chapter-61

Sid saw! His kids sleeping, and saw Avneets hand on cookies shoulder. He was amazed, he was going to speak when, Avneet stop him, in low voice.

Avu: hey! Don't wake them up. Let them sleep.

Sid: are you? Awake?

Now he screamed, I am so happy you are back.....he took her hand and slowly makes her stand. He picks her up and start twirling her around.

Sid: avu! I am so happy, let me tell kids that, their mom is back.

He was going to wake them up, when suddenly he heard Aavy calling him dad.

Aavy : dad! What happen? Are you alright?

He woke up, and saw Avneet was still unconscious, Sam and cookie was staring him with tears.

Aavy: dad! Mom is still unconscious! How can she wake up.

He told him with tears.

Sid: ummm....n..nnn....othing you people here?

Cookie: we can't sleep dad, how can we sleep when mom is alive, but ......

Sid hugs her, she did same.....Sam was still staring avu, he thinks that, she will woke up and hugs him. He kneels down on the floor, and hold her hand.

Sam: mom! I know you are listening to me, I am very bad son, just because of me you are in this condition. I hate me, I hate my self more.  I don't need any crackers I need you, just you.

Sid went near him and hugs him, cookie and Aavy did same. Doctor came inside and told.

Doctor: mr Nigam! You can take her home, we will treat her in your house.

Sid: thanks doctor!

These three were happy, but sad, because she was a alive, but also lifeless.

Two days passed, Avneet was still in coma, she came back home. But her treatment was still going in the house. The kids were still sad.

It was lunch time, Vaishu and all girls were arranging table, for lunch. After that they call all of them for lunch, but Sid and his kids didn't came.

Sonia: do din hogaye, yeh 4 ne theek se khana bhi nahi khaya.

Vaishu: mai gayi thi room mai, they are not even moving from her. Kisi ne haat pakrda hai, koi pair ke pass sota hai, koi sar ke pass, idk kya karu mai, I cant see them like this. Jo hamesha haste aur dusro ko hasate aaj wo loog hi khamush.

She told this and start crying, Abhi went near her and hugs her.

Abhi: we know, it's very difficult time for us. We have to be strong and make them strong.

All agreed with them. Sonia and Vibha went in Sidneet room,they told servants to bring their lunch, and saw they were awake and staring Avu.

Jhootha jag rain basera
Saancha dard mera

Sonia: bacho' lunch khalo.

Cookie: nahi nani, we are not hungry.

Vibha: aise kaise! Agar tum loog week hojao ge, tho mom ko kon sambhale ga?

Aavy: but! Why she is behaving like stubborn kid, not listening us, not waking up even dad tried she didn't. See she has not eaten her food till now, how can we eat.

Sam: see mom! I am not eating till you feed me, you have to run behind me and make me eat.

Naina.. jo saanjhe khwab dekhte the
Naina.. bichad ke aaj ro diye hain yun
Naina.. jo milke raat jaagte the
Naina.. sehar mein palken meechte hain yun

He was holding her hand, and kissing her back side of the hand. Siddharth was helpless, if he wants to help them, but also he can't. He was thinking how, they both take care of whole house, kids. He remember how they both were happy coming India, and was going to decorate this whole house by them self.

Flashback

Sid: kya? Ham decorated karenge wo bhi itna bada ghar?

Avu: kiu nahi karsakte? Arey yaar, karlo na, Kya pata ham dono Phir saat Mai nahi karpaye.

Sid: matlab?

Avu: mere pati dev, mera matlab hai, kya pata mujhe kuch hojaye, aur moqa na mile so, saat karte hai na.

He gets angry and told her

Sid: Avneet! Never talk all this shitt, you will be there with me in every situation. Agar tumhe kuch hua bhi tho I am there na, to take care of you and kids.

Flashback ends.

He chuckled and saw Avneet who was laying on bed, and no movement. Sam and Aarshi was denying to eat food. He went near them, and took plates from his mother and ammu. He told them to go, he will make them eat. They both went out, but can't see Sid like this, he was also lifeless, but only for kids he was alive.

Sid: chalo ab, khao.

He took a spoonful of rice, and gesture them to open their mouth. Aavy turns his face, and cookie did same. Now he went near Sam and ask him to open, but he denied.....and lay down on Avneets chest, and hides his face.

Sid: see! Agar nahi khao ge tho mom will be upset, and dekho she can listen every thing, when she wakes up and ask. "Siddharth! Tum ne mere bacho ko khana nahi khilaya? Ab ruko tum aaj kamre mai nahi, bahar soge"

Kyun nirasha se hai
Aas haari huyi
Kyun sawaalon ka utha sa
Dil mein toofaan hai

He chuckled and kids did same, but that giggle went away in seconds. They all again saw Avneet and start crying.

Naina.. thhe aasmaan ke sitaare
Naina.. grahan mein aaj toot'te hain yun
Naina.. kabhi jo dhoop senkte thhe
Naina.. thehar ke chhaaon dhoondhte hain yun

Siddharth again wipes his tears and again fill the spoon with rice and curry and makes them eat. Finally they eat, but not complete. After that Sid was going down to keep dishes, when Aavy stop him.

Aavy: dad! What about you?

Sid: I am not hungry, tum ne khaliya bas hai.

Aavy: no! Today I will feed you.

Sam and cookie was shocked, they both went down, and call all of them upstairs and the whole family was standing near the door, and watching Aavy feeding Sid.

Krish: kash cheeka yeh dekh paati!

Ahan: I am making video, don't worry.

Sid: bas! Hogaya....now you three sleep, I will keep this dishes in kitchen.

Vaishu came inside and take dishes from his hand, and told him.

Vaishu: you also sleep, I will take these down. Kids, come let's go and sleep.

Aavy: NO! I am sleeping here only.

Sam: me also.

Cookie: same me!

Abhi: how will you sleep?

Sid: jaise rooz sote hai. But kids aaj nahi, you three are very tired.

Aavy: you are tired dad! Always pretend like you are totally fine, but deep inside you are not fine. I know, when mom will woke up, you will hugs her and cry more than us.

Sid just smile and hug him. All family members went in there respective rooms, only Sid and kids were sitting on bed and watching Avu.

For making them smile, Sid said.

Sid: hey! Itna mat ghooro, mere biwi ko nazar lagjayegi.

They three chuckled and take there positions to sleep. Same Sid beside Avu, Sam on him, Aavy and cookie was sleeping one was on leg and another one was sleeping on stomach.

Sid creased their hairs, and they three sleep. Now he was awake, so he start talking.

Sid: avu! Dekha na, aaj tumhari wish puri hogayi, Aavy is changing....I know from today on words he will never smoke, not drink, he will not do any illegal things. I know.

He kissed her forehead, and hugs her, he was in hope, if she hugs him back, but he knows that is impossible. "DON'T BE SAD, MIRACLES DO HAPPENS!"

They all slept like that, and in middle of night, Avneets health was getting worse. She was shivering, Sid woke up, and turn off the ac, fans. Kids start panicking.....they goes out and call all of them. They all saw Avneet was shivering, Vaishu, bua and Vibha was massaging her hands and legs. Abhi calls doctor. He came in 10 min. Her breath was irregular, she was getting problem to breath.

The doctor checks her, and put her on oxygen. Her oxygen level was under 60, and sugar was very low. So the doctor gives her, glucose iv and told them to don't remove her oxygen mask.

Doctor: don't remove her oxygen mask, and her bp was very low, and sugar also. Don't take tension, of god is there so, he can make everything possible. Just pray for her. If she didn't get conscious, in two weeks, then she will be like this till end of her life.

Now Sid breaks down, and holds Avus hand very tightly and hugs her. All family members were, in dilemma. In Sids ears, only these words were echoing " if she didn't get conscious in two weeks, then she will be like this till end of her life"

He went out in hall and screamed very loudly, Aarshi and Sam went behind him, and saw him like this for very first time, they just run towards him and hugs him. He was in not state to think or do anything. Cookie made him lay down on her laps, and she started creasing his hairs. Aavy start patting his back. Sam went in Sidneet room, and lay down beside her.

Like this, the night ends, but with lots of struggle.

Small chapter! But I am liking to write this book.

I will post his beautiful wife soon, but no so soon, but soon.

So! How was the chapter? Again emotional? Has to be.
