Languages help us to connect/communicate with people...if languages did not exist then civilization would not have existed.

But ...are languages really including everyone in this planet? Are languages really that inclusive about Human Identity? 

The answer is both yes and no.

Historically people did use They/them as the default pronouns for gender neutrality ....but over a period of time the default pronouns were changed to he/him ( I have got this information from Language and Feminism- a video by YouTube Channel Vitamin Stree, check them out).

But as time changes ..languages are also changing.

Manhood/Brotherhood/Mankind is now replaced with Humanity.

Manmade is now replaced with Artificial.

^I know that they are technically not replaced , but adopting Gender neutral terminologies and gender neutral grammar in our everyday speech [In English at least] will help communication to be more inclusive for everyone.

Pronouns of the English language are also getting new shapes and changes . 

A newer set of pronouns called Neopronouns are nowadays  popular in usage among Gender neutral/Gender non conforming people.
