SUPER SONIC'S POV

I fought Shadow like I was doing a lap around the planet.

I did it fast.

It was just too easy.

I brought Shadow to his knees.

He tried to distract me with a chaos spear.

I guess he's trying to get away.

What he doesn't know is that he's running out of energy.

This battle is way too short.

I caught up to Shadow.

" Hmph. You think you can beat me? HA! You can't stop what's coming. I am Forever. I still stand." Shadow said.

" Keep talking." I said.

" You want me to talk, so fine. Here's a sentence! CHAOS BLA--" Yelled Shadow, as he fainted.

I could only think what he has put my friends through.

I have to end it.

I had too many negative thoughts and reversed from Super Sonic, to Dark Super Sonic.

I picked Shadow up and was ready to finish him.

" Sonic!" Yelled a voice.

" Tails..." I said.

" Don't do it Sonic.." Tails pleaded.

" Tails, from jealousy, he killed me, and probably attacked all of you." I explained.

" Yeah, but I held him off." Tails said.

" Tails, LOOK AT YOU!! YOUR BRUISED AND BATTERED!!!! IMAGINE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF YOU LOST THAT FIGHT." I yelled.

" But, Sonic, I have his inhibitor rings... I can fix him." Tails said.

" TAILS, NO I'M NOT TAKING THAT CHANCE." I said.

" SONIC!!!" Yelled Tails.

I felt sorry for yelling at Tails, and dropped Shadow.

I reversed into my normal state.

" Sorry Tails." I said.

I Zoomed away from Shadow and Tails.

TAILS' POV

I can't believe What Sonic was about to do.

I put on Shadow's inhibitor rings.

If he tries to take them off again, it won't work.

I modified them to never be able come off again.

I took his body and flew back to our friends.

But where did Sonic go?
