I appreciate the huge amount of support given by the readers to this book.

My book "Sexualities and LGBTQ+" was written in an attempt to offer validation and support to the queer people I spoke to in Wattpad.

It has been four years since the book has been published, and some changes have been made in the chapters.

The main demographic of my readers consists of very young teenagers. And this book was , frankly, written when I was around their age and had many convicting undertones.

I would also like to address the overflow of information on the internet in general, along with the shortcomings of my writing.

Social media sites like TikTok ,X etc,are  filled with content , for the sake of content. In the context of this book, this would be "noun pronouns" which destroy the grammatical meaning of pronouns in the first place and identities that are more akin to personalities.

I do not wish for my book to be a part of the same web of manipulation for tender minds.

It is my earnest request to all my questioning readers to please do their own research along with having a trusted support system. People turn up online because they tend to not have support in reality, which I understand.

But please, don't force yourself to fit into a label or a gender. And it is very, very important to not immediately do invasive medical procedures to transition, it is very harmful to deal for both mind and body. Wait until you are grown enough, say 19-20 years old, UNDERSTAND the merits and demerits of your procedure without any political bias. Also consider the valid thoughts of detransitioners before going under the knife

You are still growing up, give yourself time to discover yourself without the influence of the internet and without victimizing yourself. Take notice of the people around you and talk to them about any random thing, actually. Form close bonds.

The internet is not a library with peer reviewed information. Especially a place like Wattpad. I do not wish to repeat the same things again and again, just do not waste your time by contributing to 'cancel culture' or any hyper activism, and focus on discovering yourself outside of what is spoken here.

You are more than your sexuality and gender. You are a human with rich emotions ready to live life to your wish.
