Taehyun offered to talk with Beomgyu since Kai very much avoided him. Huening Kai was still distraught over what they had done to Soobin. "Do you not feel bad at all ? We basically killed our friend..." Beomgyu rolled his eyes. He on some level would've felt bad, but it isn't like Soobin was completely innocent. "태현아, 내가 왜 기분이 나쁠까? 수빈이가 몇 번이나 경고를 받았어요." (Why should I feel bad, Taehyun ? Soobin hyung had been warned several times.) 

Taehyun sighed as he could see that Beomgyu hadn't changed his mind at all. "Is this about proving yourself ? Pureblood status shouldn't matter after what we've learned since coming to the institute, hyung." Beomgyu walked with Taehyun. The institute' halls were quiet given that it was a break. So people went home to visit their families.

"This isn't about pureblood status. How is it that what happened is solely my fault ? Soobin hyung knew what he had done..." Taehyun didn't dismiss what Beomgyu felt. He too had a hand in what had happened to Soobin, but he on some level felt horrible. Did he truly not care at all ? Taehyun rested a hand on Beomgyu' shoulder, "I promised Soobin hyung we'd lower our weapons...You killed him though, Beomgyu hyung. That is different from us assisting you to get him to see reason."

Beomgyu shoved his hand off his shoulder. "아뇨! 제 탓만 하면 안 돼요!" (No ! You can't only blame me !) His rage was nearing an all-time high. He needed to walk away. Taehyun grabbed his wrist, "You can't avoid this, hyung." Beomgyu snatched his arm away from Taehyun as he walked off.  

It wasn't easy to spot yet, but Beomgyu' eyes were flashing green. He went to where they had sealed Soobin' body a little over a year ago. Soobin' body was kept in great condition, but it was only due to it being sealed with magic. Well, as far as anyone knew when they visited his body. Beomgyu knew he wouldn't get a response so he vented to Soobin' sealed body. 

"Why does everyone want me to feel bad about what happened ? You brought it upon yourself..." No response was given, but this was expected. Soobin was dead as far an anyone was aware. Only people who know of or had been to Araz were truly aware of how Soobin was.

Beomgyu continued his little rant. "You were willing to throw our friendship away because you were tempted by the Lake Of Mist !" This was true. Soobin had a weird connection with the lake, even after being warned several times about how dangerous it was. Soobin also began insulting his friends and pushing them away to an extent. So why was Beomgyu only to blame in regards to what happened with Soobin ?

This conversation was one sided & Beomgyu was alright with that. It was cut short when Jeongsan arrived with Huening Kai. "나랑 가요. 지금이다," (Come with me. Now,) Jeongsan demanded as Kai rushed over to Soobin' side. Kai had nothing to say to Beomgyu, wanting to keep it that way. Beomgyu reluctantly followed Jeongsan. "Before you say anything--" He started to say when Jeongsan immediately cut him off. 

"Have you lost your mind ?" What ? Why was Jeongsan being this way all of a sudden ? "What ? What do you mean ?" Jeongsan had managed to get them as far from Soobin' body as they physically could be. Taehyun stepped out from the forest, "You've taken this too far, hyung. You are beginning to act just as Soobin hyung had. 완전히 미쳤어요? (Have you gone absolutely crazy ?) Have you no shame ?"
