An hour later

Trinitys POV

I've been putting it off for the sake of finding Jocelyn. I couldn't take the lying any longer so I decided. I decided to tell Jace that I'm not his biological sister. That I'm not even a wayland instead I'm an evergreen. A long list of family that I'd never meet. Why because they are all dead and you can't exactly talk to the dead. I wonder if Magnus knew I was part wolf and warlock.

I don't know how I'd feel if he did and never told me. I knew it was time to pull jace aside and tell him.

"Jace can we talk alone please" I said

"Yeah sure" he said

"Let me know if you need me" Alec said

"I'll let you know" I said

"Is everything okay?" He asked

"You know how I'm part wolf" I said

"Yes I was wondering about that" he says

"Well I'm not just that I'm also part warlock" I said

"But that only means that" he began

"My last name isn't wayland" I say

"It's evergreen" he finished

"Yeah and I just found out when Alec connected the dots and hour ago, but I didn't tell you right away because we were focused on finding clary's mom and I didn't want to bother you" I said looking down

I feared he'd hate me, never feel the same about our brother sister bond.

"Trinity no matter what last name you have you will always be my sister" he says

"Really?" I asked almost crying

"Always now you remember that okay" he says and hugs me

"I'm so glad you aren't mad at me" I say

"Why would I be mad?" He asks

"Because we were lied to jace" I say

"But I can't be mad at you for that it wasn't your fault and neither of us knew" he says

"Your right" I say with a nod

Then we began heading back towards the others. Who were located in the center of the institute still.

"So this warlock side, do you know anything about it?" He asks

"You mean like creating portals and potions" I ask with a small laugh

"Yeah" he asks

"No" i laugh

"Maybe Magnus can help?" He says

"Yeah mags can help I just have to find the right time to visit" I say

"Well I'm here and I know Alec and Izzy are as well" he says

"There you guys are we found something" Izzy says

"What is it?" I ask

Alec instinctively walks up to me and pulls my back to his chest. Placing his hands on my hips to keep both of us calm. I don't refuse or push him away because it makes me happy.

"Magnus bane he took my memories" clary says

Jace turns to me and we both smirk and chuckle softly.

"I guess the time is now" he laughed

"I think your right" I giggled

"What's so funny?" Clary asks

"Not you, it's my warlock side I need to see if mags can help" I say

"You know Magnus?" She asks

"Girl I've basically lived with him at one point" I say and walk towards the weapons

"Princess" Alec says in a sing sing voice

"Yes my love" I say as I look at the weapons

"What if Magnus can't help?" He asks slightly nervous

"You doubt mags skills?" I asked with a raised brow

"No of course not" he says

"Then no need to worry handsome" I say

"You using the bow?" He asked

"Yes and I've got my sword, daggers and whip like iz as always" I said

"Okay then we're set" he says

"Got your gear iz?" I ask my parapatai

"What kind of question is that parapatai" she smirks

"A dumb one" I laugh and she laughs too

I then notice Simon standing their awkwardly. I've decided for the sake of my not losing control. For the sake of the world and my brother. Or not brother whatever he is it doesn't matter. Jace likes clary so I'll try to like clary. Clary is best friends with Simon the mundane so I'll try and be nice to him. I took a deep breath and walked towards Simon. Who took a step back with a nervous expression.

"I wanted to apologize for earlier and take it as a compliment because I don't apologize often, but I've had bad history with mundanes but that's not your fault and I shouldn't have snapped like I did" I said

"It's okay" he says sweetly

"My names Trinity wayland" I say holding my hand out

"Simon Lewis" he says like before

This time we weren't mean to each other more so me. We acted as if we hadn't met one another before. Then the group of us went to Magnus place. I eagerly knocked on the door and waited.

Magnus place

"Buttercup" Magnus says

"Mags I brought friends hope you don't mind" I smiled

"More shadowhunters" he rolls his eyes

"You remember my mate" I said smiling

"Yes, jace and Izzy too" he says

"Then clary Fairchild and her mundane friend Simon" I said

"Mundane?" He asked with raised brow

"Yep don't worry I'm okay I promise" I say

"Okay good now come here" he said opening his arms for a hug

I went to hug him but Alec quickly growled grabbing my arm and spinning me into him. I laughed at his possessiveness and smiled at Magnus.

"I also wanted to ask if you knew who and what I really was" I said with a more serious face

"Your an evergreen" he says

"So you can help me tap into my warlock powers?" I asked

"Yeah I can teach you some tricks" he winks causing Alec to growl

"ne t'inquiète pas alec je suis à toi je promets beau" I say in French
(don't worry alec i'm yours i promise handsome)

"je t'aime tellement mon ange" he says in French
(I love you so much my angel)
