I walk into the creaky door slowly preparing for almost anything. I peer through both sides, then turn around to shut the door. I shut the door and then look around the room observing every tiny detail, from the spruce and birch wood to the windows. "...Athena? Where are you?" I ask not really expecting a response.

"Chirp, Chirp, CHIRP, ATHENA, ATHENA, ATHENA!" She was using the chirp words and her own name again, she says this as she comes swinging out of the corner flying at full speed, making me jump in place. Her flying looked like flames trying to catch her tail. Well, all phoenix tails look like that. To me she was a flaming star in the wind.

How was I going to stop her? I didn't know fairly at all how to stop her. She then noticed I was standing there and then her eyes widened. She had been doing this the whole time. Athena slowly fluttered down losing all determination, and wildness. Even though she was still a phoenix chick, she was still as wild as the others. Not that I didn't mind. I respected that freedom. She then fluttered all the way down to the wooden platform where we were both standing on and she hung her head down in shame.

I swiftly walked up to her like I was going to punish her, but instead, "I know you can't understand me, Athena, but I respect that you have you're freedoms and you are wild. I will let you go outside and fly around all that you want to, but you have to come back." I say quietly knowing she wouldn't be able to understand me, but I made an attempt. She tilted her head, and I walked to the door and opened it. She tilted her head. I nodded, and she seemed to understand. Happily she fastly went through the door like it was her barrier to endless paradise.

I followed her outside, closing the door after me. She flew up the flame burning at her tail, and she flew in circles and off in one direction, just to come zooming back from the other. "Heh, fascinating." I say while walking. I then had an idea. "I can finally build my furniture! No time to waste! I must get to work!" I say racing off to go find some logs.
