I made this for the purpose of making you laugh XD

You felt completely uncaring over the fact that Misa suggested you play a game. Actually, you accepted, but tried to make this some sort of challenge.

No blushing.

"_____! Hey! _____!" Misa was waiving a hand in front of your face.

"Huh?" It looks like you spaced out for a moment.

"Pick!" Misa shouted at you.

You sighed and stuck your hand in Mello's boot. "EW MELLO DO YOU WASH YOUR FEET? I COULDA SWORE I FELT SOMETHING LIVING IN THERE!"

Mello: *Smirks*

Everyone else: *Disgusted*

You finally touch an item you want to pull out. It was... a piece of paper?

"What? Whose is this?" You slowly turn your head so you can figure out whose paper this is. Then you froze. There was something standing behind Light. "L-light.... DON'T turn around!"

He disobeyed you and turned his head. He smirked. "Oh _____, what do you mean?"

"Oh. Well I guess you can see me now. Very clever, Light," that thing could talk! "My name is Ryuk, and I'm a shinigami."

"W-what? R-ryuk?" you stutter.

"Hey _____, is something wrong?" Matsuda said. He looked concerned. "It looks like you've seen a ghost or something...."

You just stared at Matsuda, wide-eyed and whispered, "Y-you can't s-see THAT THING?"

"You know I'd really appreciate it if you called me Ryuk. They can't see me, so stop looking like a fool. Only people who've touched that little piece of paper have the ability to see a shinigami," Ryuk said to you.

"L-light he called you c-clever; do you know him?" You asked.

L stared at you like you were dying. "Miss _____, there is no one standing behind Light. Are you alright? I could call in a doctor."

"You can see him if you touch this paper. That's what the thing said."

"Wait! I'll test it. We don't want anyone getting a heart attack," Light smirked.

Light snatched the paper from your grasp. "Huh? _____, I don't see anything. Are you lying to us now?"

"Wow Light, you are such a gentleman," Ryuk said, walking towards a room.

"B-but..," you just followed the shinigami, completely done with everyone at this point.

"What? Is _____ going to spend seven minutes in a room by herself?" Matsuda looked confused.

Everyone: "HUSH MATSUDA!"

"So... I take it you've never seen a real shinigami before..," Ryuk said to the timid position you were curled up in. "You almost look like L. Ha ha!"

You couldn't say anything but stare at Ryuk, who looked as if he was staring off into space. Nothing made any sense. How does this 'shinigami' know Light?

"Sorry, I'm not good with the ladies," Ryuk said. "Well, did you know shinigami's like apples?"

You remembered the apple you had in your pocket for lunch. You held the Watari (IM SORRY I HAD TO ADD THAT HA HA ITS SO FUNNY XD) fruit out to Ryuk. You figured that if you gave him what he wants, he'll leave you alone.

Ryuk took the apple and ate it in one bite.

"Mmmm... apples here are.... hmm... juicy... in one sitting, I can probably eat all the apples in the world."

For some reason, this shinigami was actually starting to get quite interesting...

You slamed the door open with all your strength. You had an evil grin on your face. Mello and Matt were whispering to each other and then snickered. So what if it looked like you were alone?

You felt a tug at your shirt sleeve. It was Near. "_____, are you okay?"

"Yes, Near, I am. In fact, I have something to say to you all," You smiled even wider. "Did you know, shinigami like apples?"

L fell back in his chair.
"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH"

Well... eh. I don't know what to say to that. XD
Anyways.... I had a suggestion for another story, so I'm going to write that one next. It's going to be for the adorable and highly intelligent NEAR!!! I already have an idea so I'll get to writing it as soon as possible. YAY!
