Evan walked back into the world helping train the soldiers in this land as they fight with more hope once they have been shown the war can be won it brought a smile to his face as he watched everyone so hopeful all because of himself.

An arm snaked around his waist as he looked over smiling to his mother who pulled him into her arms they sat their hugging for what seemed like ages and soon days passed the land was going more silent as life took over.

He was rushing through the battlefield with his mother and queen beside him his old group had been fighting near by as well as he looked over the people smiling he watched so many people fight with ease since he has helped.

Time comes when he would think about the world if the spirits got out and how dark it would have been he thinks of Jon late at night when they return home to rest and sleep, they're withering the shadows down but it's going to take some time which he knew would be worth it in the end.

The more the seasons changed slowly in the world he would wonder if life in the real world would even be possible after so much time only one man has escaped this world and that was Jon who never fully entered he has not heard of anyone leaving and it scared him.

They stood on the hill looking over the land as the queen placed a hand on his shoulder " Well done" she said giving it a pat as Evans muscles relaxed " Now for the larger picture" she said turning with him following watching the world overcome with beauty.
He found peace in all of it as they searched the real world finding those spirits who still tried to take souls it took many days to hunt and trace them down as he traveled all over the world and each point he would look down wondering how Jon would look next to him here.
They burst a door down fighting the spirits as Evan grew tired returning a childs life to normal as he brought back the parents he sat and talked finding out their background which was something he found at each home wanting to hear each persons life struggles and knowing without him they would fall apart.
He walked out with the queen holding his head high and proper as they began the journey to yet another place now so close to the end he started to accept the fact if he's stuck here then he will help rule over these souls who look up to and fight for him but also his heart beats for the want and need of Jon.
Once making it back home after the long time away the people cheered for them as they entered it made Evan feel so happy " THE WAR IS OVER" the queen yelled while people burst out into cheers and celebration all across the land.
Evan woke up one early morning feeling a breeze over the land, the place was now for lost souls and healing before they would eventually come to find peace it was also used as a gateway between living and the dead as they helped many living souls find answers to questions.
His breath left the air in a cloud as the wind came by stealing it from his view, his head tilted back while his eyes shut " Jonathan" he spoke out warm heartedly into the sky above.

Jon rushed home calling everyone over they were so dead and upset still but he was bouncing off the walls waiting for everyone to arrive as it took hours due to them being busy.
Once everyone was settled into the house Jon spoke out with such hope in his voice as he told the story all over again about how Evan visited him and they were changing the war for better and it was almost over he told them everything from his life story to how Evan would return to them.
As the years passed hope left slowly but Jon refused showing them giving up will do nothing and if you love that person you need to fight for them which would bring back hope to his new found family and friends.
There was times where Jon would feel his heart falter and he felt as if Evan was somewhere in the world thinking of him as well which brought a smile to his face he counted the days down using the wait as a motivator to push forward and plan out the day he holds his love once more.
His eyes slowly changed back into their human color which was a light baby blue now meaning that the darkness inside of him was now fully gone it was weird at first since he could fully feel all emotions and they were overwhelming but everyone helped him through it.
One year they went to see the fourth of July fireworks and Jon got bored he only wanted that one person next to him so he walked off thinking back for the millionth time on Evan and everything they had been through he held guilt for how he acted yet a smile never left his face knowing how hard Evan fought past his issues and showed him love in the storm.
As he was walking the wind chilled sending a shiver over his boy as he saw a mist form in front of him, his heart leapt joyfully in his chest as he looked up at the night sky seeing his breath carried away " Evan" he spoke out closing his eyes embracing the warmth around him.
