As I went through the Pilot's Gauntlet, I kept thinking about the Titan that I'd be training with. I slid below some rocks and then shot a hologram in the head with my rifle. I then wall-ran before jumping off the wall and shooting a couple more holograms in the chest. I then switched to my pistol and shot the last one in the head. I sighed and then looked at the board. "Third fastest time, nice." I said to myself. I then walked to the Titan training area and called BE-1782.

She landed in front of me and stood up. "Alright, in order for me to accept you as my Pilot, I'm going to need you to take a battery out while you dodge my attacks." she said. "So this is kind of like an initiation?" I asked. "Something like that." BE said. I then thought of something. "Hey, can I give you a name if you accept me?" I asked her. "I shall allow that." she said. I smiled and nodded before walking backwards a bit. "Are you ready?" I asked. "Yes, I am." she said.

    After hours of trying to get the battery, I finally got it. I had to catch her off guard, which was extremely hard to do. BE then admitted defeat. "Outstanding. I haven't had someone do that since my last Pilot." she said. "Well, I trained myself so I'm kind of a wild card." I said with a smile as I took off my helmet. BE then leaned closer to me. "So, what was that proposal about? You said you'd give me a name?" she asked. "Oh, yeah. So, I thought since saying BE-1782 all the time would be a mouthful, why not come up with a name?" I said. "What did you have in mind?" she asked. "I was thinking Bree." I said. "Hm... I suppose that shall do." Bree said. "Alright then. Bree, I am now your Pilot. Allow me to formally introduce myself. My name is Carter Ashton Zenix, your new acting Pilot." I said. "Glad to have you aboard Pilot Zenix." Bree said.
