Death Is Beautiful

I mean, I guess the quote was right: 'No one starts to pay attention until their dead.' And look at us, look at me, I'm now paying attention. But, I've also have always been paying attention... I loved the environment, still do, but, I don't know.

Finally, my legs came to a calm stop, which relieved Lucy.

I looked at my surroundings, and I noticed that what remained here, it was a small castle. A small, crumbled, ancient castle.

Little bits of brick scattered on the ground, and only a rising bit of the tower remained. The scent was too strong to not investigate!

"Hmm..." I said, while walking inside of the remains of the castle. I searched the place, and I didn't see anything hiding...

The creature was here, I could sense it. But, where? I looked at the golden brass markings of the bricks on the castle, and I wondered: What happened to this place...?

Echo and Lucy came up behind me, and they were asking me if I saw the creature. I shook my head in disagreement, I hadn't seen the creature anywhere. It was just lost remains of what survived, here.

I then got a flash scent, and I hopped to finding it. Some creature was moving with it's scent, and I quickly followed. I couldn't lose this scent, it was the creature, and I knew it was!

I was lead to a tiny corner that still stood in the tiny castle remains, and I could hear tiny noises of nothing.

The creature was invisible, and scared... I wanted to help, but the creature needed to be visible.

I stayed calm, and I tried to soothe the creature with talking.

"Greetings, I have no idea whom you are, but I want to let you know, I don't want to hurt you. I want to help you." I spoke softly.
