Hi low everyone. New story time. Hope you enjoy. Gonna introduce the character real quick then get to the story.

Lucy Hale as Evangeline Mia Cassiel. She's the niece of the Mikaelson siblings. She's extremely close to Elijah. She was raised by her father but still remained close to her uncle. She's the mate of Alec and Jace. She's sassy, stubborn, witty, sweet, kind, caring, loving, temperamental, and extremely protective of her family and friends.

Elijah pov
I was in the office when Niklaus came in.
" Elijah. It seems we have a little problem." I raised an eyebrow and looked at him. He put down a folder. I looked through it and froze.
" Demons?" He nodded his head. The others had come in by now. Rebekah spoke up.
" Do we need to call her?" Niklaus froze and Kol growled.
" No! Absolutely not! We are not calling her!!!" Haley spoke.
" Who are you talking about?" I sighed and leaned back.
" Our niece." Haley looked shocked.
"You have a niece?"
" Yes. We do." I said then explained everything.
"Eva's mother was Finn's twin sister and our older sister. She fell in love with a man who was unique. He wasn't human. They married and things were peaceful till the night we were turned. Ana was pregnant when she was turned. Instead of the baby dying she survived. Eva was born part vampire, witch, and shadowhunter. Shadowhunter just like her father."
" Shadowhunter?" Finn spoke.
"A shadowhunter is half angel and half human. They keep humans safe from demons. And any thing else not so human."
"Then she could help."
"Could? Yes. Would? Probably not." Niklaus said. Kol spoke.
"Unless of course Elijah is the one to ask her." I sighed and looked at a picture I had of my niece. I stood up.
"Let's go. If we're going to ask we should do it in person."
"Great. We're all going to die." Kol muttered. I frowned.
"We'll be fine as long as you don't tick her off again. You know she has a bad temper."
"Bad temper? Elijah she makes Nik look tame." Rebekah said. I ignored that comment and went to pack. Knowing my niece she would be happy to see me but not so much my siblings. And especially not Haley. This wasn't going to be easy.

A few days later we arrived in New York City.

We headed straight for the Institute. When we arrived outside of it two men came out.
"What do you want vampires?" A boy with black hair asked. I spoke.
"We're just looking for Eva." Both men tensed at that. The blond haired boy scowled and spoke.
"And why should we let you see her?"
"Perhaps because we're her family." Niklaus said. The blond smirked.
"Oh I see. You're the ones Angel mentioned." I rose an eyebrow at the name. Just then a voice spoke.
"Back off it Jace." I saw my niece coming out. The black haired guy spoke.
"Mia. We told you we'd handle this."
"I told you Alec that I'd be fine." When Eva saw me she grinned.
"Uncle Lijah." I smiled.
"Hello little one." She hugged me tightly.
"I missed you."
"As I missed you Evangeline. You look well."
"Thank you. Now what are you here for?" The blond haired boy, Jace, spoke up.
"Angel you can't be serious."
"I am. My uncle means no harm. And they won't do anything unless they want a seraph blade embedded in their chests or skulls."

Evangeline pov
I heard Niklaus speak.
"Lovely to see you also young lady."
"Do not young lady me. You've never taken a interest in my life. Honestly we may be blood related but you are the furthest thing from a Uncle I have."
"Eva......." Uncle Lijah warned but it was too late.
"Are you going to invite us in or not?" Kol snapped.
"I'm thinking not. Minus Uncle Lijah you all aren't so trustworthy. Besides. This is owned by Alec. He'd have to invite you in and somehow I don't think he's gonna be in the mood." Jace smirked and snorted while Alec pulled me close. Kol growled at me but I didn't flinch. I felt my two mates tense. Jace pulled his sword out and Alec pulled his bow out and put a arrow on it.
"Don't even think about it." Alec said with a cold tone.
"Alec. Please. Calm down." He slowly put it down and put the arrow away. I looked at Uncle Lijah.
"Is something wrong Uncle?"
"I'm afraid so Eva. Something is very wrong." I sighed and gave Alec a look. He and I had a silent argument before he sighed.
"Come in." Jace turned on his heel and stormed inside. Alec nodded his head towards Jace and I nodded. I took off after him hoping to calm him down.

Alec pov
I sighed as I watched Mia go after Jace.
"Come on. I'll show you around till Mia gets back." The one who I knew Mia loved very much smiled.
"Thank you." I nodded my head and turned.

Elijah spoke to me while we walked.
"How has she been?"
"Good. She's been tired lately but Mia is a tough one. That and she's been doing this a lot longer then us." He smiled and nodded his head.

I took them to the office so we could wait for my temperamental parabatai and our shared girl. It wasn't long before she came in with Jace. Jace was still tense but he looked better. I smiled seeing him relax with Mia.

Evangeline pov
I went over and sat on the desk. Alec shook his head but smiled at me. I looked at Uncle Lijah.
"What's up?" He tossed me some info and I looked at it.
"God damn it." I cursed. Jace and Alec looked at the info.
"So that's where they went."
"Yeah. Apparently. This time I'm going to murder them for sure." I looked at my uncle.
"Thank you Uncle." He nodded his head.
"Of course sweetie." Alec spoke.
"We have to speak to the clave first then we'll probably go." I watched my other uncles, aunt, and the hybrid closely. I frowned. Something was off about her. Uncle Lijah noticed.
"Eva......." I scowled.
"You are her. You're the girl playing with my uncle's heart." She froze then scowled.
"Excuse me?"
"Haley right? You got pregnant by one uncle of mine then you play with the other and act like you want him." She growled at me but I didn't flinch.
"Is that supposed to scare me darling? I don't know what they've told you about me but I don't back down. Ever. You may be a hybrid but so am I child. Don't ever test me." Uncle Lijah sighed and kept quiet. He knew this was going to happen when he brought them here. Haley spoke to me.
"You act like they're not your family but you are just as arrogant and selfish as them." I glared and in a flash my seraph blade was at her throat.
"Don't you ever call them that. We may have had a falling out but they are still my family. And I protect my family." Jace sped over and put his hand over mine.
"Angel. Don't." I growled and lowered my sword. This wasn't going to be fun.
