Prologue

He had a family friend help take care of him as a guardian to keep him away from his grandparents while he stayed in a separate house as his childhood home was in ruins of the bomb
He lost his will to live then but never attempted to take his life waiting patiently for something or someone to do so for him but also waiting patiently for a reason to stay alive
But the rusty gears of fate begin to turn for him, while taking a walk through the woods near his home to clear his head, upon finding a strange cave with a golden key necklace he finds himself on Bara Magna as his strings of fate was now intertwined with three Glatorian, a Thief, a Scarabax Beetle and a power drained God to help Mata Nui return to his home to save his people the Matoran from his brother while a rising united army under the control of a traitor
But of Hunter finding his frail heart begining to pull to the Great Spirit Mata Nui, is it enough to keep him alive?

"When looking upon life ahead of you, it can always be unexpected and unpredictable." Hunter told Mata Nui, his ebony hair flowing slightly in the gentle breeze that went across the landscape of Bara Magna as the only lights to help them see was from the volcanic creater of Volcanous and the countless stars and galaxies in the night sky above them.
"That's what I've always understood." Hunter added as he looked at his fake arm, moving the fingers a bit. Mata Nui stayed silent before he approached Hunter and hugged the male from behind which made him stiff at the sudden action. Hunter could feel Mata Nui's hot breath against his shoulder making his heart race a bit, but at the same time it felt nice. It made him realize how touch starved he was.
"I can say the same for my own family I had lost years ago." Mata Nui admitted, making Hunter realize he wasn't alone on the boat without his parents around. "But the pain gets better," The Great Spirit told him as he hugged Hunter closer. "Trust me, I know." He told him making Hunter as the ebony male held Mata Nui's arms in his hands. "Just don't let go of me, it feels nice to be held." Hunter crocked out from his tears. Mata Nui chuckled a bit at that, "I won't, I promise Hunter." Mata Nui promised him as he closed his eyes and continued to hold the male.
