( I might kill my ex. )

"A cat? Really?"

Emmy turned to Kyler. "I know Bert better than you do."

And right on cue, Bert can wandering out, calling for a kitty. Emmy hummed and turned to Kyler. "Told ya. Do it."

Kyler listened with no problems, coming up behind Bert, picking him up, and chucked him at the kitchen window, making it shatter. He let out a shout and laugh. "Holy shit! I don't have to pay for that, right?"

She rolled her eyes, ignoring his question. "Come on."

They all followed her inside the house, and she caught the wide eyes from everyone inside, more specifically, from Sam and Miguel.

"Hey, guys," she grinned. "Heard about this party happening in my own house so I had to come. You know, greet our guests and all."

"It's payback time, Rhea," Kyler smirked, and the others quickly picked up Bert from the floor, backing away as the Cobra Kais began to stalk towards them.

But then, the sound of the front door being busted in made them gasp and turn around, Tory now walking in with a vengeful look with more Cobra Kais. "Hope you don't mind if we crash the party."

The two girls gave each other a smile and Emmy stepped forward. "You're always welcome, Tor."

But Miguel couldn't take his eyes off of Emmy. He hadn't seen her since she saw him and Sam. Emmy noticed his staring eyes, and gave a smile. "Mig...it's not nice to stare. Especially since your new girl toy is standing right next to you."

"Don't talk to him," Sam walked in front of Miguel, but Emmy took a big step towards her, and she stopped.

"You have no idea what you've done to me," Emmy coldly said. And there was a beat of silence, heaving breathing all around them before a sharp slap! was heard.

Then from behind Miguel, Chris lunged for her, but Tory then lunged for him, Emmy not flinching while in the middle.

"Round two," she smirked, grabbing Chris's headed and slammed it down onto her knee.

And then, a full on brawl started in the LaRusso home. Emmy quickly shoved Chris aside, her eyes on someone else. She rushed towards Miguel, grabbing the back of his head and shoving him into the counter. "Miss me?"

He let out a grunt, reaching around and grabbing her arm before backing her into the fridge. She groaned at the sudden impact, blocking his punch and kicked him off of her, making him go over the counter.

"Get deja vu?" she breathed, leaning over the counter and looking down at him.

"This isn't right, Em," Miguel seriously said, getting into a defensive position again.

"You don't get to tell me what's right anymore," and then she swung at him, causing him to use his reflexes and raise his arm up, blocking it.

Miguel then swung at her this time, but Emmy had no plans only playing nice, catching his fist, and elbowed the inside of his arm, making it collapse for a second. But that second was all she needed, yanking his arm forward, making him go stomach first onto the counter. Miguel tried to pull his arm back, rolling onto his back, but Emmy just sadistically smiled.

She brought her leg up, digging her boot into his neck. Miguel yelped in surprise, immediately trying to pry it off, his words coming out choppy.

"What was that?" she mocked, coming closer to his ear. "Didn't quite hear you, honey."

But suddenly, someone grabbed her foot from Miguel's neck, yanking it forward and causing her to fall on her face. She grunted, turning around to see Sam looking over Miguel on the counter, trying to see if he was okay.

Her blood boiled, and she grabbed on Sam's ankle, thrusting it back and causing Sam to knock her chin onto the hard counter. Emmy licked her lips with a laugh, getting to her feet while standing over a whimpering Sam. She stomped her foot into the girl's stomach, making her double over and curl up on the floor.

Emmy looked in the corner of her eye, seeing that Miguel was occupied with Kyler, who she could see was giving her a subtle smirk. She smirked back, reaching down and pulled Sam up by her hair. She then chucked her into the nearest wall, almost laughing as she heard the impact.

And she grabbed onto Sam's shoulder, repeatedly kneeing her in the stomach, relishing in the sounds of Sam vocally expressing her pain. And with a shout, she tossed her back onto the counter, the hard material hitting the older girl's back.

"Where's your fire?" she teasingly tilted her head, grabbing a wine bottle that was next to her and slammed it against a boy who was charging at her to save Sam. The bottle shattered from the impact on his shoulder, and the alcohol poured all over him and the floor, causing him to slip and fall.

She turned around to fix her attention back onto the Sam, but then she was met with a kick to the nose, causing her to stumble and groan as she clutched her face. She quickly checked if it was bleeding, and brought her hand down when it wasn't, and as she looked at the counter again, she saw Sam was gone. She scoffed.

Couldn't even try to finish me off, she thought.

Emmy didn't have any time to breathe as someone spun her around by her shoulder, and tried to punch at her. She yelped, bringing her arm up and blocked it, her fist making contact with his face in return.

She blocked every punch and kick the student threw at her, figuring that this person wasn't the most skilled. She managed to latch onto a lamp in the room, and swung it at his head. He went down immediately, and she kicked him in the ribs for good measure.

She let out a breath, wiping the sweat that formed on her forehead. She stepped over his withering body, and began to walk through the ongoing fights. Emmy looked calm. Too calm. Those who saw her walking would describe it as a ghost watching over.

Emmy's entire body was buzzing at this point. Hit after hit and kick after kick, she felt unstoppable.

She grabbed onto one of their hoods, slamming them in between two wall before kicking them to Hawk, who easily threw them onto the floor. The two made eye contact, smugly smirking before sharing a high five.

Emmt felt like she was on cloud 9. She never knew that brutal violence would feel so good.

"Emmy!" she turned, seeing Rickenberger and a guys name she could never remember in a fight with a very familiar boy in a yellow and b lack flannel. "Want some action?"

She let out a breath, smiling their way. "Hit me."

The two cockily smirked, shoving Demetri towards her and she immediately shoved him into the large glass window. "Hey, bestie."

She thrust her fist towards him, but he let out a scream and ducked, and she punched straight through the glass, causing it to shatter. Emmy let out a scream of her own at the intense blooming pain, looking down at her now bleeding knuckles that were red from prior fights.

Emmy turned to the other two, and they noted how she looked as if she was going to explode with anger. "Hold him."

They didn't hesitate, each lunging forward and grabbed one of his arms while shoving him into a wall. Demetri struggled to get out, looking in fear as Emmy stalked towards him like he was prey.

"Emmy..." he said in a wavering voice. "Please don't do this. It's me. Demetri. I'm supposed to be your best friend!"

"And I was supposed to be yours. Hope you enjoy her more," and with no thoughts in her head, she grabbed the back of his, reeling it back before slamming it against the wall. He groaned as it felt like his entire head was being pounded with a hammer. She leaned in closer, her lips centimeters away from his ear. "Thanks for the memories."

And then she noticed Hawk standing at the opposite end and smiled. She grabbed Demetri's hair, dragging him over to the opening. Rickenberger restrained his arm, painfully pulling it as the other Cobra Kai student stood next to them with a crazed smile.

"Hey. Yo, Hawk. Free shot!" Rickenberger shouted with glee.

Demetri looked fearful as Hawk began to charge at him, and he shut his eyes, waiting for the impact to happen. But it never came. He opened them after hearing the thrashing of people and his arm falling back down to his side. He let out small gasps of air, seeing Emmy standing off to the side with wide eyes. She must have backed away before the impact.

Demetri and Hawk both stood opposite of her, but her eyes were trained on the latter.

"Emmy..." he started to walk towards her, but stopped when she stepped backwards. "I know you know this isn't right. Kreese, Cobra Kai, all of it. It's not worth becoming bad people."

He watched as her face softened, eyes flickering. He gave her an encouraging smile, holding out his hand. "Let's help things go back to the way they were."

She looked down at his hand, and a few moments past.

Demetri and Hawk looked at each other hopefully...until they heard her speak.

"You think we're bad people?"

They snapped their heads back to her, seeing a sneer on her face. "That's your final conclusion?"

"Emmy ⎯ "

"I don't know what you thought of me before, but you better take that thought, crumple it up, and throw it into whatever fire pit you got up there," she slowly stepped closer to him. "Because if you think I'm going to betray Sensei Kreese, then you don't know me at all."

"Emmy!" they called out to her as she walked away, only for more Cobra Kais to run at them, and their attention was turned to them.

As she headed for the dojo, she tried her best to hold in her tears, knowing that now wasn't the time. This was how the world was. She was going to lose people important to her, whether she liked it or not.

"Got room for one more?"

The two girls stopped fighting, turning to the door way where Emmy stood. Her and Tory smirked at each other. "For you? Always."

Sam, who was starting to gain control of the fight, let out a shaky breath, slowly lowering the staff she was holding. She backed up as Emmy came closer to her, the younger one lowly chuckling. "Scared? Oh, Sam... Such a shame it had to come to this. But you just couldn't keep your selfishness to yourself, could you?"

"Emmy, please..." Sam continued to back up, eventually hitting the wall. She let out a small gasp, accidentally dropping the staff. Emmy easily kicked it away, coming closer, their faces mere inches away from each other.

"What should I do?" Emmy tapped her finger on her lips, pretending to think. "What do you think will show you how I truly feel?"

Sam couldn't answer, only gulping and nervously licking her lips. Emmy gave a sarcastic smile, slamming her fist right next to Sam's head. Sam flinched, looking up at her sister with scared eyes.

Emmy heard the sound of rushing footsteps behind her, and she sweetly smiled. "Guys, stop!"

"Emmy, Tory, the fight's over," Hawk stated.

"It's not over," Tory tried. "This will never be over, LaRusso. You hear me?"

"Both did," Emmy answered, calmly turned around and walked away from Sam. "Loud and clear."

Tory scoffed, walking up to Miguel and Hawk. "Traitors." And the looked straight at Hawk. "You better watch your back!"

She went to leave, but Demetri got in her way. "He won't have to. He's got friends watching it for him."

Tory just scoffed in his face, and stormed out. All eyes then went to Emmy, who looked as if she hadn't just gotten into another big fight. She walked up to Hawk, the two connecting eyes. "Be careful."

And she shoved her shoulder into his, walking away.

For a moment, Hawk looked down, feeling his hand clench at the sound of her threat, the others looking at him in sympathy. But then it dawned on him. He knew how Emmy talked. He knew how she would say things.

It wasn't a be careful, I'm coming for you.

It was a be careful, don't get hurt.

She wasn't threatening him, she was warning him.

He felt a sense of relief knowing that Emmy wasn't out to get him, but he knew that the rest of that dojo was.

"Come on," Sam sighed, brushing her hair out of her face, clearly still shaken up. "They're all gone by now."

Miguel interlocked their hands together, and they walked out, heading back into the house and into the kitchen.

"I think we're a pretty badass group," Demetri suddenly commented, lighting up the mood between them. They all lightly chuckled, shutting the door behind them. Demetri turned around first, immediately jumping five feet in the air. "Holy mother of God."

They all turned around too, freezing.

"Hey," Emmy gave a smile, continuing to wrap up her hand.

"What are you still doing here?" Sam gritted her teeth, taking a bold step forward.

"Technically, I still live here," Emmy shrugged.

Miguel then stepped behind Sam, suddenly feeling irritated. Emmy caught the look of his beat up face, and made a mental note to tell Kyler that he did a good job. "Why are you doing this? What's up with you?"

She just chuckled, finishing up wrapping her hand. "Is that a serious question?" Then her face dropped. "Did Kyler hit you a little too hard?"

He swallowed thickly.

"You know, I always wanted to understand what was going through Tory's head when that school fight happened. Because I just couldn't understand her anger. But now?" she walked around the counter and towards them. "I understand completely."

"If you grew up the way I did, no love from your family, no affirming words, just a bunch of people who called themselves "family," then you have no choice but to be a little bitter," her eyes move to Sam. "Especially when you're nothing but a shadow for everyone's favorite girl."

"You're not my shadow, Emmy," Sam tried.

"Of course you would say that," the girl squinted her eyes at her older sister. "You've never had to fight for anything in your life. You just had to be there and everyone would fold." Her eyes move to Miguel. "Like Mr. Diaz here."

Miguel looked almost embarrassed.

"You know, I liked Miguel ever since that shit show of a Halloween dance. And for the first time in a long time, it felt like I had something that was meant for me. But just like every thing else, you just had to sweep in, and take that. Not once, but twice. And you knew I liked him both times!"

Sam then looked down in shame.

"But the thing is, I don't fucking care anymore," Emmy shook her head. "Because I've come to realize, after years of feeling guilty for what I did wrong for you guys to hate me, that I've done nothing wrong. So, whatever you have to say, save it. Because I am done being second to a backstabbing bitch."

And then Emmy spun on her heel, and stormed out of the house.

Hawk then turned to Sam and Miguel. "You guys better be ready to apologize tenfold. Not for her sake, but for yours. Because if you don't...I can guarantee that there will be a blood bath."

Johnny was absolutely furious.

His walk was fueled by the amount of anger he was in, and he let out a loud shout as he kicked the backdoor open. Inside, stood a smug looking Kreese, and a teenage boy training with a punching bag.

"What took you so long?" Kreese asked.

Robby then turned around, and Johnny's face dropped. "Robby... What are you doing here?"

"He's exactly where he belongs," Kreese answered for him. "As are you. Three generations of Cobra Kai working together. We won't just dominate the tournament, we'll melt this whole snowflake generation."

Suddenly, there was a new voice. A familiar one.

"God, the next time I see those assholes, I swear to God," Emmy walked in, crouching down by the corner and placed down a bag. She unzipped it, and began to pull things out. "I know I won that fucking house fight but it did nothing for how pissed I am. Watching him stand next to her like a proud boyfriend. Ugh. I should have been the one to bust Miguel's face in, not Kyler. Because if it was up to me, he wouldn't even be standing right now."

"Emmy," Kreese began. "It's rude to not greet our guest."

"What guest?" Emmy turned to him, before looking over her shoulder. Her face dropped, and she immediately stood up. "Oh, shit."

"Emmy, you ⎯ " Johnny couldn't even say it. "You were there? You did this?"

"Sensei ⎯ Johnny, I ⎯ " she couldn't form sentences, too shocked that he was standing there.

"Miguel is at home with a broken face and you're hear talking like that?" his voice got louder and louder. "What the hell is wrong with you? You'd do that to your fucking best friend?"

Emmy opened her mouth, but she saw Robby take a step forward from the corner of her. "Don't talk to her like that."

"Robby," Emmy tried to pull him back, but he pulled his arm away from her, standing tall.

"Don't speak like she was the one who broke his face, even though she should have considering what he did to her. She has every right to be mad. He led her on, he hurt her. He did what everyone else in her life has done and she just simply didn't want to put up with it anymore."

Emmy stared at his side profile, lips parted in slight shock.

Johnny looked in almost disbelief, but Robby raised his head up higher. "So how about you ask the kid with a broken face what he did to deserve it before you come in here and yell and scream at her."

Emmy was rendered speech, an unreadable expression on her face as she couldn't take her eyes off of Robby.

Kreese then stepped forward. "This is really your last chance, Johnny. I mean, you can see that our students certainly do have that fire you had when you were there age. So, are you in...or are you out?"

"Listen to him, Dad," Robby's voice was now softer. "He only wants what's best for you." He then turned to Emmy. "For us."

She felt her cheeks start to heat up, and she quickly looked away from him. Robby looked at her, slightly confused, but turned back to his dad. There was a tense moment where Johnny only blankly looked at Kreese, until he suddenly kicked Kreese back, and began to attack him.

Emmy let out a gasp, grabbing onto Robby's arm in shock. He frantically looked at the two older men, not sure what to do. And as Johnny beat Kreese to ground, causing the latter to roll closer to the doorway, the two teens stood behind Johnny.

Kreese then got to his feet, blood smeared on the corner of his mouth. "Is that all you got?"

"Oh, no," Emmy muttered, and then the second brawl she had seen that night started to play out down the hall. She grabbed Robby's hand, the two quickly traveling down, see Kreese and Johnny on the ground until Kreese flipped Johnny off of him. She could see that Kreese was weakened, and she thickly swallowed.

The fight continued, and Kreese ended up chucking Johnny into a wall of weapons, where Johnny then took a single sai off, holding it threateningly.

"Don't do it!" Robby spoke up. And to their surprise, Johnny listened, dropping the sharp object onto the ground, but then he went back in for more, sticking to the hand to hand combat.

Kreese was now even more weakened, and was easily back on the mat. And then, Johnny threw punch after punch after punch, before he was suddenly pulled off of the older man.

"Get off of him!" Emmy screamed, tossing him to the side. Robby came up next to her, the girl breathing heavily.

"You dom't understand," Johnny said. "You can't trust him!"

"And we can trust you?" Robby huffed out.

"Robby, please, listen to me," Johnny tried.

"You know, all those years you weren't there, I blamed myself," Robby revealed. "Sensei Kreese is right. I can't be my own worst enemy. But you can be!"

Emmy immediately backed away and slapped a hand over her mouth as Robby began to swing on his father. She never thought that she could visually see such intense anger, but she guessed that Robby had held in so much for his dad.

She stood frozen, watching as Robby never backed down, even when Johnny expressed how he didn't want to fight him. She could feel the heat radiating off of the fight, which she could tell that Johnny was trying to hold back for Robby's sake. And in the midst of Johnny trying to block Robby's hits, he held his arm and threw him towards the lockers, causing the teen boy to knock right into it and fall to the ground.

"Robby!" Emmy exclaimed, pushing past Johnny and crouched down next to the boy. He withered around for a split second before he lost consciousness, and she panicked. She grabbed his shoulders, shaking them. "Robby?"

Johnny then crouched down by his son's head, immediately apologizing for what he did, saying that he didn't mean to hurt him.

"What did you do?" Emmy lifted her head, Johnny seeing her teary eyes. "What did you do?"

Johnny couldn't answer, his mouth opening and closing.

The girl just huffed at him, not wanting to look at him any longer and turned back to Robby. Her hands gently cupped his face, trying to coax him awake. "Robby? Please wake up."

She then heard a grunt, and looked back up to see that Kreese had grabbed a sai, and jammed the butt of it into Johnny's neck, but she didn't care. All she wanted was for Robby to wake up. She turned away, not even glancing back when she heard Johnny fall to the floor.

She felt something wet drip down her face, and she quickly wiped it away, realizing that she was crying. She sniffled, suddenly feeling emotional.

"Robby, you gotta wake up," she mumbled. "Because if you don't, I swear to God, I will kill you myself."

"You sent them to my house? You came after my daughter! You wanted a fight, you son of a bitch? Now you got one!"

Emmy furrowed her eyebrows, slowly looking over her shoulder and saw her own father standing there. Her eyes widened, lips parting in shock. She watched him turn around, the two making eye contact. Daniel's eyes widened at the sight of her, and then the sight of an unconscious Robby. "Robby? Emmy?"

Sam had told him about Emmy's involvement, but he didn't want to believe it. Hearing Sam describe how dark Emmy's eyes were, how she led with an iron fist, he didn't think that Emmy would be so cruel.

But he could see the growing bruises on her face, and her wrapped up hand, and he realized that it was a reality.

"I told you..." Kreese ssaid, getting up to his feet. "This was inevitable."

And as now these two men started to fight, Emmy gulped, looking back down at Robby. Had she done the right thing? Had she just screwed everything up? Was this choice she was making the right one? She couldn't answer any of them clearly, and there was a strange feeling in her chest. Was this how she wanted things to be?

She let out a shaky breath, shaking her head and put those questions aside, knowing that her focus had to be on Robby. She knew that if he woke up, he would have a solid concussion, so she had to make sure that she was there when he woke up.

And then, the sound of glass breaking made her jump, and she turned around, seeing that Kreese had driven him and Daniel through one of the windows. Her jaw dropped, jumping up to her feet in panic. She couldn't believe what was happening right now. She made a move to go check if the both of them were okay, but then she heard a groan behind her. She whipped around, seeing Robby slowly turn his head with a scrunched up face.

"Hey," she crouched down beside him again, her hand gently resting on his head. "You're okay. Everything's gonna be fine."

She quickly wiped away her tears, not wanting him to see her like this right now, and slowly lifted him up, resting him against the lockers.

"What happened?" he groaned.

She gulped, using the sleeve of her sweater to wipe the blood away from the corner of his mouth. "Your dad knocked you out."

Robby's eyes flickered before he clenched his jaw. He then realized that there was no sounds of fighting anymore. "Where are they?"

Emmy winced, moving her body and showed him the shattered window. His eyes widened, and she stood up. She held out her hand for him, which he didn't hesitate to grab, and slowly stood up.

"Don't move too fast," she lightly scolded him, helping him over to the window. "You could have a concussion."

He nodded with no problem, and the two came up to the window, where everyone can see them.

"Robby," Johnny's face dropped.

"Emmy," Daniel's dropped too.

Emmy stood next to Kreese, while Robby stood next to her.

"Emmy...come on... It doesn't have to be like this," Daniel pleaded.

She thickly swallowed, looking down. "How is it supposed to be then?"

"You. At home. With us," Daniel desperately tried. "Away from all of this."

Emmy didn't know what to say, and glanced over at Kreese, who only glared at Daniel. "Her go back with you? After the years of mental torment? On a child? Daniel...I think you know better."

Daniel gulped, looking over at Emmy. "Emmy, please..."

Emmy looked at him and then at Kreese. Kreese was right. She had suffered at the hands of her own family for her entire life. She was only a child, yet, they felt as if they could stomp all over her and she wouldn't have any traumatic repercussions later on. The man was right. She had had enough. Who's to say the cycle wouldn't just happen all over again?

"I already told you," Emmy spoke, her voice fragile. "I'm done letting you people ruin me. I'm not coming back. So get out of here. All of you."

Daniel went to reach out for her, but Emmy quickly left, walking back into the dojo through the shattered window, letting her tears fall.

"Hey..." he heard someone say behind her, and she turned around. She no longer saw Johnny or Miguel, so she figured they left. Robby looked worriedly at her.

"I just ⎯ " her face twisted with emotion. "I just want this to be over."

His eyes widened as she began to break down, and he rushed up, catching her as her knees buckled from under her. His arm wrapped tightly around her waist, holding her up as she stuffed her face into his shoulder.

He softly stroked the back of her head, his chest squeezing tightly as he heard her cry. And right then and there, he made a vow that he would never leave her side.

"It's okay," he muttered into her head. "I'm right here."

Robby Keene and Emmy LaRusso would come to realize that since that first All Valley Tournament, the only person they would ever truly need, was each other. No matter how many people left, and no matter how many people turned their backs on them, everything would be okay as long as they had each other.
