"What is it iz?" Jace asked

"They finally got together" I say excitedly

"Wow really?" He asked

"Yep they are in her bed sleeping" I smiled

"Wait they like hooked up hooked up" he asked and I could hear slight anger in his voice

"Well yeah" I said

He began to walk off and towards her room.

"Jace, jace let them be don't be like that" I said running after him

"She's my sister" he growled out

"And she's happy, he's happy can't you feel it" I say

He stops and turns towards me then sighs.

"Yes I can feel it, I haven't felt him this happy before" he says

"Exactly so you can't go all big alpha bro on her" I say

"Fine, but we have a briefing soon so go wake them" he says

Trinitys POV

"Rise and shine love birds" Izzy said opening the blinds

"Izzy really" Alec groaned as he buried his face deeper into the pillows

"Time to wake up there's a briefing soon" she says

"Ok now get out" I say and throw a pillow at her

She dodges it and laughed as she left the room. Alec pulled me closer and I snuggled into him. He rolled on top of me and smirked. He kissed my lips, then my neck and then my nose causing me to giggle.

"Morning princess" he says

"Morning my love" I say

"We better get up before jace barges in" he says rubbing his hand up and down my side

"If you keep doing that I won't be able to get out of bed" I whine

"Hmmm okay" he says

We both get out of bed and I got some clothes on. Alec didn't have any clean clothes so he just slipped his back on.

"We're gonna talk about this later" he says kissing me from behind

"We're soulmates Alec" I say

"What do you mean?" He asks

"The book read it, I know it's true and you will too" I say

Alec's POV

I mean I felt a strong connection to her. I could feel the connection, the protectiveness over her. I mean it wasn't just the alpha in me I knew that. I picked up the book and read what she told me to. Wow I've never understand something more than I do now.

"This makes so much sense" I say

"You believe me?" She asks with a twinkle in her eye

I smiled down at her and cupped her cheek. I leaned down and pressed my lips to hers. Both of us shiver at the feeling sent through the touch.

"Of course my little omega" I smile

"I wanted to talk to you about it sooner, but one thing led to another" she said with a smile

"Yes things did go differently didn't they" I smile

"We should go" she says

"Lead the way" I say

She opened the door and I instantly grabbed her hand. I wanted to have contract with her at all times. A sudden change in my mind and body causing it. The alpha instinct to protect my omega kicked in. Not just that, but she was more than my omega. She was my soulmate and it was more meant to be than anything. She smiled up at me as we walked down the hall.

I could feel the happiness radiate off her body. We entered the room and walked towards jace.

"Isabelle let's go" Alec calls

Izzy tosses out a green wig and puts in a platinum blond one. I smile knowing exactly where this is going.

"Hey there big bro" Izzy says

"Really" he says talking about the wig

"What can I say, demons dig blonds" she says

"Of course they do but that's white" Alec says

I giggle softly next to him causing him to look at me.

"Platinum" I add

"And they don't exactly like Shakespeare, okay, Alec?" Izzy added

"You're pretty distracting on your own" Alec says

"So, be yourself is what your trying to say?" Izzy says

"Never mind, looking good let's go" he says

"Iz it's good, the platinum" I say

"I know right" she smiles

"We're ready jace" she adds

"Nice choice Izzy, demons dig blonds" jace says

"See Alec" I smile

He bends down and growls softly in my ear as a warning. I shiver at the feeling and thoughts pop into my head. Nasty kind of thoughts, and I had to push them away. I could feel his eyes on me, he saw my internal struggle. He smirked and I huffed in annoyance.

"Told you" Izzy says

"It's platinum" Alec sasses causing me to chuckle

"All right, guys, for some reason our demon friends are killing mundanes and draining their blood" jace says

"Why do they want blood? Isn't that vampire territory?" Alec asks

"I don't know, Alec. Lazy vampires, maybe?" Jace says

"There must be something special about their blood" Izzy says

"What could be special about mundane blood?" I ask

"You get me a sample and I'll tell you exactly what they're looking for" Izzy says

"Yeah I don't think that would be a good idea" I say

"Who knows maybe it's really special" she smirks

We follow jace as he goes and opened the weapons area. Handing each of us a sapphire blade and closing it.

"We'll have more answers when we figure out exactly who the demons are working for" Jace says

"So, you don't think they're acting on their own?" I ask

"No" jace says

"They're not exactly creative thinkers, they're shapeshifters" Alec says

"This is what our target looks like" jace says pulling a picture of a man up

"For now" me and Izzy say

We turn to each other and smile wildly.

"Great. I'll get approval for the mission" Alec says

I turn to him, what really Alec now you chose to say that. Always one to follow the rules of course he'd say that.

"Alec" I say softly

"Come on, Alec. By the time you've sent that message, we'll have killed six demons" jace says

I nod in agreement to what jace just announced to us. Alec sighs giving a look of that if he were thinking.

"Besides, it's more fun to break the rules than to follow them" Izzy says

"Agreed" I smirk

"Braking rules gets you into some trouble love" Alec whispers in my ear
