When one first meets Charlotte, they're not exactly sure how to react as she often has a sort of icy expression on her face, however they are immediately put at ease when this iciness is melted by her warm smile, making the threatening feeling leave their bodies almost immediately. Charlotte tends to have a resting scary face that can make one feel on edge and intimidated, but this is simply the cost of her having an exquisite face card. When she smiles, it almost feels like she can make one's worries and burdens melt away. She can get a bit intense at times, either when she's deep in thought (her expression making it look like she's planning to kill someone) or when she's trying to protect her friends (in which case she might actually be planning to kill someone). She's always willing to help others if she is able to, which is often shown in her volunteer and charity work, and is incredibly humble and selfless. Charlotte will also battle tirelessly regardless of the kind of fight and will not yield until she achieves victory. If she realizes that her friends would be endangered should she fail, then she will continue to battle regardless of her injuries. Charlotte has a powerful force of will, and is free from temptation or evil. She will not hesitate to get a couple scars, as she knows they only show her determination in protecting and fighting for what she believes in or for the people she is meant and sworn to protect.

Two is that she can fully resurrect someone so long as its returning the soul to their original body with no cost to the resurrected person.
