledore was standing there waiting patiently. 

"as you are all aware tonight is Halloween" Dumbledore started to say. Harry groaned a little. Something always happens on Halloween. "this year the teachers and i have gotten together and decided that we are going to celebrate Halloween in a slightly different manner." he explained. 

"what does he mean?" Bakura asked. 

"normally we just have a huge feast" harry shrugged. "but bad things always happen on Halloween" he added.

"this yeah we are going to have a Halloween ball" Dumbledore explained. everyone erupted in chatter. "everyone will have the day to go into Hogsmade and pick out costumes at the stores. or make up one of your own. But if you do leave the school you will have to sign a paper stating when you left and when you return" He explained. "the doors will open at 5:30. 1st and 2nd years curfew is 10;00, 3rd and 4th 11;00, 5th year and up midnight" he explained.  

"that sounds like fun" Yugi said. 

Bella sighed a little. "i know what he is trying to do" she mumbled. 

"what?" Harry asked. 

"He feels that i am over worked and need time to 'relax'" Bella said with a roll of the eyes. 

"well you do" Bakura said. 

"no more than anyone else" Bella denied. "besides...I have horrible luck with it comes to Balls and dances" she said

"One you've been helping spy, two you have been doing these classes and the work on top of helping me and Ron train and control our animangus forms. that's not counting work for the order, and what ever Voldemort has you doing, and don't forget what the moon cycle is" Harry said in disbelief. 

Bella groaned a little. "don't remind me" she mumbled as she laid her head on the table. "between helping Remus and dealing with my own..." she trailed off with a sigh.

"see, you need a break" Yugi said firmly. 

"so what do you guys want to do for costumes?" Harry asked. The group looked at each other thoughtfully. 

"Lets head down to Hogsmade after we eat" Marik suggested. 

"Ill have to make up something with what I've got" Ron said a little put out. 

"don't worry Ron. I've got you covered" Harry said reassuringly. 

"You don't have to" Ron said as his ears turned red. 

"It's fine Ron" harry said reassuringly. 

"are you guys done eating?" Bella asked looking up at them. They hadn't touched their food in a while. 

"yeah i am" Harry said. 

"same" ron replied which surprised everyone. The weasley twins walked up. 

"Hey" 

"are you"

"going to"

"hogsmade?" they asked. 

"yeah" Yugi replied. "want to come with?" he asked. 

"we would"

"love too" 

Bella felt dizzy as they talked. She stood up. "well come on" she said looking impatient. 

The group walked out of the castle, after signing the parchment that Dumbledore had spoken of in his announcement, and made their way to Hogsmade. almost immediately Bella lead them to a shop that sold clothing. They walked in and was greeted by a brunette girl. 

"hey Carla." Bella greeted as she recognized the shop keeper. 

"Bella! It's been forever" The woman, Carla said walking over and Hugging Bella tightly. "what can i help you with?" she asked. 

"Dumbledore has decided we are having a Halloween ball, and we get to dress in costumes. you are going to have a busy day" Bella explained. 

Carla looked surprised but shook it off. "great! but since you are one my best customer, two were here first, and three a good friend. you get my full attention first" She said. 

"I have a group here" Bella said warningly as everyone was looking around the shop. 

"wait, you" 

"two"

"know'

"each other" 

Bella sighed hearing the twins. "yeah we know each other" she replied. 

"did you have anything in mind?" Carla asked. 

"Surprise us" Bella said shaking her head a negative. Carla's eyes flashed with excitement and squealed. 

"ok ok" She looked from Bella and back to the group. "ohhhh I've got an idea" she said as she grabbed hold of Bella and pulled her into the back. Bella yelped in surprise. but then rolled her eyes in amusement as she really should be used to Carla's exuberant ways. 

a measuring tape began measuring Bella all over the place. Bella watched it in annoyance. She never did understand magical measuring tapes. like why in the heck did it need to know how long her hair was?

almost immediately cloth appeared around her making her gasp out. "what the!?" Bella said in alarm as she realized that her clothes were missing and she was now in her underwear. 

"Come on Bella! pay attention" Carla scolded as she wrapped fabric around Bella's waist and held it there looking at it for several minutes with a thoughtful look. The cloth was silk in touch and blue in color. Bella watched her surprised. Carla had never suggested blue for any of the clothes that she had made for Bella.

Bella sighed and closed her eyes humming to her self as Carla worked her magic, quite literally. She was unsure of how long it took, but sometime later Carla told her to open her eyes and look. Bella opened her eyes and walked over to the mirror. Her eyes widened in surprise as she stared at her reflection in the mirror.

"like it?" Carla asked looking at her with a look that meant she already knew the answer. 

"thank you Carla" Bella said as she turned around and hugged her. Carla squealed a little. 

"yay! ok so which one of those guys are you with" Carla asked. 

Bella looked over at her questioningly. "what are you?" she started to ask. 

"Come on Bella. just tell me who is it?" Carla asked. 

"Im not with no one" Bella replied as her face reddened when she finally realized what Carla had been asking. Bella walked over and changed back into her normal clothing and folded up the costume. she pulled out a pouch and handed it over to Carla. 

"that should cover everything." Bella said.  

"of course it will" Carla said rolling her eyes. "fine...ill figure it out eventually" she said as they walked out. Bella walked over to the group as Carla dragged another one of them to the back. She looked around and saw that there was a lot of people there in the shop looking around at things that were hung up or on display as well as accessories. 

One by one Carla took some one from the group to the back and then let loose when she was done with them. She seemed to be having fun while she worked, so Bella staid quiet. The reason Bella liked coming to Carla was because she got things done fast. It helped that her magic was doing most of the work. it cut down on time by a lot. 

Fred and George were the last to be taken back. 

"hey...why did she make us all new costumes...there is a lot of other stuff in here too?" Ron questioned looking at Bella in confusion.

"She only does it for certain customers." Bella replied. "we could have gotten some that was already made. but I have been going to her for a long time. She literally puts her heart into her work." She explained. 

"that is nice of her" Yugi commented. 

Bella pulled her phone out of her back pocket and looked down at the time. "I got to get back to feed Jewels" She said. "I'll meet you up at the school?" she said before making her way through the crowd and out of the  building. As she finally got out side she took a gulp of air as she relaxed and headed back up to the castle.
