Shade watched sadly as the one person she had never expected to betray her tore apart everyone she ever loved before her eyes. Fiona smiled evilly as she dug out her husband's still-beating heart before she crushed it into bloody pieces. Shade screamed in anguish as she crawled towards her husband's side. 

Fiona walked up to her, her orange hair stained with blood and green eyes cold, her calm expression soon twisted into one of malice. Shade dropped to the floor lifelessly, her gaze indifferent and cold.

Fiona laughed as she lifted Shade by the neck and whispered," Shocked? Shade, well, you would be, since I just betrayed and killed everyone you adored. Honestly, for someone who was the so-called protagonist, you were pretty naïve. I left signs everywhere but you stupidly believed me again and again. Now, here we are, standing in the blood of your loved ones all because of your stupidity."

Fiona laughed again as she threw Shade to the ground" You know the feeling of betrayal is one of the worst pains to feel and I should know since I was betrayed by sister many years ago."

Shade looked up confusion on her distraught face" What sister, you only have a brother."

Fiona smiled as she wiped the blood off her claws" Oh that reminds me, I seem to have forgotten to mention that the real Fiona is dead."

" What do you mean the real Fiona? Aren't you her?"

" Poor Shade. Since you're so desperate for the truth, let me tell you, the real Fiona died in that avalanche while I, a passing soul just transmigrated here."

" Transmigration? What are you talking about"?

" I am not Fiona, I am Eliza Knoles and you, Shade was the destined hero of this novel, that is until I came here and now here we are, Me the new Elire Queen and you the Traitor of Eliris."

Eliza smiled, her eyes red and maniacal, plunging her claws into Shade's heart" Just die Shade, so I can live a peaceful life on your throne. It is your fault for being the hero..just die!"

Shade laughed as she slowly began to lose consciousness, Eliza...if I have another chance I will make you rot in hell. You will pay for what you did to me ten, no twenty times over...I promise you. Shade slowly closed her eyes and embraced the darkness only to hear voices as she fell into a dark chasm. Six figures float towards her soul as they began chanting a reincarnation spell.

" We the guardians of Eliris give Protector Shade another chance, as well as gifts to help her succeed in this life."

A pink light entered her forehead" I give the gift of healing."

Next a green light" I give the gift of nature."

A blue light" I give the gift of emotion."

A white light" I give the gift of mastery."

A purple light" I give the gift of learning and eternal memory."

And lastly a red light." I give the gift of no name."

Shade felt a rush of magic in her body and a searing pain in her head as her eyes fluttered open, she blinked at the familiar ceiling then sat up as she looked at her old room. She stood up and walked towards the mirror as she saw her sixteen-year-old self, she couldn't believe it, she had really been reborn!

A/N: I can promise that is the final adaptation of this story, its high time I moved on with the plot anyways.
