An alarm started blaring as Bree was being fixed up. I ran up her leg as she opened the front hatch for me. I then jumped in and she transferred optics to me. I then strapped in and waited. "Are you ready for your first mission Pilot Zenix?" Bree asked me. "Yeah, ready as I'll ever be." I stated before taking a deep breath. "Your heart rate is increasing, are you sure your mission ready?" Bree asked. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just a little excited is all." I said. "From my experience in the field, it's nothing to be excited about." Bree stated. "Oh, thanks for ruining the moment." I said sarcastically. "You're welcome." Bree stated. I sighed softly and then was jerked downwards due to Titanfall.

    We hit the ground with a huge thud as dirt and grass was pushed upwards due to the force of impact. Bree then stood up and I started piloting her. "Alright, we're gonna take the right side and let the others take the left." I said. "That would be unwise. I suggest that we have another Pilot with us." Bree stated. I thought for a moment. "Alright then, we'll go with that." I said. A looked to my left to see another Ronin class Titan walked towards us. "Well I'll be damned... if it isn't BE-1782. Didn't think you'd be back on the field." the other Pilot said. "I was persuaded by getting a new Pilot." Bree said. "A new Pilot? Who in tarnation had the guts to go through your initiation?" the Pilot asked. "A young man by the name of Carter Zenix." Bree said. "Hm.. let me see him." the Pilot said.

The hatch opened and I took my helmet off. The other pilot took their helmet off as well and we looked at each other. "My goodness you're so young." he said. "Well, that's whatcha get for enlisting in the Militia at nineteen." I stated with a slight chuckle. The other Pilot sighed softly. "I'm Jackson Seraph, and this is my Titan HX-2174. I call him Hex for short." he said. "I'm Carter Zenix, and this is my Titan BE-1782, or Bree for short." I said. "Well then, guess we'll be working together more often." Jackson said. "Yeah. Now, let's go." I said before putting on my helmet and closing the hatch.
