chapter-41

It was Wednesday, evening! Siddharth was in office, and Avneet was sitting in hall and Sam was on her laps, because today Sam was 2 days old. Aavy and cookie was also sitting with her, cookie was playing with Sam's toe fingers and aavy was entertaining Sam, making weird faces. Sometimes showing tongue, sometimes jumping like monkey, making funny voices. Little did he know, that babies can't see till they are they are 3 months old, but they can see their parents face rather than others. Sam start crying, she put him on her shoulder now both of them were standing behind her and was trying to calm.

Aavy: hey Sam! Mommy is with you don't cry.

cookie: aavy! Sam is hungry. Milk time.

But Sam gets quite listing there voice. Vibha told Avneet to give him Sam and take some rest. She lay down on the couch, and Vibha was taking care of Sam, aavy and cookie both were now, with their dadu, because Sam was with her. Leo and Lola was staying in mehra house, when Sam will be 6 months they both will bring back home.

IN OFFICE:

Rohan came to meet Siddharth. On the way he met, Sameera.

Rohan: hi Sameera! Is Siddharth busy? Any meetings?

Sameera: Rohan sir, I am not his assistant! But Avneet Mam told me to, become his personal secretary. So technically he is not busy, and he is listening sad songs.

Rohan: what? Is he crazy? Thank you, I will meet him. Bye!

Sameera: bye.

He enters the room and saw him, was laying his head on the table and singing the song, and repeating that lyrics again and again.

Rohan: sid?

Sid:........

He called him multiple times, but he was in his thoughts. He went near him and shake him, then he came back to his sense. He was listening this lyrics again and again.

Rohan: kya hua tujhe? Sab theek hai?

Sid: kuch theek nahi hai, mere bhai. Sab khatam hogaya hai.

Rohan: kya? Matlab kya hai tera?

Sid: Avneet ab dur cale gayi hai mere se!

He was telling him, like he was drunk.

Rohan: tu ne pe rahki hai? Abhi ruk Kanchi ko bolta hu, Avneet se baat karne ko.

Sid:sun....

Before he told, he call her and told what Sid is doing in front of him.

IN NIGAM HOUSE:

The door bell rings, Avneet was now awake and she went and open the door, Sam was still with her only. She opens the door and saw Kanchi.

Kanchi: Avu Sab theek hai na, tere aur Sid ke beach.

Avu: kya? (She got shock)

Kanchi: tum dono ki lardayi hui hai? Ruko mai uska  batati hu.

Avu: lakin! Ham ne larda kab?

IN OFFICE:

Sid: sun tho le! Dekh hua u ki, Avneet uske bed side soti hai, mai meri bed side.

Rohan: tho mai kya karu? Beach mai aake sojao?

Sid: tu nahi, samar, samar sota hai beach mai, Isliye

He again starts singing that song.

Sid: yeh dooriyan....hhmmmm hmmm

Rohan: pagal walagl hogaya hai? Yeh kya bheki bheki baate karraha hai.

Sid: chalo ghar chalte hai.

They both went to Sids house. When they reach, inside the house Sid saw Avneet is angry.

Avu: Siddharth! Yeh kya bolrahe hai? Ham ne kab ladayi ki?

Vibha: tu ne pe rakhi hai? Ya bina piye chard gayi.

Aavy and cookie was already laughing.

Rohan: hua yu ki.....

He explains everything to them, they all bust out laughing, and Avneet giving death glares.

Rohan: when he was telling me, he first told, Avu sleep at her side, he sleeps on his side....I haven't listen all. So I told, tho mai kya karu? Beach mai aake sojao?

Vibha: jab Aavy aur cookie paida hue the, jab tho yeh isse ziyada pagal tha.

Kanchi: suna na Avu, ham bhi teri pati ki tang khencenge.

Rohan: haa bolo!

Sid: mat bolna...

Vibha: agar wo nahi bolegi tho mai bolu? Teri shadi ki first night ka?

Avu: wo mai kaise bhool sakti hu, yeh aur iska sona. tum dono ko pata hai, yeh shadi ki first night ko sogaya, aur ek baar tho aavy aur cookie ko galt kapde pehnadiye. Boys girls ka faraq? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Kanchi: wah bhai, tu tho bada entertaining nikla. Aur bada besharam bhi hai.....yaad hai kitchen scene?

Vibha: kitchen hi nahi, hall, dining table ke neche, yeh ek baar shoes pehenke sogaya tha bed pe, tho Avu ne isko uthaya....

Avu: aur yeh bandar bed par kudne laga! Tho kamre se bahar kardiya. Raat bhar bhar tha.

They told them all the previous, things which Sidneet use to do, and don't forget that divorce fight.

Rohan: bas kardo ab, meri biwi ko tips milrahe hai.

Kanchi: kya? Kya bola tum ne.....tum ko yaad nahi tum ek din, ghar ke andar hi nahi aaye, bed room tho dur ki baat.

Ruhi: haa, bua....wo dad apne dousto ke saat party karne gaye the, tho aaye hi nahi raat bhar, tho mamma ne sab kuch lock kardiya.

Rohan: bas kardo!

Sid: mere maze leraha tha, ab dekh kya hua. 😂

Vibha: chalo ab bas hai, sab dinner karke jana. Ruhi, aavy and cookie kya khaoge?

Aavy and Ruhi: rajma chawal.

Cookie: again same! Then they will fight, like you cheater cheater and all.

Aavy: you shut up! Cookie.

Sid: language aarav.

He little bit increased his voice, he was beside Avu, she kept her hand on him, then tell him to calm down.

Vibha: sab matti pav, ab sab khana kaho.

They eat there dinner, then all were sitting in hall, Sam was with Kanchi. Aavy, cookie and Ruhi was playing in play room.

Kanchi: aunty ab ham chalte hai.

Rohan: haa, kal ruhi ka school bhi hai.

Vibha: acha theek hai! Phir aana. Mai thode din mai wapas jarahi hu.

Rohan: zarur!

Kanchi: ruhi! Let's go baccha, tomorrow you are having your school.

She shouts her name, and all three kids cake running out from the room.

Sid: be careful! Don't run like that.

Kanchi handover, Sam to Avu. Then they leave.

Vibha: chalo bacho! Kal school jana hai na? So, let's go to sleep.

Aavy: dadu! You know tomorrow we are having party in school.

Vibha: ooh...! On what occasion?

Cookie: we are celebrating some colour day.

Aavy: red day!

Avu: then you people have to wear, red tomorrow.

Sid: yes, I have check their diary. And I have already kept their clothes ready.

Avu: but, mai karsakti hu.

Sid: no bae, you are still week. So, take care of yourself and samar.

Vibha: chalo ab sone.

They three went to their room. Sidneet also went in their room. She placed Sam in the crib, and went to change her clothes. She was changing her clothes, Sam starts crying, Siddharth pick him up, and start walking in the room, to calm him and was talking to him.

Sid: Sam, nahi rote.......mamma aarahi hai.

Avu: aarahi nahi, aagayi.

She went and took him from Sid. When she take Sam, he stop crying.

Sid: magic!

Avu: chup pagal! Maa hu, yeh tho hona hi tha.

Sid: acha meri biwi. Suno?

Avu: haa!

Sid: is ko sulake, aaj mere saat sojao na, hug karke. Mai ne boht miss kiya hai.

Avu: acha theek hai.

She feed Sam, then he sleeps in the crib. they  both  were cuddling, and they sleep,but the main thing they didn't did was closing the door of there room. Aavy enter the room, and goes and sleep in the middle of them.

Next morning:

Siddharth woke up, and he was like.

Sid: aaj tho mai, Avu ko dekh kar ankhe kholunga.

A/N( abey dekh kar kaise aankhe kholte hai?

Sid: author ji, mujhe maaf kardo!

An: haa haa kiya! Nahi tho no romance!

Sid: mai tho ab dil se maafi maangta hu.

An: haa maaf kiya, dil se, dimag se, aise bhi aur waise bhi. Khush?

Sid: boht khush! )

Sid woke up, but he didn't open his eyes, he felt something heavy on him. He thought it was Avu, so he told in his sleep.

Sid: iske Baal itne chote kaise hogaye?

He was creasing Aavy's hair. He slowly opens his eyes, and saw Aavy on him, he shout and sat straight, and aavy fell in the middle of Avu and Sid. Avu, aavy woke up, and Sam too, Avneet woke up and shout at him.

Avu: pagal janwar! Aise kon chillata hai?

Sid: jab raat ko bagal mai patni soye, aur subhe beta dikhe tho, koi bhi chillaye ga!

Aavy hides in Avus chest, and hugs her tight. Then she realised that Aavy is sleeping with them.

Avu: hello baby! Good morning, your dad is like that only, chalo sleep back.

She lay down and aavy was hugging her, and slept again.

Avu: sid, ab Sam ko tum dekhlo, mai tho sone cali!

Sid: but? Mujhe gym jana hai?

Avu: aaj nahi, jo tum ne chilla ke uthaya hai na, ab samhalo.

She closed her eyes and slept, Sid went and picks him up, and was trying to make him calm. he takes him in living room, and lay  on the couch. Sam was on him and he was now sleeping, Sid also went in his lala land. After one hour avu woke up and make Aavy also wake. She went in cookies room and saw her sleeping, she woke her up did all morning routine, and after making them ready for school, she came down for breakfast.

When she came down, she saw Sid sleeping on couch and on his chest Sam is sleeping peacefully, no worries. Aavy and cookie somewhat gets, jealous of him.

Avu: aavy and cookie, sit down for breakfast, then you people need to go school.

Aarshi: yes! Mommy.

They both sat on dining chairs, and continuously they both were seeing Sid and Sam.

Aavy: dad never make him sleep on him like this, he is so lucky!

cookie: yup! Aavy, the day he came, from that time mommy and dad are always behind him. Like they used to make us sleep, and sometimes read stories for us. Now everything is changed.

Aavy: I think they has forgotten us.

Avu listen there conversation and was thinking that, why they are telling like this. She went and woke up Sid, and took Sam from him.

Avu: sid, make them eat their breakfast, till then I will make him change and then come down, and they both are thinking negative about us, like we are giving all our attention to Sam, like we have forgotten them.

Sid: we need to explain them! Wait you go and change his clothes and everything, till then see what I will do.

She went in her room, and did all his stuff. Down in the living room, Sid was setting something, on the table.

Sid: so, hi babies! Morning kisses and hugs to dad?

They make faces and did, and sat on their places.

Sid: I will tell you one story, of bird family. Wanna listen?

Aarshi: yaah ( with no expressions, no excitement nothing.)

Avneet also came and sat beside him, tucking Sam in his carry cot.

Sid: starting the story.

He brought some paper birds, and a bowl to make their nest. Avneet just smile at him, he smile back.

Sid: so, there was a bird family, mom, dad, two twins, and one boy who was small.....just

Aavy: just like Sam?

Sid: yes! Continuing....
One day, brother bird and sister bird was having their food, the mamma bird was making them feed, daddy bird was with baby bird. Daddy bird call mamma bird and told her,

Daddy bird: see! He is crying make him also feed.

Mamma bird: ok! Give him to me.

The mamma bird took him with her. Like these days went.

Another day, the baby bird was crying, and mamma bird was not home, daddy bird was feeding his big brother and big sister, no one was there to make him calm.

Aavy: what daddy bird was doing, he can make him calm?

Cookie: yes! He should do that! Because small babies need there attention.

Avu: but mamma bird was not home and daddy bird was feeding big brother and sister.

Aavy: they are big, so they can have their food with their hands.

Cookie: then baby bird will be hungry! Who will take care of him?

Avu: don't know?

Aavy: his mommy and dad has to take care of him, the big brother and sister will take care of them self.

Sid: yes! Just like that, we both your mommy and dad are taking care of Sam, because he is to small to eat, drink and change his clothes by him self.

Avu: that's why! We need to give attention to him, more than you, but it doesn't mean that, mommy and dad hates you! We love you three equally.

Aarshi: sorry!

Sidneet: it's ok!

They both went and kissed Sam, and told him sorry.

Avu: he accepted your apology! Now see school time.

Vibha was seeing them.

Vibha: nazar na lage,

She put some black tika, off nazar

Avu: sid! Go and change it's already, 8.

He went and change his clothes, in 15 min he came back.

Sid: aarav and khushi come, dad will drop you both.

Avu: enjoy your red day, bye love you both.

Aarshi: even Sam!

Avu: yes! Love you three.

She gave three of them flying kiss. They 3 bid bye, them and went out with Sid.

Avu was sitting with Sam in her laps, and Vibha was eating her breakfast, and she was feeding her also. While eating they got call from Sonia, she quickly picks up, and talk on video call.

Avu: hey! Ammu. Kaisi ho? How's your granddaughter? Nimrat? Pic bhi nahi batayi? Reem idahr dekh! I am not talking to you! 🥺

Reem: acha meri maa, bhej rahi hu! Aur live bhi tho dekhle!

She send her the pic!

Jaishu/jaireem daughter!

Avu: aww my baby! Bua boht dur hai na? Koi baat nahi, dadi ke haat se bua, boht saare gifts bheje gi. Love you! Nimrat ♥️

Soni: ab bua ki baate hogayi, tho nani ko dikhade samar ko!

She shows him, and he was getting uncomfortable, so Avu puts him again in her lap.

Vibha: Ham hamari nimmo ke liye, boht saare gifts layenge. Aur Sam ke liye uski mami ne pehle se bheje hai!

Avu: haa?

Soni: haa!

Reem: jab tum loog ne gender revel kiya! Tho tak mai ne shopping shuru kardi.

Avu: mummy! Aap ne Kiu nahi diye?

Vibha: kiu ki usne bola, delivery ke baad.

Avu: aaj maaf kiya, tujhe Reem.

Reem: mai ne maafi kab mangi?

Avu: haa! Tho mai ne bhi maafi wapas leli.

Showing her tongue.

Vibha: bas karo bacho ki tarha lardhna, dekh Sam ko bhook tho nahi lagi?

Avu: haa mai baad mai baat, karti hu! Bye.

Than they cut the call, and Vibha also went in her room.

Avu was sitting on bed, after feeding him, he was awake and just staring ceiling. Avu took out her phone and start talking pics and video of him.

Avu: aankhe tho dekho, kitni badi badi hai, mera baby kitni Chote Chote haat hai! Mamma ke haat mai dono aajayenge. Mera baby 🥺 2 din ke ho, aur itne naqre.

He just smile and start sucking his hand.

Aarshi came home, and first they straight went in Sidneet room. Without changing and washing hands, they were going to touch Sam, but Avu stop them.

Avu: stop kids, you just came and didn't even wash your hands. You can't touch him, first go and wash then change then I will give you both Sam, one by one. Ok?

Aarshi: ok!

Then they ran in their rooms and wash their hands and face then, open the wardrobe and pick some comfy clothes. Again ran to their mom.

Aavy: mommy tell dad, that we will go zoo park.

Cookie: mommy! Today we ate an apple, cherry, pomegranate -and all red things.

Aavy: mommy tell dad, we will go zoo!

Cookie: and zoey was also wearing same like me, she told me today she and her mom will come to meet you and Sam.

Aavy: mommy! Plzz tell dad! Wo will go to the zoo park.

Avu: chup! Dono ek dum chup! Mamma ko ko kuch bolne bhi doge ya nahi? And see how Sam is carefully listening to your voices.

Aavy: change my cloths! Then I will take him.

Cookie: no change mine, then I will take him.

Avu: shuuuu! How much do you both talk.

Aavy: just like you.

He giggles and start running around the room, cookie then got chance to change her clothes and she took Sam.

Avu: run like that only, see cookie change and took Sam.

Aavy: wait I am also coming.

Then he also change and sat beside them. Avu was just seeing her mobile, they two were
Playing with Sam. Avu got a call from, office so she went near the window.

Aarshi and Sam was playing and after that they three sleep, aavy, Sam and khushi beside each other. After cutting the call, she saw them sleeping, so she placed pillows beside them and went down, to check on Vibha.

She saw Vibha, talking on call with Vaishu. She went and told her she wants to talk. They talk about random things and she went in room. She saw Aavys leg was on Sam, she quickly went and took Sam from between and placed him in his, crib.

At night:

Siddharth came home, first he went in his room.....gets fresh up and then he saw Sam awake in the crib, so he picks him up and went down with him. Avneet was teaching aarshi in living room. Vibha was seeing tv, he sat beside his mom and lay down on her laps, then he put Sam on his chest and pat his back, because he was little bit crying.

Vibha: dinner kya karega?

Avu: haa bolo? mai banati hu!

Vibha: tum baitho, kab tak mai hu, mere haat ka kaho ge tum loog. Phir tho sab tum loog ko hi karna hai. Aaj mai pasta banati hu.

Aarshi: dadu you are great.

Vibha: but all green veggies one.

Aarshi: no!

Vibha: ok ok.

Then she gets up, and went in the kitchen. Avu also went with her, aarshi was now with Sid, one was sitting on his legs, and cookie was sitting where Vibha was sitting. Sid put his head on her laps, then she was playing with his hair.

Sid: tell me what did you do today?

They told , everything and now Aavy was jumping on his legs.

Aavy: we are going to zoo, please dad.

Sid: zid kiu karrahe ho?

Aavy: no no no, we are going tomorrow tomorrow, tomorrow.

Sid: aarav! Chup Sam soraha hai na. Ham baad mai baat karte hai.

Aavy went in the kitchen and hugs Avus leg.

Avu: kya hua, aavy?

Aavy: zoo!

Avu: again started? Now eat your dinner and then sleep.

She ignored the zoo topic and tell him to eat food. They all eat food and went in their rooms.

Sidneet room:

Sid was singing song, and avu was making Sam sleep, but he was not sleepy, he wants to be awake and trouble his parents.

Sid: Pee loon tere nile nile nainon se shabnam
Pee loon tere gile gile hoto ki sargam
Pee loon hai pine ka mausam
(Tere sang ishq taari hai, tere sang ik khumari hai
Tere sang chain bhi mujhako, tere sang bekraari hai)

He goes and pick Sam in his hands, and then placed him in the crib. He pulls Avu to him and they both start dancing.

Sid:

Hosh mein rahu kyun aaj main
Tu meri baahon mein simati hai, mujhame samaayi hai yuun
Jis tarah ki koyi hum nadi
Tu mere sine mein chhupati hai, sagar tumhara main hoon
Pee loon teri dhimi dhimi leharo ki chham chham
Pee loon teri saundi saundi saanso ko har dum
Pee loon hai pine ka mausam
(Tere sang ishq taari hai, tere sang ik khumari hai
Tere sang chain bhi mujhako, tere sang bekraari hai)

Avu: kya hogaya aaj tumhe?

Sid: pyaar aaraha hai, apni biwi pe! Mrs Nigam.

Avu: wo tho rooz aata hai, konsi nayi baat hai!

He picks her in bridal style, and placed her in bed. he came on top of her, and start giving wet kisses, Sam was still awake and staring don't know what. suddenly he start crying, she pushed Sid on his side and went to him. She took him, in her arms and sat on the bed.

Sid: pehle aavy aur ab yeh! Future mai inke bacche inko, aisa satayenge.

Avu: aur kuch bolna bakhi hai? Ya hogaya?

Sid: Calo kuch nahi, tum isko sulao, mai tumhare Lap par let jata hu.

Avu: acha theek hai!

Sid: ek kaam karo, mujhe dedo isko mai sulata hu.

She gave him and again he puts him on his chest.

Avu: tum baar baar usko tumare sene pe kiu sulate ho?

Sid: meri dil ki dharkan sunke sojata hai yeh.

She kissed his forehead, and sat like that only staring both of them. Sid took her hand in his hand and kissed her palm and put her hand under his neck and hug her.

After half an hour they three slept like that, so Avu wake up and makes her self comfortable, and puts Sid head on her stomach and slept like that.
