Vera and Trixie kept Lilly and Kansan hidden from the Angelic Guardians until Kansan was at least able to move. Back inside Vera's home Kansan was still sleeping and Lilly with her head on his chest also asleep. Kansan slowly opened his eyes in see Lilly asleeping, he sat up casuing her to also wake up. Kansan stared at her and she was staring back directly into each others eyes. neither one said a word the just stared. Suddenely Trixie burst through the door almost breaking the door down causing Kansan and Lilly to stop their staring and turn towards the door.

"We're in trouble, we need to go now." Trixie announced barging into the room

"Why? whats going on?" Lilly asked worried.

"Oh some little girls want to sell us cookies, They call themselves Angelic Guardians." Trixie said as she grapped a few things in the room. Kansan quickly got out of bed grabbing all his stuff.

"Wheres Vera at?" Lilly asked scared.

"She in stalling them so we can get away." Trixie said opening a portal

"We aren't leaving with out her." Kansan announced putting on his fedora.

"Grrrr....fine we'll wait, if one of us dies its not on me." Trixie unwantingly agreed. There was a sudden explosion and Vera was using magic to defend the others from the Angelic Guardians magic attacks.

"Come on let go!" Trixie yelled jumping into the portal and Lilly following behind her. Kansan sprinted to Vera and pulled on her hoodie causing her to go behind him. He pulled out his Revolver and fired a few shots missing the two Angelic Guardians but making them find cover. He pushed Vera into the portal as he continued firing at them. One of the Guardians stepped out of cover with magic charged in his hands. Kansan quickly jumped into the portal just as the Guardian fired causing a explosion. Just as Kansan jumped through Trixie closed the portal but some of the explosion made it through making Kansan fly into the air and he landed on top of Vera. After the smoke disappeared Lilly and Trixie looked around for Vera and Kansan to find them in a very awkward position. Kansan opened his eyes to find that he has Vera hands pined down with him on top of her. Vera opened her eyes to see him staring into her eyes, they all stayed silent. As Kansan was staring he noticed Vera was blushing, mouth opened slightly with eyes wide.

"A...are you alight Vera?" Kansan asked nervously. She stayed silent but she nodded with a very shy expression on her face. Trixie walked over to where they were on the ground.

"Are you going to stay there and kiss or are we going to keep moving?" Trixie joked as she giggled.

"Oh right sorry." Kansan apologized as he got off of Vera and helped her up grapping her hand and pulling her up gently. Vera stayed quiet. After that Trixie looked around to see that they are in a very old looking temple.

"Umm I don't have a clue where we are, oops." Trixie shrugged. Lilly looked around and recognized the place easily.

"I know where we are." Lilly said, Kansan also recognized when he noticed the Shadow Fox clan symbol on the wall where the portal closed.

"Its the Shadow Fox Temple." Kansan said as he pointed to the symbol. Suddenly there was an explosion causing everyone to duck, a body flew through the dust and hit the symbol that Kansan was pointing at. When the dust cleared Lilly recognized the body as her friend Takeo with cut, bursies, and blood all over him. Lilly gaspped and sprited to his side.

"Takeo, Takeo please don't be dead." Lilly wimpered. Takeo slowly opened his eyes to see Lilly with tears in her eyes. Everyone was looking at Takeo when they noticed a shadow blocking the light from the center area. Vera, Kansan, and Trixie turned to see a masked male with eight red spider like appendages appearing from his back.

"Ah I didn't expect to see you here all here together." The masked man said in his creepy cracking voice. Non of them could recognize the man, the light was darkning his face. Takeo started to get back to his feet with his Sword in hand.

"Takeo what are you doing?" Lilly asked with tears in her eyes

"I'm....g...going to...pro...protect you, even...if it....costs my....life." Takeo said as he started walking up the the masked man, Trixie stood in frount of Takeo and threw some gas in his face knocking him out cold.

"What did you do Trixie?" Kansan asked confused.

"Relax I'm saving his life, this fox, guy, thing, person, or whatever he is, is just taking a nap." She said and she dargged his body to Lilly and making his body comfortable by laying him down.

"Well thats smart of you Trixie, you've always been a clever girl. Or should I call you Little Miss Toxic." The masked man said. Trixie stopped doing what she was doing and she slowly stood up facing away from him.

"How do you know I'm called that?" Trixie said with an shocked tone.

"Well I should know that, I gave you the nickname." He chuckled evilly. Trixie slowly turned around to look at him walk forward, the light was no longer darkning his face and Kansan recognize him from the attack a few day ago. But Trixie knew who he really was.

"No....NO NO NO NO THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE! YOU'RE DEAD! YOU'RE DEAD! YOU'RE DEAD!" Trixie yelled holding her head with both her hands with her eyes closed. He slowly walked up to her, Kansan and Vera were about to attack but the red spider appendages knocked both of them back. He now stood in front of her bent down a little so his mouth was the same level as her ears, he slowly moved his face to the right side of her head. He then removed his mask revealing his sharp teeth.

"Oh I'm far from death, unlike your parents." He whispered softly. Trixie's eyes widened as tears started to fill them. She fell to her knees staring at nothing. He slowly backed away from her letting her cry her eyes out.

"What did you do to her you Spider?!?" Kansan yelled pointing his gun at him.

"Oh I did nothing to her, nothing to her at all." Spider said putting his mask back on as he started laughing evilly. Lilly crawled up to Trixie and dragged her back to the wall to lay her body against it.

"Trixie what happened?" Lilly asked worried
