Day Two
My alarm clock rang but I ignored it. I didn't want to get out of bed today. There was no chance I'd ever win Ash over with the remaining six days I had anyways. Serena is, after all, the perfect girlfriend. She's sweet, protective (a bit too much, huh?), cute, and a good cook.
She is built with 100% girlfriend material and 100% friend material. She's like God's daughter or something! There is absolutely no way in hell I could compete with that! So technically she's already won Ash's heart! Ugh!
I woke up around 12:36 in the afternoon with a major headache. "Ugh, dammit!" I stretched.
My phone binged and I checked to see what it was. Ash had posted something.

SereYvo: Omg! This is so cool!
TotalFeelings: Do you mind if I use this for my poster?
AshuKetchup: @TotalFeelings sure thing bro
TotalFeelings: @AshuKetchup I'm female
AshuKetchup: @ AshuKetchup sorry •_•
I sighed.
MistuKrazy: Wow, Ash, nice copy and paste skills :)

"Hey, Misty, why weren't you at school?" Ash asked me.
I slouched in my seat. We were at Zyleak's Drive-Thru but Brock wasn't here because he was too busy texting Varina. "I overslept and my parents didn't want me being late for school." I lied. The truth was I just couldn't stand watching Serena flirt with Ash when it should have been me doing all the flirting.
I was supposed to make him fall for me, not the other way around! My mission was a total failure, Ash would never love me. Then it happened again, I spotted him staring at me. As soon as I looked at him, however, he blushed and looked away.
Maybe there was still a chance for me and him to be together. Maybe Serena wouldn't win after all...or maybe she would. It was still all far too stressful for me to handle. I know that seven days may seem like a long time, but for me time is running out.
Inside I was panicking but on the outside I tried my best to hide my true feelings. I wouldn't let him know how I feel so soon. I...couldn't let him know. I didn't have the courage to.
All these years I spent growing up with Ash has taught me one thing: you must always prepared for when worst comes to worst. I had to tell him eventually. I would not just sit around and do nothing while Serena takes Ash from me. But what would I say? When would I say it?
"Misty, are you alright? You aren't eating your food." I looked down and noticed the waiter had already brought our food.
"Oops! I was just so worried about school that I didn't notice!" I laughed unconvincingly.
But I guess Ash just let it slide because he laughed as well and started eating away. I took a bite out of my yakitori chicken skewers.
I glanced up at Ash and noticed his joyful smiled. That boy sure did love his food! I smiled at the thought of him being happy. I smiled at the thought of him possibly ever actually liking me back and the thought of us maybe one day together.
We had a great dinner at the diner. It was a perfect setting and it was just the two of us. But as we exited, I thought I had seen Serena with her same evil smile watch as me and Ash crossed the street. I was just being way too paranoid.
Yeah, so basically this is it for today. The day for me is coming to a close at 8:22 PM. I might update some other stories at this time or maybe head over to YouTube or play some Roblox. Thanks for all your support, guys!
