Day 6

Racer Seven sat patiently at the sushi bar. Her brow furrowed as she glanced at the clock. Since their first visit at the bar Lloyd had always been on time. It was unusual for the ninja to be fifteen minutes late without any warning. Seven checked her phone just in case. Lloyd didn't have a phone, being used to using comm's and communicators hooked up in his car but he promised he would call her if there was a sudden mission.

Frowning as time ticked by, Seven finally sighed and put down her device before paying for her food. She strolled out and decided to dial the Monastery number. It rang for awhile until it was picked up.

"Hello?" The familiar voice of Cole questioned. "Jay, did you order pizza?"

"Hi Cole," Seven said as she got in her car, she hooked the phone up to the hands free call option. "I was wondering where Lloyd was he didn't come for sushi."

"Is that Seven?" Jay's squeaky yell sounded and there was a rustle and bickering as they fought over the phone.

  "Hi Seven!" Jay chirped.

"Give it back!" Cole snapped. Jay retorted with a loud "NO!"

More shuffling filled the car and a Seven rolled her eyes as she moved into the right turn lane.

"What did I say about fighting over the phone?" Nya's no nonsense tone cut into the fight and the sounds of battle ceased. "Sorry about that Seven." She apologized.

"No problem." Seven replied. "I was just checking to see if Lloyd was okay."

Silence.

Seven frowned in puzzlement as she made her way up the mountain. "Nya?"

"He's....fine." Nya told her unsurely.

Seven narrowed her eyes suspiciously. "You sure about that?"

"No." Jay muttered but he broke off with a yelp. "Cole! Why would you do that?"

Seven floored the gas and whipped up the path before pulling up. "If some things wrong with Lloyd..."

"Nothing wrong!" Nya said quickly.

"Good, cause I'm coming to see him." Seven's voice was strong. Nya tried to protest but she pressed the red button, hanging up. she marched up to the gate, kicking it open and arriving at the door.

Seven didn't bother knocking, seeing it was unlocked and let herself in. The three ninja whipped their heads around in surprise from where they were all crowded around a phone. Nya sighed and placed down the phone as Seven raised an eyebrow.

"What's going on?" Seven demanded.

"Before you do anything Lloyd's okay." Cole said quickly.

"He's just feeling a little down." Jay added. "Nothing to worry about."

Seven stood her ground. "Why is he feeling down?"

"Uh..."

Seven rolled her eyes and shoved past Jay, Kai was walking down the hall and paused when he saw her. "Hey Seven, Lloyd's a little-okay, you don't care." He yelped when Seven gave him a glare.

Seven found his room easily, spotting green from the slightly opened door. Seven slowed her pace. She wasn't sure why she was doing this. But the question didn't stop her from gently opening the door and peering in. Lloyd was sitting on his bed. A laptop was on his lap. And a picture was gripped tightly in his hand. Seven stepped in, her brow creasing as she recognized the picture.

It was the one of the grey haired man and Lloyd's

He didn't notice her come up beside him. She stayed quiet watching as he stared into the images, craggy photos, and unfocused footage of a black figure. He let out a hell of frustration as he tried to focus the image only for it to make out a figure with four arms. But the video cut off before he could get a good look at where the figure was off to.

  "Lloyd?" Seven finally spoke softly.

Lloyd whipped around, almost dropping the laptop and he stared in surprise at her.

"Seven! Sorry...I didn't see you there." He shut the computer and placed it beside him. "Um...uh what are you doing here?" He stuttered.

"I didn't see you at the sushi bar." Seven told him calmly. "I just wanted to make sure you were okay."

"Yeah...right. Sorry about that." He appeared distracted. Seven couldn't help but notice the dark shadows under his eyes. "I've just been busy." His green gaze flickered to the computer.

Seven sat down. "What are you working on?"

"Just some...stuff." Lloyd said lamely.

Seven's eyes narrowed. "I'm not stupid Lloyd."

"I never said you were stupid!" Lloyd exclaimed.

"Then why are you acting like it? I know you're lying."

Lloyd sighed. "Don't worry about it Seven....I'm just....looking on some security stuff. Its fine."

Seven bit her tongue, knowing that yelling at him wouldn't get her anywhere. "Okay." She couldn't hide the steel that ran down her tone now. "Well then, I guess I'll be going."

  Lloyd rubbed his temples. "Seven..."

She turned on her heel and left, storming past the ninja hanging by the doorway and out of the building. But when she got in the car she didn't move down the path. With a smirk she turned into the brush, hiding the vehicle before moving towards the side of the monastery. She crept along the wall and found the window. Settling down under it and waiting.

She heard muffled voices but there was a loud beep before the group left the monastery towards what she assumed was a robbery or investigation mission. Seven smiled at her luck before standing and gently prying open the half closed window. She slipped inside, wondering about the monastery's lack of security and landing lightly in his room.

Seven found the laptop. She opened it but frowned when she was faced with the login page asking for the password.

  What would Lloyd do?

Seven started simple. Trying Password and Lloyd, even going as far as looking up his birthday. She paused when she spotted a picture of Harumi online. One of those pictures that pop up but don't have anything to do with what you searched.

Her thumbs flew across the screen. What was the date of the ninja's first meeting with the empress and emperor?

Numbers appeared, after checking that it was correct Seven gently pressed the date into the keyboard. Holding her breath as the dot swirled on the screen. Suddenly the screen lit up, showing a picture of a little kid in a bowl cut surrounded but the other ninja as a screen saver.

Seven let out a squeak of excitement, pumping her fist before going into the previous windows. Various images and videos popped up in the screen and she narrowed her eyes, selecting a link to an article she found written down in a word document.

Lord Garmadon Spottings Near Jamanakai Village.

Her eyes widened, more and more links popped up, windows and tabs featuring various images popped up.  she zoomed in on the pictures, a familiar horned head to the one she had seen on the news and online. The footage featured the same suspicious figure. Each spotting was documented. The notes about them getting shorter and shorter, Seven was frantic as the images kept flying across the page, her gaze moving toward the obvious salt spots across the keyboard.

Lord Garmadon Returning?

When Will The Ninja Get Ahold of this Foe?

  Garmadon Caught Near Ninjago City.

  Where Is Garmadon Now?

  Ninja Stalling Searches?

Is Lloyd Garmadon Making Excuses For His Former Father?

Seven slammed the laptop shut. Her breathing laboured and her heart pounding in her head.

The sound of a sword being drawn brought her out of her head and she screamed, narrowly missing being impaled. Her terrified gaze met with a dangerous green one, that softened with surprise but then replaced with annoyance.

"Seven?" Lloyd's voice gasped as he yanked down his mask, his blonde locks rumpled. "I thought you were a robber! What are you doing-" he cut off as his eyes fell on the laptop.

"Lloyd-" Seven started but a furious gaze cut her off.

"What are you doing?" He asked, tone icy and jagged.

  "I'm sorry I just-"

Lloyd stepped away, yanking at his roots, his sword falling to his side. "You can't go snooping in other people's personal business Seven." He spat.

Seven stood, the laptop falling into the bed. "I know it was wrong but you wouldn't tell me why you were....in a mood!"

"So you just decided to break into my house? Into my computer? Into my personal life? " Lloyd snapped, eyes flashing.

"I don't understand why you don't trust me enough to tell me about your dad! This is something you have to talk about!" Seven shot back desperately.

"I didn't 'trust you' because it didn't concern you!" Lloyd retorted. "Just because I don't tell you something right away doesn't mean you have the excuse to hack into my computer!"

"I didn't hack it! I guessed your password!"

"Which I didn't give to you!" Lloyd pointed out.

Seven felt herself snap. "So what? This is big, Lloyd! As your friend I'm allowed to have concern. I didn't have any friends in Prime Empire and finally I do so I'm doing whatever I can to make sure I take care of them!"

With that Seven turned to stomp away but unfortunately she turned towards where she came. Which was the window, causing her to smack her head on the window frame since she technically couldn't walk out of.

  "Ow."
