I did have more than 1k before (I ain't bragging) but, having 1k on this book?? I wasn't expecting that. From the beginning, I thought the book was already shit but, thank you for 1k reads. After witnessing what happened earlier, I couldn't stop thinking about it. The tall man in the elevator, the scary man at my work and a threatening man in my house? It was all so... real? But, I refused to believe any of this as I could find an explanation for this.

I just sat in my dinning room, my arms resting on the table as I fiddled with my fingers, my phone right next to me.

Ring!

My phone startles me, making me flinch a bit. I stare at my phone as it continues to ring, I slowly take it and see who it is.

The screen showed Yoongi's number, I take a deep breath and answer it. "Hey Yoongi!" I say enthusiastically, trying to hide my fear. "Hey Y/n, everything alright?" "Yeah, everything is fine, why'd you ask?" I rub my eyelids. "I don't know, it kinda sounds like your a little stressed." Yoongi sounded concerned. "It's fine, really, I... I just had a lot on my mind lately." I sigh as I leaned back on the chair.

"Wanna talk about it?" He says with a soft tone. "... yeah." I get off my seat and head towards to my living room and sit on the couch. "Go ahead and talk."

I sigh and rub my face tiredly. "Well... I got fired from my job." I rub the nape of my neck. "Oh... I'm sorry to hear that. Can I ask why?"
"Well, I kinda talked back at my boss and told him he was a dirty pervert and, you don't have to be sorry, my job sucked anyways." I stare at my ceiling, seeing something on top.

I hear him chuckle lowly. "Did he deserved it?" He asks, I can feel his amusing smirk. I smile. "He deserved it plenty, it was kind of worth it." I stare back at the ceiling and still see that thing up there, I squint my eyes. "That seems good, I think. Anyways, the guys and I are gonna go to that abandoned building in an hour or so... still want to join?" Yoongi sounds a little nervous, I smile softly. "Of course. Even though I don't.. believe these... things." As I stated at the thing on my ceiling, it looks like it's shifting or rotating. "Okay, I'll send you the address of the street." Yoongi was still on the line. "Yeah okay, hey can I call you back?" I get off my couch and look at the thing closer. "Oh, alright, goodbye then."

I hang up and I almost tripped on my stairs, I climb up to get a better look at it. I reached the top of the stairs, I put my hands on the railing of the stairs. As I got closer to this thing, it was a black orb, as what it seems like notices me, the black orb turned more into a yellow sun like orb, I was amazed and reached my hand to it.

I couldn't reach it so I leaned my body in the railing, trying to reach it. The orb comes a little closer as I try to reach more.

As I was about to reach it, my body was unbalanced, I try to get back on the floor but I lost all my balance and fall over, I grab the edge of the railing in time, trying to lift my body up but, I was never the one to be strong with upper body.

I struggled to get up but, I lose my grip. My stomach rises and my heart stops.

I thought I was done right there but, I felt like I was, floating down? The yellow glowing orb had much more of a human figure, its arms carrying me down to safety.

As it reaches the ground, it puts me down, I stare at it with amazement and shock.

What the hell is even going on?

The yellow orb started to fade, from the bottom to top, it was becoming more human. It was a full human, no yellow orb around it.

He opens his eyes, yellow on his left eye and a dark purple on his right eye, swirling in his eyes as he stares at me, he smiles brightly. "Hello, I'm Minhyuk who saved you from your death. I am the devil of Darkness and Light." He sounds so chirpy and happy, I stare at him with confusion and fear. "What the fuck is even happening?"
