In fact, you were relieved to take a break from all the work you were doing on the Kira case. Even if this meant you had to spend seven minutes in a room with someone else.

Misa came over to you, pinching her nose and holding Mello's boot as far away from her as possible. "Well okay. This boot stinks. Aaannyyywaaayys! _____, choose something!"

'Here goes nothing,' you thought at you picked an item out of the boot.

It was a small doll. The face looked rather disturbing. On it's mustard shirt, the word 'kira' was painted over it in black. You could definitely use this.

"So. Whose Kira?" you smirked, raising the toy figure above your head.

"W-what? I didn't do anything I swear! I'VE BEEN FRAMED," Light said nervously. He was Kira, no doubt.

"Hmm. I already know you're kira, second L. Or should I say, Light Yagami?" It was Near, the little boy crouched in the corner playing with a few of his dolls. Well, at least he looked childish. "As for you, _____, that would be mine."

He got up to take back his doll. You've never seen him stand before, but as far as you could tell, he was a few inches shorter than you. How cute.

Near looked at you for a few seconds. All he did was stare at you with little silver orbs and twirled a lock of his white hair around his finger. His face was mostly pale, despite the light pink shade that was developing on his cheeks.

'Near is so adorable. Ohmygoodness,' you thought. (yes, I love Near. Leave me alone cx)

"Well there's a room over there I guess we have to use," you say, blushing because you know what that means.

Matt and Mello snicker.

Near just ignores them. "I suppose so. Come on. Let's go."

Near sat in a chair across from you, who was laying in the giant mound of pillows. You felt a sudden urge to do something... but you can't... it's contagious... and rude.
But your human instincts kicked in and you did it anyway.

You yawned a great big yawn.

Near was just watching you like you were an animal in a cage that finally did something rather than sleeping like a log.

"Are you sleepy, _____?" Near asked.

'He didn't yawn... how odd,' you think.

"Yes, I guess I am a bit tired," You chuckle.

Near got up and made his way to you on the bed. You made room so he could sit next to you. He placed his hand on the side of your cheek and brought your head to his shoulder.

"Well. We've got seven minuets of peace and quiet away from those loud idiots, don't we?"

You curled up closer to Near and put your hand on his chest so you could feel his heart beat. Near wrapped one of his arms around your back.

"Hmm... your pajamas are soft," you say, closing your eyes. You had nothing else to say. Deal with it. Also I feel like Nears pajamas should be soft, so....

Near just smiled and looked at you. "If you like, I can get you a pair. Any color you like."

"Ooh! Okay. I want (favorite color) ones then. Thanks Near."

Slowly, you and Near fell into a light, adorable sleep.

*FLASH*

"DANGIT THEY AREN'T DOING ANYTHING!"

You woke up, startled to see Mello with a camera.

"dELETE ThAt mElLo!" you hissed.

All of a sudden Mikami appears out of nowhere. "DID SOMEBODY SAY DELETE?!?!?!!!"

"Calm down everyone. And something did happen," Near said, grinning at Mello. "_____ and I are going to go pajama shopping too look for (favorite color) pajamas tomorrow."

Mello and Mikami: *Jaw drop*

By the way, I definitely am going to make fluffy seven minutes in heaven for Mello and Matt, I just have to write it.
And if it isn't too weird I have one for Ryuk as well XD
I just had this really funny idea for him and even thinking about it makes me laugh.
