Okay, so Photoshop didn't take part in this. I used PicsArt and Phonto because I haven't been doing many graphics that require manipulation and am thinking of removing that from a choice or making it a very basic manipulation.

Anyway, continuing onto the cover. It's not super great as I said before I didn't manipulate anything and couldn't find a good picture of a girl in a hospital.

So if you want a redo I completely understand.
