Shay is short for Shadow. She is the main character. Shay is a fighter. She has never like authority but showed respect when due. She is from Earth. Kidnapped at age 19 Shay was unwillingly dragged into a tangled mess of life and death. She changed from overly kind and sweet but rebellious to a fighting theif. Rosalee is Shay's birth name. Many things cloud her mind. These things have taken her memory. Her enemy implanted a chip into her brain that suppresses her memory. The chip has one big glitch. Instead of suppressing one memory like intened it suppresses all her memories. Shay must deal with this and overcome it at great cost. Her will and heart won't allow her to leave it alone. Shay also loves Tei, who is her husband from earth.
