chapter - 37

It was Friday night, Sid was doing his work on his laptop. Avneet was doing her work in her laptop, plus she was feeding her kids also. Someone knocked the door, Siddharth went and open the door. He saw the president of the society, he came with some cards.

Sid: hello! Mr Paul.

Paul: hi! Mr Nigam. I came here for giving you and your family invitation, of party invitation.

Sid: which party?

Paul: there is a, community party in our colony.

Sid: ooh! Btw come inside.

Paul: next time brother, because I have to go and give all the invitations in our colony.

Sid: but next time, you have to.

Paul: sure.! I will....I should take my leave.

They bid bye each other. And Sid went inside the living room.

Avu: kon tha?

Sid: wo mr Paul the....community party hai so, he gave us invitation.

Avu: ooh! We should join them.

Sid: yes, we will! Time is, 7 at the evening.

Avu: then, I will take out my dress!

She was excited for the party!

Sid: naam suna nahi party ka, tyyari shuru! Acha hai karlo.....kal time nahi lagao gi.

Avu: tho tum bolrahe ho, ki mai boht time lagati hu?

Sid: haa! Lagati ho. Aur lagati ho tho bhi sirf mere liye na!

Avu: haa haa! Bas karo maska marna. Aavy and cookie, time for sleep. Come.

Aavy: no! Mommy, I wanna watch tv.

Cookie: same here!

Sid: and me also.

Avu: bye, mai chali sone! Kal waise bhi school nahi hai, isliye jaag ne derahi hu. Mujhe akela hi chord do! Bye.

She went in her room....change her clothes and lay down on the bed.

Down stairs, they three were watching tv, Sid was enjoying with them. They three were watching tom and jerry.

Aavy: dad! See that Tom......he is again teasing Jerry!

Cookie: he kept the cheese cube......near the door and he is hiding behind the wall.

Sid: they are always, like that! Always tease each other.

Aavy: like you tease mommy!

Cookie laugh at him.

They both hug him. He switched off the tv and take them in there room.

Aavy: we will sleep with you!

Cookie: yes, we will sleep with you.

Sid: sleep with us tomorrow....today dad is having some work with mom!

Aavy: no no no!

Cookie: no no no!

Sid: ok ok ok! Come come come!

They three laugh at his comment! And went in his room. They saw Avu was scrolling her Instagram. She saw them and pretend that, she was sleeping. Sid saw this and he told something to aavy and cookie!

Sid: your mom! Has slept, who will change your clothes and dippers?

Aavy: you dad!

Cookie: how can he, while making us fries, he cuts his hand!

Aavy: and he got, so deep cut....till now the blood is flowing.

While listening this, Avu come towards her......and they three where controlling there laugh.

Avu: kitni baat bola hai, mat karo yeh sab! Sunta kon hai meri? Na tum na yeh tumhare bacche. Pareshaan karke rakhdiya hai! Kaha lagi batao?

She was finding his wound, but it was nothing on his both the hands! Aavy and cookie start laughing and jumping on the bed.

Aavy: dad! You are amazing! She got so scared.

Cookie: yes, she is finding the wound! But there is nothing!

Sid: yes! I am always right!

Avu got hurt, while listening this.....and went down in the living room.

Aarshi: ooppps! We made her again angry?

Sid: unfortunately, yes!  I will play my guitar! And we will make her mood happy?

Aavy: yes, let's take out,

He said while jumping and clapping his hands! Cookie was also excited, to listen his dad song.

Sid: we will play some! Motherly song?

Cookie: yes!

They went down, and saw she is sitting on the couch and drinking coffee. She saw them and turn her face.

Sid start playing song....and they both were dancing and saying sorry to her! In the end of the song they kiss her. She smiles and hugs them. They 4 laugh and still was sitting in the living room.

Aavy: dad! Let's go and have ice cream?

Cookie: yes, please!

They boht make puppy eyes and Sid told

Sid: ok! Then.

Avu: noo! I have brought for you all! Wait I will bring!

She went and saw, nothing was there. She turns to see them, they three runs to their rooms. She laughs at them and went to her room.

She saw Sid changing his cloths.....and aarshi also brought there cloths to their parents room.

Avu: kab khaya?

Aarshi: when you were! Busy doing your work.

Sid: after lunch.

She makes them ready, cool cloths! Because it's summer time in London.

All went down, in the garage! Sid room put the car. And all sat in it.

Avu: only one, because you three have eaten in the evening!

Aavy: why ? I need 2

Cookie: I also need 2

Sid: tabyat kharb hogi babies! Listen to your mom.

Aarshi: ok!

It was 10pm. They all reached the parlour in sometime.

Sid: lets go inside!

Avu: come babies,

They both told Sid to, pick them up. He picks them and went inside. Avu bumped with someone.

Avu: I am sorry! By mistake.....

Person: it's ok! I think you are an Indian?

Avu: yes, you too?

Person: yes! What is your name? I think I saw you?

Avu: my name is avneet Kaur Nigam! Aap ka naam?

Person: mera naam! Kanchi Mehra hai.

Avu: akele rehte ho?

Kanchi: nahi....mere pati aur 4 saal ka beti hai!

Sid was finding Avu.....he saw her talking with some person.

Kanchi: aap Nigam brothers ki Chote bhai ki biwi ho?

Avu: haa! Siddharth Nigam is my husband. See there.

Pointing towards him.

Kanchi: wo tumhare bacche hai?

Avu: haa! Aavy and cookie,

Kanchi: sorry?

Avu: ooh I am sorry! Aarav and khushi, wo dono ko yeh naam passand nahi. So yeh pukarte hai.

Kanchi: aaj kal ke bacche.

Avu: aaye na....hamare saat!

Kanchi: nahi nahi! Aap enjoy karo apni family ke saat. Mai.....

Avu: aap ke pati aur beti  ko bhi lalo. Hamare table par.

After some formality argument she agreed and went with her.

Welcome Kanchi, Rohan and Ruhi Mehra.

They went and avu introduce them with her! Just then Rohan came.

Kanchi: Ro! This is.....

Rohan: I know them....Nigam family! Business fashion designing and interior designing!

Sid: yes! Nice to meet you bro!

They hug each other and sat down. Aavy and cookie was shy and their daughter was also shy to meet them. Kids are like this only! They get scared to see new people.

Avu: aavy and cookie, meet her!

They three awkwardly meet each other.

Sid: so, kya khana hai? Konse flavours chahiye?

Aavy: mint chocolate.

Cookie: strawberry

Ruhi: mint chocolate

Aavy: cheater!

Ruhi: I didn't you did!

Aavy: noo! You did.

They both start arguing.

Sid: aarav! ( he gives him one glare and he is quite)

Rohan: bacche hai! Aise mat daraya karo.

Kanchi: haa! Sid.

Avu: bolti hu! Par sunta koi nahi.

Sid: ok! Ab shuru mat hojana.

Rohan: mai bhi chalta hu.

They both went and brought ice creams. In middle of eating, Aavy needs to go toilet,But he is literally shy seeing that girl so he can't even tell to his mother that he needs to go for pee. He calls her down and he told in her ear that mommy

Aavy: mommy! I Need to go....for pee.

She just excused her self and went from there!

Avu: guys! I will be back. Sid cookie ko dekhlo Abhi aayi.

They both went in toilet.

Avu: you can tell that loudly na? Why didn't you tell me there?

Aavy: there was a girl....and I am a boy! How can I?

Avu: wah! Great. My boy is shy?

Aavy: I am a boy! So, girls should not know about boys things. Let's go.

She laughed at him. He grab her hand and went to their table.

Sid: what was the matter?

Avu: he just need, to go toilet.

Aavy again goes and tell in her ear!

Aavy: why did you tell?

Sid raise his eyebrow.....and ask what happen! From eyes, not mouth. 😂 Avu just shook her head in no.

After some chit chat, they all head towards there house. Avu invites them on lunch....on Sunday. Because tomorrow is Saturday and they are having, community party.

NEXT MORNING:

These 4 were having breakfast, Sid as Avneet about yesterday.

Sid: what was going, between mother and son?

Avu: basically, it was.....aavy wants to go toilet, he told me in ear, because that girl, Ruhi was present there! My baby boy gets shy! (Pulling his cheeks)

Cookie: but she is pretty!

Sid: yes, but not more than my princess.

Aavy: girls should not, enter in boys talk.

Cookie: and you should not enter, in my room before knocking! ( making faces)

Avu: stop with all your arguments. And eat breakfast, after that milk is ready.

They three shout.

Sidarshi: NOOOO NNOOOO!

Avu: shut up! I don't wanna see police, in my house for loud noise.

They three kept their, fingers on lips. After breakfast fast they drink milk....making faces, she was standing in front of them and her hands was, on his waist.

Avu: if you three will make faces, then I will bring one more glass of milk!

Now they quickly, drink on one go!

All: finished!

Avu: you both, your prize is ready.....because you both has, finished milk. Open the fridge and there is a celebrations box, for both! But don't eat in one go!

They boht hugs her and straight went in the kitchen. And brings and sat down on the mattress, in the living room.

Sid: what I will get?

Avu: nothing? You are not a baby!

Sid: but I need?

He was moving close to her! And she was stepping backwards. She fell on the opposite couch, he cage her in between his arms.

Sid: then I will, take the prize.

Avu: like what?

Sid: wanna see?

Aavy and cookie was used to it.....they knows that their parents are always romancing. Anywhere and anytime. So, they boht are busy in eating chocolates. But aavy told them.

Aavy: dad! Kiss her.

Sid: where?

Cookie: on your favourite.....place.

Sid: they also, know me! But you? What yaar....

Avu: don't underestimate me!

Keeping her hands around his neck, she pushes Sid beside her, and sat on his laps.

Sid: kids who will win?

Avu: your mommy, right?

Aarshi: lets see!

Sid: one thing! Who will capture lips first they are the winner.

Aavy: 3....2.....1.....GO!

Cookie: better go in a room!

A/N( bacche hai tho yeh mat samaj na ki, kuch nahi mlm. Aaj kal ke bacho ko dekha hai....waise hisab se yahi hona hai aage le generations ko)

They both separate each other, and avu told them....

Avu: did you both complete, your homework?

They both just ran...inside the rooms.

Avu: told ya! They didn't do it. Wait I will just make them do.

Sid: we both will teach them. And at night we have to leave.

Avu: where?

Sid: community party! Remember?

Avu: ooh yes!

Sid: kal tho puri tyyari kar rakhiwas thi, aaj bhool gayi. Wah!

Avu: I have listen, let's go.

They both enter the room....and saw both covering there selfs in duvet.

Avu: sid, lagta hai koi sogaya hai! Calo Ham chalte hai! Kaha jarahe the?

Sid: aarey! Bool gayi? We were going to fun zone. In the mall.

Avu: ooh I think, we should go alone and play.

Sid: lets go!

They just pretend to walk out, actually they were standing near the door. And listening there conversation.

Aavy: cookie!

Cookie: I think they went!

Aavy: lets see.

They both went out and saw both standing near the door, and smiling.

Aavy: ooyyiii! We get caught?

Cookie: run..!

Before they run, sidneet picks them up, and went inside their room. They bring there bags and took out books.

They both, did little  work and then run again.

Avu: aavy and cookie! Come back here! You both will not going India, if you both will not do your homework's.

Sid: come fast, before your mom blast.

They three laugh...and came back.

Avu: haso....haso! Yahi bakhi hai.

She chuck it and starts teaching them again.
In one hour they complete one page.

Sid: baap re! Ek page ke liye.....ek ghanta.

Avu: wahi naa! Kitna satate hai!

Sid: Calo ab yeh chakar mai....kitna time nikalgaya. 4 baj gaye.

Avu: lunch banadu?

Sid: mujhe bhook nahi hai.

Aarshi: we are hungry! But we need noodles.

She went down, Sid went in his room and lay down. Avu was making noodles and kids were sitting in living room seeing there tabs. Listening poems.

She make their lunch, and call them. But now they both were not hungry.

Aavy: I don't wanna eat!

Cookie: same! I am not hungry.

Avu: but you have to eat. Come here!

They both start running in the house, she was also running behind them.

Avu: come babies! I can't run like this behind you both.

They both enter Sids room and start jumping on the bed and Sid was sleeping. He got irritated and was about to shout at them, Avu came.

Avu: aarav aur khushi! Agar ab nahi khaya na....I am not talking to you both.

She kept the bowl on the side table and sat there turning her face towards Sid. He told them come with food and eat with mommy. They both climb on the bed, with bowls in their little hands, and kept on the bed.

Aavy: we will eat, feed us.

Cookie: yes! Feed us. We will also feed you.

Sid was taking their video, aarshi was eating and feeding their parents also.

Time skip 7pm.

Both were getting ready and cookie came with her dress in her hands. Avu was making her hair and after that she, makes cookie ready. Sid was with aavy. He was making him wear shoes.

They all got ready in sometime.

(Just ignore the award and background. But that award no one can get, except Sidneet. )

Cookies dress.

Aavys dress. Just imagine them in this dress.

Cookie just twirls around and show her dress to them.

Cookie: how I am looking?

Sid bends down and sat on his knees. And told her.

Sid: just like, a princess!

Aavy: and me?

Avu: you look, Prince.

Aarshi: you boht are king and queen. Just like Aladdin and Jasmine.

They did a family hug and went, and sat in the car. The drive was not silent.....because the kids are nonstop talking, fighting over some colour, aavy took her iPad and gave her his.

Cookie: give my iPad, back....aavy the silly.

Aavy: you watch in my iPad....cookie dough!

Cookie: I am not a cookie dough?

Aavy: then is I'm not silly.

Cookie: you are....who doesn't know how to wear his shoes.

Aavy: and you doesn't know, how to....

Cookie: tell tell....

Aavy: who doesn't know, how to speak.

Cookie: see I am improved, in speaking!

She stuck her young out.....Sid just make one sound and they both are quit and start seeing out side the windo.

Avu: if there, the Angelina will be present! I will kill her.

Sid: she will be there....because this is community party.

Avu: I just pity her.

Sid laugh at this statement. They reached in half an hour and step out.

Sid: don't run here and there! Kids....it's open area. Cars are on full speed.

A/N( it's just get together, of people nothing else)

Aarshi: ok!

They enter the party, and all was well decorated and mr and mrs Paul came.

Mr Paul: hi! Brother. Looking dashing.

Mrs Paul: ooh! Hi.Honey, see the kids....they are to cute. Just like them. What's their name?

Avu: aarav and khushi! But we call them aavy and cookie.

Mrs Paul: you look, pretty and your figure is bomb. How did you maintain? After two kids?

Avu: all thanks to him...(pointing towards Sid) because he always make me do work out.

Mrs Paul: sometime call this, fat man there! ( showing her husband)

They laugh....and now Angelina came.

Angelina: hi! Mr Nigam. You look hot!

Avu: yup! I know love. After all he is my husband. Has to be hot and perfect.

Mrs Paul: that's true....let's go and dance. The music is so romantic.

Angelina: yes, ( looking towards Sid)

Avu: Siddharth! Calo.

She grab her kids and went. Sid just wave his hand to Angelina and went from there. And did dance. Aarshi was dancing with each other, sidneet were dancing and was seeing their kids in enjoying.

After the dance, it was dinner time. On one table mr and Mrs Paul was sitting with sidneet family. Girls talking random things about, shows, jewelleries, dresses and all. The men's were talking about business. And kids were playing near their table, with mr and Mrs Paul's kid.

Avu just went to the toilet and while going Angelina met her.

Angelina: hi! Avu....you look beautiful.

Avu: thank you!

Angelina: and your husband, is really hot. In that blue and red suit he looks more handsome.

Avu: yes, I choose his dress, especially for today. Because I am a fashion designer.

Angelina: ooh! See him! How he is eating......his muscles, jaw line.

Avu: I always maintain his diets.

Angelina: ooh I thought, he does by him self.

Avu: why are you so worry about him! I am there na. His sexy wife. ( she just winked and smile)

Angelina: yes, very sexy ( making face)

Avu: I think! You just have, cardamom in your food.

Angelina: no! Bae.

Avu: why making faces? You need water? See there, your husband with another girl.

Angelina: no! Mosquitos are troubling. That's why! (Giving fake smile)

Sid was finding Avu....he saw her talking with Angelina and she was frustrated. Any time that bomb will blast.

Sid: jaldi jaa Sid! Warna aaj tamasha hoke rahe ga.

He was walking fast as he can.

Sid: ek thapard tho Mara hoga.....jaldi bhaag. Bhagwan ji iska gussa ko control karna.

He went there and stand beside her.

Angelina: ooh look! The hottie is, here!

Sid just smile in tension.

Avu: ooh! Mr hottie, kitne lardkiya aap par marti hai?

Sid: avu lets go! Darling aavy and cookie are sleepy. Aavy has already slept. Come let's go home sweetheart ♥️

Avu: sorry Angelina, we will talk later bye! Kamini, badi aayi.

Sidneet bid bye all the people there and went home. Aavy and cookie was already sleeping! Sid makes them wear seatbelt's.

In house.

Sid picks up aavy and puts him on the couch and then he takes cookie and puts her on the another couch. Avneet went and change her dress first, then she came down with there sleeping clothes, she was changing, their clothes, Sid came down.

Avu: hi! Mr hottie. Agar tum mujhe nahi rolte na aaj wo ek tahapard khati. Khasam.

Sid: Isliye aagaya! Warna baap re baap.

Avu: acha ab leke jao inko. Boht thak gayi mai.

Sid: inko apne kamre mai, bed kane neche sulate hai, inke bistar wahi dalte hai.

Avu: haa calo.

They both went upstairs and take out the comfy mattress and placed them down, and cover them with duvets.

They both also climbed their bed and sleep hugging each other.
