Chapter Fourteen

Jungkook stared at his father in silence as Taehyung watched awkwardly.

"Tell me son. I won't kick you out or make you marry a girl" Mr.Jeon said, chuckling as Jungkook gulps.

The thick atmosphere was broke when Jin came in with another man.

"Jin and Namjoon are boyfriends" Mr.Jeon said, shocking Jungkook.
"Now, tell me! Are you gay?" He asked as Jungkook nods.

"Y-yes d-dad" Jungkook said as Mr.Jeon smiled.

"Don't be afraid, son! Be who you are!" Mr.Jeon smiled. "Look at me, I am too gay" he said shocking Jungkook. "You've never seen your 'mother' right?" He asked as the teenager nods.

"Well, your mother is a not really a 'women'. Jeon Mingyu, your mother's name. We married illegally" Mr.Jeon smiled. "As my dad was rich, he helped us get through it. But he died after your birth, but it never stopped me from loving you" Mr.Jeon explained as Jungkook nods, sad that his appa is not with them anymore.

"The society won't change, son. We need to adapt to the society and shape us. We don't have to live by the rules. Rules are made to break, son. I am not telling you to break traffic rules and kill yourself *chuckle* . I am saying that, you can break a rule for justice. For equality. Gays are being treated unequally in this society, son.
We gotta adjust with the changes and culture of the society. If things don't go your way, you have to make it go your way. That's why, I married the love of my life, a man, even after the disapproval from my own mother and friends" Mr.Jeon smiled, patting his son's shoulder.

"I know you got the idea that, I am strict....I just didn't want you to choose the path, so I was strict with you. But I really love you son" Mr.Jeon pulled Jungkook for a hug as Jungkook smiled, in the verge of crying.

"Aww, my son is being the gayest gay in this world" Mr.Jeon snickered as Jungkook sobbed, rolling his eyes.

"What can I do? My father was also the gayest gay in this world" Jungkook said as Mr.Jeon chuckled.

"Yeah Yeah, once I was" Mr.Jeon smiled. "So why don't you introduce me to your boyfriend?" Mr.Jeon asked, smiling at Jimin who was watching all of this with wide eyes.

"Jimin, this is my dad. And dad this is Jimin" The boy plainly said as Mr.Jeon rolled his eyes and walks to Jimin.

"Hello Jimin! It's nice to meet you! You look so cute" Mr.Jeon grinned as Jimin tilts his head in confusion.

"H-he doesn't talk much" Jungkook said, rubbing his neck nervously..

"Also, may I know why you were researching about mermaids and mermen?" Mr.Jeon asked as Jungkook coughed loudly.

"FATHER ARE YOU STALKING YOUR SON?" Jungkook asked as Mr.Jeon chuckled.

"Actually, we both have the same Google account, so of course, whatever you search is in my search history" Mr.Jeon snickered as Jungkook snorts, irritated.

"Well, I was writing a Fanfic named ' Sexy Creature', in which merman in the main character" Jungkook said with a smirk at his believable lie.

"So you are writing sex scenes about merman huh, cause the search read 'How to mate a merman?'. *chuckle*. I understand" Mr.Jeon grins as Jungkook blushes, embarrassed.

"Yeah yeah" Jungkook said, rolling his eyes.

"Alright, take your boyfriend to your room" Mr.Jeon said as suddenly Taehyung intervened.

"Jimin is not only his boyfriend. He is my boyfriend too, Mr.Jeon" Taehyung said, smiling as if he didn't say something so...weird and new.

"OH MY GOD!" Jin screamed in shock and exitement as the others closed their ears.

"My son, is so loud" Mr.Jeon groaned as the others laughed. "You guys most probably will have a threesome.. that's....sexy...hot....whatever, just don't make too much noise" Mr.Jeon chuckled, shaking his head.

"Smooth" Taehyung smiled as Jungkook nods.

"We didn't expect this. I mean I thought, you will kick me out or make me marry a girl...or possibly send me to a camp" Jungkook said as Mr.Jeon smiled sadly.

"I know, I was strict, son. I really do feel sorry about it. Forgive me on that one. Me and Jin love you with all our hearts...please remember that. We love you and will give you all our support" Mr.Jeon smiled as Jungkook hugs the man.

"Thank you so much father. And I forgive you on this" Jungkook smiled as Mr.Jeon pats his son's head.

Jimin suddenly bows, shocking the others as he wasn't really moving the whole time and was silent.

"T-thank y-you, D-dad" He softly said as Mr.Jeon falls to the floor, his hand in his heart.

"OH MY GOD! HIS VOICE IS SO CUTE AND SOFT. I LOVE THAT BOY SO MUCH. MY LORD LUCIFER!! HE IS SO CUTE! I AM DYING" Mr.Jeon yelled as the others chuckled at him.

"This is why your son is loud too" Taehyung snickered as the others agreed. "Like father, like son".

"You are officially a member of our family, Jimin" Mr.Jeon says smiling widely.

"Wah! Does your cheeks not hurt? You smile too much father" Jin asked as Mr.Jeon shakes his head.

"Nope! It doesn't hurt me at all" he said, smiling again.

And there...it was perfect for them.

Epilogue- next. Mr.Jeon wasn't bad after all :) If you guys forget, Jimin turns into a merman only if he wants to. So he didn't turn into one during the conversation...if you had any confusion.
