I was sitting in my room waiting as I played with Jons hoodie still over my body, I was watching the moon rising in the sky and I heard silence fall over the house so I took this as my chance.

I stood up weakly and made my way towards the door while my body fought me but I wasn’t giving in I had to get answers and I wanted them now, I made my way through the house seeing Tyler asleep on the couch with Dailly so I went slower careful not to make noise and wake them as I snuck out the door.

As I was walking I saw the snow laying on the ground I was shocked but I didn’t mind the breeze, the streets were silent as I made my way back to the woods desperate for answers and there was one person who would give me them.

I was quick to find myself in the woods the same place as last " OHM" I called out with a cough due to my throat hurting, my eyes looked around and I didn’t see him so I called out again hoping he would hear me but I only saw shadows creeping up " OHM" I screamed out.

" BACK OFF HE IS MINE" I heard someone yell making all the shadows stop and that’s when I saw him walk by them and up to my face, I looked over his body his outline was blurred and parts of his body was turning to black mist.

" What" he said trying to sound mean but it came out more as a plea " I need answers" I said watching him sit on the ground so I joined him.

I watched as he would try touching the snow but his hand never made a mark and his face showed sadness, I reached forward not sure if it was possible but damn well I'm going to try.

He looked up at me and I nodded towards my hand which he raised his shakily to mine once his was over mine I grabbed it and watched him take a deep breath as his eyes started to glow he looked at the snow with slight fear while he pressed it into the snow smiling as he picked some up and threw it on me.

" Hey" I said still holding his hand " I missed that" he whispered drawing small things in the snow " What is it like" I asked watching him look back to me " Well painful at first you can feel the energy and power around you but the longer your trapped in these woods and lose hope the more you can feel your soul being sucked out" he said giving my hand a squeeze.

" I'm sorry" I said giving him gentle eyes " No Evan I saw all of my mistakes I was such a horrible person and this is what I deserve" he said making my heart hurt to which he looked up at me " Don’t you feel sorry for me" he warned but I didn't feel threatened.

" Tell me honestly how can I help" I said taking his other hand from the snow into mine as he took a deep breath " I'm not sure you can" he said and I grew slightly mad so I took my one hand staring at a shadow and focused my hand at it soon enough I shot a small burst of light from my hand killing it.

" Well alright point proven" he said with a chuckle " Do me one thing and ill tell you everything I know" he said, I nodded my head not even caring as to what it was if I got answers I wanted.

" Take me out of here just for a little but... you'll need to hold my hand" he said blushing slightly which made me smile as I stood up pulling him with me seeing the shocked expression on his face as I led him from the woods.

" What happened to the hate you had last time you came here" he asked and I could feel the woods pulling at him but I pushed forward focusing on getting out with him " I finally opened my eyes" I said looking down slightly.

Once out I saw his figure back to normal as he was a physical being he turned towards me and hugged me to which I hugged back " Ok well I guess my turn" he said chuckling while dragging me down the street.

" How you can help" he said questioning as he thought " Well first off the forest is claiming more lives we don't hear about it because it's like they don’t exist anymore but there are a few good people fighting them off but I can see their losing and it grows faster each day" he said feeling the bushes along the street.

" I don’t know how you help but I know that some of the good people gave their lives in those woods which granted them access to the spirit world where they can go in and fight but it has to be done at the center in a ritual for it to work properly" he said.

" Ok so who can do the ritual" I asked and he gave me a stern look " Evan your free why would you want to be involved in that I mean look at how i was its not a nice place" he said and I felt more guilty " Stop" he warned which I ignored " Who can do it" I asked sternly seeing him take a slow breath.

" Jack knows how" he said not looking in my eyes " Evan I can feel you and no you shouldn’t do this" he said which I pulled him towards an old store " Yes I know but I'm going to and I need you with me to guide me" I said as we sat on the bench watching the night glow.

" I can't help you they have me" he said playing with his pants " Can I get you back and well has nayone made it out of the forest" I asked needing to know everything " Well if your strong enough and find my soul yes you can pull me back as for the other part I only know of one person making it out of the forest but part of their soul is still stuck there" he said looking at me before slowly placing his head on my shoulder.

" Evan don't bring me back I'm far to gone for help if you save me I'll be back to the way I was" he said and I slowly moved his hair from his face " But I can help you I can heal people" I said desperately " No it's not worth it your still new to this so you can get hurt really badly" he said cuddling up to my side which I invited him.
