"I don't like this clary girl" I said as we walked back to the institute

"I don't trust her either" Alec said

"I mean why did she suddenly show up and now things are going badly" i said

"It worries me too" Izzy said honestly

"Well let's just do what we do best" Alec said

"And what's that Alex?" I smiled

"Kill demons, protect the idiots called mundanes and hope she figured her shit out" he says

That made us all laugh, then we walked into the institute. Jace looked right at us and the worry in his face faded. He rushed over to me and pulled me into a hug. Repeating he was sorry over and over again.

"Gosh I was so insensitive, I should never have said that, you were right I wasn't paying attention to my family because you guys are my family, I just feel this pull towards her and it clouded my judgment but I'm really sorry I promise" he said

I always could tell when my brother was being honest or not. Weather he was lying to me or hiding something. Right now he was 100% honest about his apology.

"I forgive you Jacy" I said and hugged him

I was really tired from missions, sex, and arguments with everyone. I wanted to get some sleep I've barely had any. I leaned into Alec as we stood listening to jace talk. Me not so much because I was falling asleep.

"Are you tried?" Alec whispered in my ear

"Mhmm" I say and not tiredly

"You can rest, you don't have to go on this mission" he says

My eyes quickly opened as if water was splashed on me.

"No I do, because you and Izzy are" I began but he cut me off

"Nope" he said and picked me up throwing me over his shoulder

"Alexander" I squealed

"Alec where you taking her?" Izzy asks

"She's tired can't have her messing up out in the field" he says

"Bye izzy" I waved causing her to laugh

Once in the bedroom he set me down on the bed. Then headed towards the closest getting something.

"Here, now rest and don't worry about us too much okay, I promise we'll be back" he says

While kissing my head as he hands me shorts and one of his shirts. I nod and the minute my head hit the pillow I was asleep.

Alec's POV

"Hey don't worry big bro this won't wake long and you'll be back to her in no time" izzy says

"How aren't you worried she's your parapatai?" I ask

"Oh I am and more than you because of your bond I feel your worry as well and I'm sure jace does too" she says

"Sorry it's hard after we marked each other the bond got stronger and I hate to part from her and depending on the distance it actually pains me" i said

"Then maybe you should stay I'll be okay" she says

"No she'll want me to watch out for you while jace pays attention to the little girl" I say

"Hey I have a name and it's not little girl" clary says

"Yeah whatever" I say

"We know you don't approve of this mission, but we have to do this" jace said

"We've broken at least 18 clave rules already" I say

"I don't care about your clave whatever my mom is missing, my dad is psychotic monster and I have no memories" clary says

"Let's get this over with so I can come back in one piece to my mate" i say and

One hour later

Trinitys POV

I shot out of the bed, something wasn't right something was wrong. I threw some jeans on leaving Alec's shirt on. I grabbed my weapons and rushed to the center of the institute. I felt a sharp pain coming from my shoulder. My parapatai rune was burning. Meaning Izzy was hurt, I felt a sharp pain in my stomach. Alec was hurt as well and I began to panic. I tried calling Izzy, no answer.

I tried jace again no answer, Alec yet again no answer. I needed to take deep breaths and track them. I placed my hand on my tracker rune and one on Alec's shirt. Come on come on where the hell are you.

"Yes, got it" I said and rushed out of the institute

Running down different streets and taking sharp turns. Running through people because they couldn't see me. I ran until I found where I tracked them to. Hotel demort and I was angry well over angry. I rushed inside pure rage flowing through me. I flicked my sword out and killed any vampire in my way. Until I came to a room where my parapatai and mate here.

"RAPHAEL" I yelled his name anger clear in my voice

"What a nice surprise love" Raphael said

"You hurt my mate" I growled saying each word slowly

"Who him?" Raphael asked with wide eyes

"It goes against the rules raphy, you harmed my mate and my parapatai I should kill you" I said anger taking hold of me

Something changed inside me I felt a power surge through me. My eyes changed shade into that of a bright golden color. Suddenly my hands had claws and my teeth sharpened into those of wolf canines. Everyone's eyes widened, but I wasn't focused on that. Although I liked my new toys, Raphael was my main focus.

"Buttercup breath" it was Magnus

"Mags step back" i said shaking with anger

A beast deep inside me wanting to take control. This is how I knew it well began to think. Maybe jace isn't my real brother, but who are my parents then. That's not my focus at the moment anyway. I shook those thoughts off and focused on my target.

"Trinity were okay, we will be fine our healing rune has healed us" it was Alec

I shook out of the anger trance and the claws, eyes and fangs went back to normal.
